refund requested against wrong product has not been credited

This is relation to an order I have placed on amazon for purchase of book i.e. "cbse all in one hindi b cbse class 9 for 2018-19" vide order number [protected] dated 24.04.2019 for which I have been charged rs. 415/- (rs. 290 towards cost of product and rs. 125 as postage and packing charges). The product was delivered on 28th april 2019 however the seller (lord shiva books) has supplied different and used book i.e. "cbse all in one hindi a cbse class 9 for 2018-19" for which I have drop a return and replacement request vide replacement number d63j5bplrrma.
In response to return query the amazon has arranged a return pick up and pick the product on 29th april 2019 and again supply/send different product other than ordered originally i.e. Some religious (aarti) book which was delivered on 02nd may 2019. This time I have drop a refund request vide amazon return id dxpmqjpsprma and instructed to credit the amount to my amazon pay account for which amazon has pick the product on 03rd may 2019 however I have not received any confirmation for pickup of product and also not received any refund till 07th may 2019.
In light of the above negligence, I hereby filing my complaint against amazon and seller (i.E. Lord shiva books) for professional misconduct and malpractice that followed by both to cheat the customer and claiming total amount of rs. 415/- to be credited to my amazon pay account at earliest otherwise I will not left with other option but to take legal action in consumer court.
In case of any other information please let me know. Looking for your revert.

I have sent two emails to Amazon.com from their "Contact Us" page. No response. I requested a chat online. The first rep one "Prashant" was either deliberately or ignorantly refusing to see the problem. I requested his supervisor. One "Sonu" came online. Exactly the same, as if they were following the same script. I quit in frustration since I was getting nowhere.

When I have asked to have this investigated all they tell me is the card is not listed on my account with Amazon. I also had the CC deactivated and a new card issued only to have the recurring charge under the new CC number. I cannot seem to get this stopped with anything I do

fedex delivery on my hp 15.6 premium pavilion touchscreen laptop
I ordered a new laptop through my Prime account guaranteed for delivery by Wednesday April 24. It is an HP 15.6 Premium Pavilion Touchscreen Laptop that I'm dying to get and can't wait for and for which I paid $408.98 not to mention my monthly Prime charge. Amazon tracking let me know the package would be sent by FedEx. I waited all day on Wednesday, at home for the shipment only to learn that an delivery had been attempted. Not true! I'd posted my phone number in the lobby to the drivers just in case. And no package slip was left. And again today on Thursday 4/25 with no package delivered, no slip left, no phone call, no knock on the door. I called FedEx customer service and the gentleman I spoke with acknowledged that no actual delivery has been attempted at all but he'd try to make it happen for tomorrow in a four hour window. So I am so not happy. And FedEx is unreliable and I have to blame Amazon for guaranteeing me a delivery in two days that they failed to provide. How can you rectify this for me? Totally unacceptable. I would ask for a refund due to terrible service and shipping guarantees not provided. Maybe you might consider not using UPS or FedEx if they don't share your expressed delivery values. I'm hopeful I'll actually receive this package at some point.

problem with order
I ordered a laptop on April 22, 2019. It was never finalized. I got conflicting information about what was wrong. First I was told that they were doing a manual review for security with my card and it would take 12 hours(this was in an email) and then the order would be completed and shipped in the 2 day shipping I paid extra for (to arrive on April 24)
This did not happen. Then I was told in another email that it would be 1-2 business days and then the order would be completed and shipped. I probably made 7 calls to customer service. Each h time I was told that it would take a few more hours which ended being 8-12 hours. This put it past the 2 day shipping. The last call I made was at 5:55am on April 25 and I was told that it would be finalized in 2-3 hours. I told the rep that if it wasn't finished and shipped then I would cancel my order which it wasn't and I did. I called again to voice my complaint shortly after I canceled the order. I then received an email telling me that the order was cancelled because of insufficient inventory. This is a total untruth because I CANCELED THE ORDER BECAUSE YOU DID NOT FILL THE ORDER. If it was insufficient inventory then why is this still listed on your site to order and says there are 6 available and why did it not say that it was not available at the time I ordered? I am very unhappy with this experience!

I am afraid that I can not provide too much information, since the order was made by a friend who was visiting me at the time. I have several email accounts, and do not check them all regularly, so I did not see the notice giving expected delivery date. we are rural, and our mailbox is
1/ 2 mile from our house. Since the package could not fit in our mailbox, a notice of a package for us would have been left, but nothing showed up.
very poor service by whoever dropped off your prime order today
I recieved my amazon prime order today to wear on my vacation. Unfortunetly it is white capris and it was dropped off of my muddy front lawn. My labradore decided to play with it and tore the packaging up and dirt stains ended all over it and it's no bleach cold water only wash... It could of easily fit in our mailbox. Very very disappointed spending my last few days trying to get the stains out!
prime membership
I cancelled my prime before the trial subscription expired. I received a confirmation number (but did not save it). I just noticed there is a charge on my electronically ll. I haven't checked these statements on a regular basis. I can only assume the charge is recurring. Please cancel my prime membership and refund the charges that have been collected since I first cancelled it. This is ridiculous!
ododos capri yoga pants
I was ripped off around thirty dollars in an online purchase for yoga pants dealing with Celine at Amazon.com . The tracking shows the package coming from sure post to an Illinois street address.
By now four emails were sent and no reply . No answers to the mistake and no refund from Amazon for delivering to someone else. The situation was not handled well at all. Be careful with this company and I like safe shopping like claiming through PayPal. This complaint site helps so that others know as well.
After several offers from Amazon rewards, free lifesaving apps, and kind emails ... I am marking this complaint as resolved . I am satisfied with that much . The weather was terrible this past few months . I love that they are helping the Georgia Sheriff's Youth Homes too. Thank you Amazon. I hope things get better soon. Amy
amazon logistics / delivery is terrible
We are a business address, your amazon logistics/delivery company keeps attempting to deliver packages after close of business (5pm). How can you possibly not realize that the ship-to address is a business? That's, like, step #1: figure out whether the ship-to address is residential or commercial and deliver differently based on that. I don't think a lot of businesses accept deliveries after 5pm! Getting awfully tired of amzl nonsense... If I had a choice at all, I would specify to never use amzl for delivery, such a poor delivery service is totally ruining the otherwise-great amazon experience...

On 2/14/19, I had someone try to make a fradulant purchase on my Amazon account. I called and stopped it in time. I requested they put in on a temporary hold. They told me I would have to call back to take it off.
I have contaced them 7 times concerning this and they have still not taken it off of hold. (All notes are below in JPEG) They promise that within 48 hours they will send me an email with directions to fix it. After days or weeks and that doens't happen, I call them again. They then tell me that every time I call it starts the process over again. SO, what am I supposed to do?
Please help.
I just want my account reactiveated...that's all.

I was shopping on Amazon and a message popped up that I was the "lucky" shopper chosen that day to pick a FREE gift. There were several items shown, each one stating it's value and indicating that ALL I HAD TO PAY WAS THE SHIPPING. That turned out to be a big lie! I chose a watch and paid the $5.95 shipping charge; received the watch. Two weeks later, however, I had a charge of $96.95 on my credit card; the retail price of said watch! I called the company and was told I'd (unknowingly) signed up for a 14 day TRIAL and since I'd kept it, there was nothing they could do. NO RETURN policy, so sorry, etc. After much debating back and forth, they offered me a 75% refund, but that's not the point. I can't believe AMAZON would be promoting such a misleading deal as this turned out to be. I'm VERY disappointed with the lack of ethics demonstrated by your company and will be quite skeptical and much more cautious in the future. Thanks for that lesson at least! SHAME ON AMAZON!

Ref. Amazon Order# [protected]. Part of this order was a
Traveler's Choice Birmingham 21" Expandable Rollaboard, Black. The item was delivered but is red. The order was fulfilled by Amazon. The box said it was black, but it was red. Back and forth with amazon the black one is not available. The only option they give me is to return it. I ordered this particular bag for a reason. I am going to keep the bag but no one wants to do anything about it. I finally just asked for a refund of $10 or $15 for the pain in the ___this has been. Their response was that I could return it and return shipping charges would be waived. If I return I shouldn't be paying return shipping charges anyway. That is probably the cost of the return shipping charges. I seem to be left with no options. Just as a side note, a copy of this is going to Consumer Affairs.

I want the app store off both my kindle fire tablets. It ruins my games and surfing by constantly coming up! I can't do anything without seeing this app! It is really very, very annoying .
Tell me how to remove it please.
Also the unwanted advertising . I didn't ask for it and do not want it.

The first week of march, 2019... I left gillette a negative review based upon their anti-male commercial. My review ranking, at that time, was around 9, 000. Within one week the review was removed and my review ranking shot to 61, 542, 907. I called their customer service team and their dispute resolutions team and they both sent questions and forms to the only people that could help me... The communities team. After hearing nothing from them I called both the customer service team and the dispute resolutions team and both said they felt like they were being ignored by the communities team. Four weeks passed and I finally got in touch with the communities team and all they have done is copy and paste things to me that relate to none of my concerns or questions, demand info from me that relates to nothing that is happening and threaten to shut down this investigation if their demands are not met. Here is one demand. What is the url of the page you are having problems with. I've mentioned over and over and over that the url is my profile page. I've given them my profile name and everything and yet they demand from me something i've already told them... And threaten to shut everything down if I don't tell them. Ugh... Did I also mention that in week 3 I found, on amazon, a forum that the communities team runs. I tried to ask them a question on there but when I pushed the "create thread" button my question was immediately marked as spam. So, anyway, this is week 5 of everything.in retaliation for me complaining and with more helpful votes, my review ranking was dropped 400, 000 to 61, 973, 473.
Long story short... Amazon is now in the business of censoring and punishing those who do not have the same political beliefs as they do.

Yesterday 3/27/2019 around 5:pm someone came to a business near mine to deliver a package, The business was I77 Mobility Partners Office, the business was closed at the delivery time and the person who came to deliver it wanted to leave the packet in the open parking area, I told her that the business was closed and no one could received the packet and I was from a near by business a different company and couldn't take it. She said that she was not going to go back with this package and she will leave it out side, I told her that she couldn't leave it out there because it is a open parking and could be stolen and she replied " I don't care, that's not my business, I'm not taking it back". I think this behavior is not acceptable by any means, 1- someone paid for this Item, 2- it is your job, you should care about the deliver a good service representing your company. 3-It is a business, and it has business hrs, so if you for whatever reason get there after those hrs. You should leave a notice for the packet to be picked up or advising it will be re delivered. This is attitude will cost a lot of money for your company and the customers replacing lost packets, and people paying for things they won't get. I believe this needs to be addressed and Fixed, as a customer I want to rely that if I paid to have it delivered. I will get it.
gen 1 echo never did really work right and now cannot connect to new wifi
We bought the Echo a little over a year ago and expected so much more. It was almost impsooible to get it to connect to the old wifi, and neither us nor customer service, even after an hour, could get it to connect to the new wifi. Also, it never seemed to know any answers and really didn't meet our expectations. We will probably NOT purchase another one based on our poor experiece with this product.

Amazon has incorrectly charged my Amazon gift card for purchases I had made and tried to pay for with one of my credit cards. This has happened eleven (11) times since I got my Amazon gift card back in late 2017 for a total of $307.05. Each order shows that I paid with my credit card (last 4 #s), the receipt notes that I paid with my credit card (last 4 #s), but my credit cards do not show a charge. My Amazon gift card does show the unauthorized purchase and I do get my purchase delivered. What gives? Maybe had found a way to save the credit card fees by using their gift cards instead of my credit card and none would be the wiser? I was holding the gift card back for a special purchase for my wife that would not show up on our credit card before I could give it to her. I spent over an hour and a half with an Amazon representative's supervisor and came away with nothing regarding the unauthorized charge to the Amazon gift card.
