I used Prime for a fast delivery in November 2025. Within a few days after I cancelled it. Then you took £8.99 out of my account. I do not want to use this service. The cancellation procedure is obscure but I have used it before with no problem.
I have just cancelled again, please make sure that it is cancelled.
Please refund £8.99 to my account.
