Amazon review: Lost order plus incorrect order plus parce? Not precedent revived and threats to take money from my bank card

2 packages due fire tablet not received but cheap mattress prptector for an address in Woodgate Road Cinderford. Second package properly received snuggkesafe+ 3 packs of coffee. Immediately contacted customer services abolishing fire tablet, asked for other package to be collected, agreed to replacement tablet. Unsolicited package for another snugglesafe etc. Dentist threatening email saying I had lied Andhra received 1st lost tablet Andrew would steal money from my card for an item I did not receive. HAkso wanted me to arrange for second snuggles to be returbed. I am homebound , Have No printer cannot travel to lockers. Trading standards state tatsinceonepackage was not ordered by me and one was wrongly delivered by you these unsolicited items and you must come to my home and give me a written receipt for repackaged will gladly return yo amazon. Both packages are unopened, in original packaging Andy you charge me for a tablet I never received I screen advised to startled proceedings. I can not believe alargeinternational company would treat a customers this.
