The amount of time required to monitor this company for its billing procedures is a full time job. Unfortunately the amount of time is not worth the money you’re trying to get back from their “mistakes”. In my opinion, it’s malicious building and they should be sued into bankruptcy. They literally bank on you not wanting to waste your time fighting their malicious billing. If you choose to try and point out the discrepancies in their billing, you get an agent from some country who doesn’t speak English. I ended up moving homes just to get away from the aggravation of dealing with this company!
Claimed loss: The amount of loss is incalculable. My wasted time is something I’ll never get back. My moving expenses were absolutely worth it to get away from this company!!!
Desired outcome: If I had a desired outcome, it would be that this company is sued into bankruptcy!

I agree their plan is to tire you out on the phone until you’re at the screaming stage and then you just pay whatever it is for a little piece of mind to calm down your heart beat.
It’s hard on a person to be screaming in a phone to someone on the other in who does not care or understand. You end up angry and exhausted and you feel like a fool afterwards. However, nothing changes.
