I requested that my businesz account be transferred back to a personal account. The system asked me if I wanted to kerp my shipping history when I said yes tge system deleted my account Accordjng to customer services I shoukd have got an email to co firm cancellation but I did nor get this. Custimer Services say there us nothinh they can do. However, whdn I go onto the system and try to create a new account thecsystem says an acvojnt with ghid phone number and or email address already exists. I am stuck in a loop.
