I have been a LONG time Amazon member for over 10 years an it was fine. But prices for Prime doubled and company integrity and customer service has declined the past couple of years. From my orders being lost to deliveries to wrong addresses, to having to wait over a week for a prime item as a prime member. What is the advantage of paying for a membership if the 2 day prime shipping is not honored. Also, listing an item for sale only to be told it is not in our fulfillment center. Then why was it listed for sale? This happened many times. The issue that absolutely broke the camels back was an item I ordered on the 18th with promised delivery date of the 20th, then the 21, 23, then absolutely by 8 pm on the 24th (tonight).. Guess what it did not arrive, it showed as shipped for all those days only to be told that it was being priority ordered for delivery tonight, and all those days never once showed out for delivery. So I ordered a 2nd one. Same issue, order was not even processed for a week, hasn’t been shipped and is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. After empty promises by 5 or 6 associates, I asked for the supervisor only to be told resolution was to cancel my orders and reorder at a higher price and having to wait ANOTHER week for this order promised on the 21st. I requested a refund and cancellation on the remainder of my yearly prime membership, cancelled any pending orders that was not yet shipped, and will cancel my Amazon account once I have received all the orders that have already been paid for and shipped. I will never order from Amazon again. They are losing out because I place like 100 to 200 orders in 30 days due to being disabled. Will be using other online order sites instead.
