i had 3 gift cards i got as xmas gifts i was buying 3 item,s that came to 82.60,each gift card was 20gbp so i was going to pay the extra with my debit card i asked a customer service agent to help me add the gift cards to my account i was refused help and told to contact the gift card company one4all,i use the website regularly so i,m very upset that i was told to get help elsewhere,this is very bad customer service and very upsetting as i,m not a young woman anymore,i should have been helped and not told no,it says a lot about how amazon.co.uk think of there customers,
