I have been waiting since rhe 1st for ear buds to be delivered and have gotten nothing but robbed of woth three different days 1st 4th and now the 6th. Die to the incompetence of the delivery driver not looking to where they are supposed to be they were supposed to be st mine by 1 on the 1st they didn't turn up so then when I call was told rhatbrhey would be here the next day theyvwerent and another call was totally useless and so on and so forth do now I have to wait till the 6th due to the idiots on the phone not knowing what rhe app on customers end states not there end on rhe computer where they can change the order

Desired outcome: A refund and to get and use the ear buds free of any charges and also compensation of and upti the cost of the 3 sets if buds thatni ordered on Monday
