This was the package from hell! The day after I ordered I got notification that the product had shipped via UPS! For 14 days, UPS showed that they hadn't received the item yet. When I tried to cancel I was informed I couldn"t because it had shipped but that I could reorder and asked if I would like to reorder? So I did on Jan. 11th. On Jan.13th I got notification of shipment. Long story short, it didn't move for several days and then when it got to the destination terminal got shipped back part way and then back to the destination terminal and delivered. When it did show up, it looked like it had been dragged behind the truck , taped up and crushed
Desired outcome: This is a venting note to improve your processes and to try to find out what the problem was for this shipment. I got a return label for the original order, but what if it never shows up?
