While trying to read a book from my library on my kindle it suddenly cut off and all my books have disappeared [over 1000 books] and I can do nothing at all with my kindle now I have tried several different phone numbers listed and still have not spoken to anyone Disgusted with the service Would someone please phone me on [protected] to resolve this please
