Parcels were originally to be delivered Wednesday. It was changed to Tuesday between 3.15/6.15pm but did not arrive till 7.30pm. The trouble was i had to go out as we had a meal booked for 6.30pm. The courier left 3 parcels on a concrete path i the pouring rain and they were all soaked and dripping wet. I am very angry. Then Wednesday i had a parcel to be delivered the same time as stated for Tuesday but again late and left on the wet path i am even more angrier as this one only had outside packaging and it was a T Shirt with no plastic covering. Plus i am on the main road anybofy could have taken them!

Desired outcome: To at least let you know they are running late. I did say to leave in wheelie bin. I would appreciate a response and a apology.
