Oak & luna Oak & Luna 14 Karat Gold Necklace: Disappointing Quality and Delivery Frustrations

I had high hopes for the Oak & luna 14 karat gold necklace when I placed my order for $260. However, upon opening the box, I was truly disappointed with the thin and flimsy look of the necklace. I even thought that the chain might break while I was untangling a knot in it that had formed during shipping. While the requirements for a 14 karat gold necklace were technically met, the chain seemed to be made of inferior quality materials. I have to admit that it was quite upsetting to me.

To add insult to injury, their email/text notification system was not working well with their shipping. I was waiting for the delivery of two necklaces, but only one arrived. I waited before writing a negative review of the website, hoping that the missing necklace would arrive, but it didn't. When I received a sale email reminder from Oak & luna, I checked their website to see if my negative review had been posted, but it had not even though it had already been two or three days. It's not difficult to imagine that Oak & luna might be trying to reduce negative reviews shown on their website. I just think people should be aware and careful.

All in all, I think it's best to choose another retailer if you want a high-quality necklace that's worth the price.

Oak & luna Disappointed in Oak & Luna's Ivy Paperclip Bracelet: A Review of Poor Customer Service and Inaccurate Product Description

So, I ordered a beautiful bracelet for my mommy's birthday from Oak & Luna, and it was the Ivy Paperclip Gold Vermeil Bracelet. My dad had purchased the silver one with our names and some diamonds on it for her, and she loved it so much that she wanted another one in gold. When we received the bracelet, it was way too small compared to the silver one, and even smaller than what was written on their website. Consequently, I contacted customer support, and they were amazing since the beginning. At first, they had me ship it back for free, and they promised to fix it and send the bracelet back to us.

However, three whole months went by, and there was no sign of our bracelet being fixed. After waiting so long, we finally received our package, but it was the exact same bracelet that I had sent them for fixing. It was still too small for mommy to wear, and it was nothing like what was described as the bracelet length on their website. I even sent them photographs of the gold bracelet along with the silver one to highlight the difference between the two. I expected the gold one to have 11 paperclips like they advertised, but it only had nine. Despite all of this, I'm mega surprised that they made the same error twice, and I'm so disappointed in them.

That's why I asked for my money back, and now, I am shipping it back today. It's so incredibly absurd that they couldn't make things right with me, and now, they have wasted so much of my time. Honestly, I doubt I'll ever order from them again. We will see if I get my money back, and I'll update on that later.

Oak & luna Unreliable and Untrustworthy: My Frustrating Experience with Oak & Luna's Personalized Necklace

When I ordered a personalized necklace for my newborn daughter from Oak & Luna in November 2020, I was hoping it would arrive in time for Christmas. However, I was disappointed to learn that the product is actually manufactured and shipped all the way from Israel, which took a long time. Finally, on Christmas day, the necklace arrived but had my suite number missing from the address. Unfortunately, the package was rejected and sent back to them.

Even though it was not my mistake, Oak & Luna refused to offer me a refund and gave me two options - reorder at a 30% discount or wait for the item to get shipped back to Israel so that they could reship it to me with the correct address. It has been 4 months now (February) since then, and the necklace still has not returned to them. This means that it would take another two months to reach me, making it a total of 6 months since my order was placed.

I have contacted them several times for either a replacement or a refund, but they have been unwilling to accommodate me. To make matters worse, they are trying to place the blame on me for having the wrong address on their package and are only willing to refund 30% of my original order cost.

After this frustrating experience, I regret ever ordering from this company and wish I had read the reviews before doing so. Oak & Luna's business practices and customer service are terrible, making it an unreliable and untrustworthy company to buy from.

Oak & luna Frustrated with Oak & Luna's Customer Service: Engraving Mistake in Necklace Order

Upon browsing the internet, I chanced upon the website of Oak & Luna. At first glance, it looks like a fancy schmancy brand with all the bells and whistles that come with an upscale website design.

The missus discovered this business and was quite enamoured with the prices. We've placed several orders in the past, but this one takes the cake. Frankly, I'm a tad bit frustrated with Oak & Luna at the moment. I got a total of four different items from them but this one piece has a mistake in it. Good grief!

The necklace is supposed to have three tags, each with a designated name engraved onto them. However, instead of "Jane," the engraving bearing that name was spelled as "June." I tried reaching out to them through their website with the order number but to no avail. It's been over a month and... Nothing! Zip! Zilch!

I don't understand why they can't even bother to send a response or offer to correct the mistake. What kind of customer service is that? It's frustrating.

More curiously, I had to look for proof of purchase as per the request of this review website, and I noticed that Paypal listed the business as "Jewelry website" instead of the company name. Call me crazy, but maybe - just maybe - titling the brand as such helps them evade bad reviews? That's just me venting though.

Oak & Luna, come on already! It shouldn't be this difficult!

All I want is to hear back from them and maybe a replacement to correct their mistake. I'm not asking for a refund or anything. It's just basic customer service, guys!

Oak & luna Stay Away from Oak & Luna: Deceitful Practices and Horrible Customer Service

My daughter was given a Bella necklace in 14k gold as a birthday present by her Aunt, which cost a whopping $320! She was over the moon with excitement when she received it, and her Aunt was thrilled to give it to her in front of the whole family while dining at a restaurant. However, my daughter wore the necklace while changing her clothes after returning home and lounging around the house, only to find out 4 hours later that it had disappeared! We searched the entire house, including the vacuum cleaner, and immediately contacted the company. My poor daughter was heartbroken and inconsolable.

She did mention that the necklace had rough edges for a 14k gold piece, but didn't want to say anything before it went missing. We hoped that Oak & Luna would take responsibility and make it right. Unfortunately, their "customer service" was a nightmare! They didn't bother to read my email in full before responding, which made me feel like I didn't provide all the necessary information, which I did. It was a shame that their customer service couldn't be more helpful in this situation. My daughter's necklace broke down within mere hours of first use and doing absolutely NOTHING at all!

We were left with no option but to contact them again, and all they offered was a measly 20% discount on a new necklace. As if we wanted to waste more money on junk! This is simply unacceptable. Even after reading numerous negative reviews online, we stupidly put our faith and money in this company, only to be sorely disappointed. We do not want anyone else to fall victim to their deceitful practices. We urge you to stay away from this company! Please don't waste your hard-earned money when there are plenty of good and honest jewelry companies out there. Do your research before making a purchase!

Oak & luna Unpleasant Buying Experience: Oak & Luna Review

I had a very unpleasant experience ordering from Oak & Luna. I wanted to surprise my mother with a personalized Pillar Bar Necklace in Rose Gold Plating for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the item arrived a few days after the special occasion, despite the company's guarantee of delivery. My package was shipped via USPS First Class mail, which is not what I had selected during the ordering process. I attempted to reach out to customer service twice via email, but received no reply, only an automated response promising to reply within 48 hours.

When the package finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that the jewelry and gift packaging were both banged up. The necklace had tiny scratches and smudges from the engraving job. I regretted paying the extra cost of the gift packaging since it arrived bent and ruined.

Overall, I strongly advise anyone not to order from Oak & Luna. Their lack of communication, failure to meet their delivery guarantee, and poor product quality have left me feeling ripped off and disappointed, especially since they ruined what could have been a special moment for my mother on her first Mother's Day.

Oak & luna Disappointing Customer Service from Oak and Luna: A Warning for Potential Buyers

As someone who was excited to make a meaningful purchase for my wife this Mother's Day, I was thoroughly disappointed with the customer service from Oak and Luna. Despite ordering a necklace with guaranteed delivery on April 29th, I have yet to receive any updates as to when it will actually be arriving. I've reached out via Facebook, email, and even tried to contact the parent company TenenGroup, but to no avail - there is no phone number to be found.

To make matters worse, I've received countless generic responses thanking me for my patience and assuring me that they're looking into it with their Design and Products team. Honestly, these responses feel like lip service at this point. I've even gone so far as to file a complaint with the BBB (where I found four other unresolved complaints) but Oak and Luna has yet to issue a refund, despite their complete lack of follow through on their delivery guarantee.

It's incredibly frustrating and downright disheartening to see a company with such poor customer service. I can't help but feel like they just don't care about their customers or the promises they make. My kids and wife were really looking forward to gifting this necklace, but instead we've been left feeling disappointed and upset. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone - proceed with caution.

Oak & luna Avoid Oak & Luna for Jewelry Purchases: A Warning About Shipping and Customer Service

I recently tried out Oak & Luna, a jewelry store that I found on Instagram via a sponsored post. The website looked trustworthy, so I went ahead and ordered a necklace from them. However, I encountered some significant issues with the shipping process.

Firstly, it took two weeks for them to mark my order as shipped- an unusual waiting time. But that wasn't even the worst of it- when my order was finally being shipped, they somehow changed the address to my billing address, which was in a separate city. I hadn't even inputted that address, so I assumed they received it through PayPal or some other means.

When I finally reached out to their customer service team, it took hours for me to get a response, and by being in the middle of the night, it added to the stress. They informed me that they would send another necklace to me if I paid 70% of the original expense, or I could try to contact the shipping company myself. But to my surprise, they didn't even provide me with any tracking information or specify which shipping company was involved. I tried to email them back, Facebook messaged, and even Instagram messaged twice, but to no avail.

It's been two days since these exchanges, and I haven't heard a new update from them. Furthermore, they changed the expected delivery date from June 1st to June 29th. This entire experience has been quite concerning and leaves me unsure about whether I should trust this brand again.

I recently had an experience with Oak & Luna that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had ordered a personalized necklace as a Christmas gift for a family member, but unfortunately, I made a mistake with the chain size. However, I was pleased to find out that the company offered to adjust it for me. I promptly shipped it back at my own expense, hoping to get it back in time for the holidays.

Unfortunately, despite countless e-mails to their customer service team, I received no response. I was told that the resizing would take 4 weeks, which meant that the item would not arrive before Christmas. I was extremely disappointed, as I had done everything well in advance. What's more, there was no direct number to call them on, so all communication had to go through e-mail.

To make matters worse, when I finally received the necklace from Oak & Luna after 5 weeks of constant emailing, I found out that they had lost the item! They had to re-make it, which further delayed its arrival. I was extremely unhappy with their lack of communication and responsiveness, and I was ready to demand a full refund. However, they only offered a partial refund, which I found unacceptable.

Overall, my experience with Oak & Luna was very negative. They are not a well-run business, and their customer service is severely lacking. They need to work on improving their communication and responsiveness if they want to keep their customers happy.

Oak & luna Beware: Disappointing Customer Service from Oak & Luna Jewelry

I recently had an experience with Oak & Luna jewelry (oakandluna.com) that left me extremely dissatisfied. After purchasing a beautiful gold chain, it unfortunately broke after only two weeks. I decided to take advantage of the provided return label and mailed the defective chain back to the company. However, two months later, I was informed that the company claimed to not have received the package.

This was surprising to me because I had a tracking number that clearly showed the package had been delivered. I tried emailing the company repeatedly but it seemed like my emails were being blocked. After trying to find an alternative solution to contact the company, I was told that they still claimed to not have received the package. It was a frustrating experience to say the least, as I had to deal with a constant back-and-forth through email and there was no phone number to talk to someone.

After over two months of waiting for a replacement item, I am still left empty-handed. At this point, I feel like I have been ripped off and am extremely disappointed in the way this issue has been handled. I would strongly advise against purchasing from Oak & Luna, as the lack of customer support and communication has been incredibly frustrating.

Oak & luna Disappointing Experience with Oak & Luna: Only 1 of 3 Necklaces Arrived, No Refund Received

My experience with Oak & Luna was not a good one at all. I was excited to order 3 necklaces as Christmas gifts for my loved ones in early December of 2019, but unfortunately, only 1 necklace arrived. When I immediately reached out to their customer service team on December 24th, they assured me that they would take care of it and send the other two necklaces as soon as possible.

After waiting for some time, I had still not received the two remaining necklaces, and when I contacted them again, they informed me that they would refund my money. Unfortunately, even after multiple attempts to get in touch with them via their website and social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram, I have still not received my money back.

As a result, I feel incredibly disappointed with Oak & Luna as they failed to deliver the items I purchased for my loved ones on time and have not refunded me as they promised. Furthermore, the lack of communication from their customer service team is unacceptable.

Although I was told that all three necklaces had been shipped and I was expecting to receive them before Christmas, the situation turned out to be frustrating and inconvenient as I did not have a gift for my niece or sister. The fact that this company exists and operates like this is beyond me, and I have even filed a claim with the BBB as a result of this experience.

Overall, I do not recommend Oak & Luna to anyone, and I hope that they get their act together and improve their business practices, or better yet, be shut down entirely.

I want to share my experience with Oak & Luna as a potential warning to others considering purchasing from this company. Unfortunately, my order for a necklace never arrived, which was initially disappointing. Oak & Luna did take action to rectify the situation by expediting a replacement order. However, the customer service experience I had was subpar to say the least. Whenever I reached out to Oak & Luna's customer service team, I received scripted responses that weren't helpful in getting to the bottom of where my order was or when it would arrive. It was frustrating to not be able to speak with a live person to get answers or support.

Even worse, the most recent interaction I had with an Oak & Luna customer service representative - someone named Chris - was incredibly disappointing. The chat was ended abruptly and they instructed me to complete a form for an email response. This lack of a personalized touch combined with the ongoing issue of not receiving my order has left me feeling incredibly disheartened.

I had purchased the necklace as a personalized gift for my daughter with plenty of time to spare, but now it seems as though the order has been botched and there is seemingly no accountability on the part of Oak & Luna. Their auto-check order status system even indicates that no order can be found, which adds insult to injury.

To say I'm disappointed in this experience would be an understatement. I think this is a disorganized company that relies on a poorly trained call center for customer service, and altogether lacks the human touch when it comes to resolving issues. I am also disappointed that they don't offer the option to speak with a live person if you're having issues. It's more than frustrating to feel like you're just a number in an impersonal system when dealing with a company like this.

Unfortunately, I have to advise others to avoid Oak & Luna at all costs. While there may be better, more professional options out there, my personal experience has left me feeling disheartened and frustrated with this company's lack of accountability and transparency. This is not the way to win trust and repeat business. Buyer beware.

Oak & luna Oak & Luna Review: Subpar Quality and Frustrating Return Policy for Personalized Jewelry

I recently had an experience with Oak & Luna, an online jewelry shop which left quite a sour taste in my mouth. Despite their seemingly attractive pricing, the quality of the jewelry I received was incredibly disappointing. It looked and felt like plastic, similar to those inexpensive trinkets dispensed from coin-operated machines.

The particular item I had ordered was a necklace bearing the letter 'J.' I was excited to wear it as a personal touch to my outfit, but when I received it, I noticed that the font was oddly shaped, resembling only half of the letter 'T.' It was far from what I had expected and certainly not what I would consider a personalized product.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to return the item, the process was incredibly frustrating. Apparently, personalized jewelry falls into a different category than regular items, and therefore I was only entitled to a partial refund of $70 instead of the full $100 I had spent. It seems at odds with the definition of personalized - which is generally meant to indicate a product that is tailored specifically to the individual. And even worse, I suspect that these 'personalized' items are being sold again, to someone else with the same initial, for yet another $100, making a profit of $130 on the same necklace!

It took more than a few emails and exchanges with the customer service team to finally be issued a return label, and I'm still waiting for the refund to appear on my account - a process which, apparently, will also take 21 days. All of this hassle and extra time spent for a product that was way underwhelming.

My advice to others considering Oak & Luna is to take your business elsewhere. Their products are subpar, and their customer service is far from stellar. It's just not worth wasting your time or money on their junk jewelry.
