On 1-26-2026 I ordered propane and paid for it up front. I received an email on 1-29-2026 I received an email stating they would deliver the propane on 1-30-2026. On 1-30-2026 I received another email stating they would not deliver the propane on that date. I did not receive the propane until 2-5-2026. It was suppose to be delivered no later then 2-2-2026. On 2-6-2026 I found a leak on the tank where it shows the amount of propane in the tank. I called customer service and they said they was sending a technician out to the house. They didn't send a technician they sent a delivery driver. He said he would call to get someone to get us a tank. He also stated he was they only delivery driver for several counties and there was only one technician for the same counties and he was assigned to work the outer banks area. The company charges fees for everything and people on the lower end of money spectrum can't afford everything they charge you for. Something needs to be done about this company. The oversees number you get sent to has people answering that you can't half understand and they can't help you. If you speak to there supervisor you stay on hold for and hour or longer waiting on them to answer. You can't contact a local company. Its just a terrible dealing with them. The tank was shut off, but its still leaking.
