Amazon review: Mobile phone customer service call

I recieved a call from a company claiming to be Amazon. They said someone had tried to buy a mobile phone on my account with you . The man I got hold of was very rude, he wanted all sorts of personal details, and so I told him I thought it was a Scam Call. I hung up on him. If he was your man, Sorry, but I failed to understand why he would phone me, ask if I was trying to buy a phone, then say I think its a scam in progress. I told him he had my permission to push the Delete Button on the order. He said He couldn't do that but wanted me to start downloading apps from playstore, thats when I said Goodbye.
