Amazon review: Total lack of customer services completely useless

Earlier this year someone in Luxenbourg found a way of buying product s on Amazon with my Credit card this card is an M&S card so every purchase has to have a security Number however Amazon allowd this person to use my card with impunity
My credit card company cancelled my card and issued a new one
in the last few day I have tried to access my account so that I can chabge my details well I can assure anyone that the systems Amazon employs is clearly a two penny half penny system that works againt the customer in every way
try finding a telephone number everything is geared against the consumer I am totally amazed as too how they remain in business

Desired outcome: Better customer services where one can either speak or contact a real human being
