I purchased a phone through amazon.ae for my wife as well when i landed to india inserted a sim a getting a call as i am getting a call that this phone is stolen and also IMEI code of the device is also blocked and getting regular threat calls for my family safety i am requesting you to please look into it and requesting you to share the invoice copy with any code details of the product you have sold to me like IMEI or sino as emergency plz look into it

Claimed loss: would like to have a immediate resolution on the as refund also will submit this back to you with as it is we want our safety first within this week

Desired outcome: plz collect the device or share me a invoice of the device where as there is no info of device id matching in invoice to raise a complain
