Amazon have been taking payments with no problem for my account. They sent an email to verify my debit card details but will not allow me access saying about fraud although all the debit cards added are mine and my daughters and have frozen my account and music.
I have tried at least 20 times to use the link they sent to verify my card details but just keep getting the same message my account is on hold and my debit card needs verifying completely wasting my time as not allowing access to my Amazon account or my prime music account. All my monthly charges for Amazon are up to date. I accudentky used my daughters card and address for an order in August but this got sorted so I don’t know why I’m getting this problem now. Plus they won’t deliver an item to me although it’s been paid for from my bank account!
Claimed loss: Prime music account access and item needs to be delivered as all paid for!
Desired outcome: I need access back into my amazon account.
