We bought two recliners and two rugs 10/31/25. The recliners came right away and we are happy with them. Ashley says the rugs were delivered Dec. 19. They have no proof, no photo, no signature. They cannot tell me what company supposedly delivered them. We never got the rugs. I want a full refund and cannot get any answer other than 'it is being worked on.'

I opened a case file long ago. I have made multiple calls only to get the overseas call center. We made two trips to the store. I want a refund!
