Amazon.com — non receipt of items purchased
My son purchased two items from Amazon on Monday, May 6, 2019 as follows:Apple IPad Pro 11 inch 64 GB
Apple Pencil 2 Generation. Both items were expected to be delivered on Wednesday, May 9, 2019.
Neither item was delivered or received and Amazon takes no responsibility. They insist that they were delivered and they were not. My husband was home all waiting for the delivery. Amazon should have a signature for large ticket items. It has to be more accountability.
