Refund on product ordered from zwnav (new yingyuan technology, shenzen)
I ordered a Right Hand Drive Carplay Screen from ZWNAV (New Yingyuan Technology, Shenzen) Please see attached screenshot.
The service I received from the chat assistant was wonderful, but they sent me the incorrect item, a Left Hand Drive version of my order.
I paid 30usd import duty on the product and then 65usd to return the product.
They insisted that I use the Post office to return the product, which is going to take up to 5 weeks.
Now this was a mistake made by the company to send me the wrong product, and they expect me to wait 5 or more weeks for them to receive it back to refund me.
I find this very unfair and would like my refund to be processed immediately, I have sent proof of return and am not prepared to wait for them to receive the product back.
I am willing to consider reordering the original product, but I need them to refund me full costs before I do so.
Please could you action this complaint soonest and come to a satisfactory conclusion
Desired outcome: I would like my refund on the price of the item, the import costs and return costs ASAP

I am buy the lamps in Aliexpress website and ordered around Jul2022, and delivery to me around middle of Aug2022, but the lamps was damaged in carrier transportation and I contacted with seller to re-issue another one, however I waiting more than 4 month, and still get the damaged package.
I Asked Aliexpress service, they let me get the damage certificate from shipping agent. I call USPS but they said not recognized that and should the seller send request.
That means they don't want to get refund for me from seller side, I suspect they never want to help me fix the problem, because I pay the whole charge and they don't want to refund

SITUATION WITH THE OUKITEL FRANCHISE STORE 5 MONTHS DISPUTE
It was 2 orders : Order ID: [protected] and Order ID: [protected]
The 2 oukitel k7 did have the simtray and the eject mechanism defect and broken .
Folowing the dispute we agreed to repair the Order ID: [protected] and return the Order ID: [protected] and the sller pays the return shipment fee.
The repair for the first order was 66 euros and the seller paid 20 and 30 total 50 euros after a long chats i agreed
For the second phone Order ID: [protected] the seller still refusing to refund the 28,05 euros of the return shipment fee as was decided in the final dispute solution of aliexpress

Sleeping bag with defect
I purchase a sleeping bag 24 Oct 2022. I received on November 3, 2022. Looks good. I used product first time after the 15 days of protection and detecting a major manufacturing defect, the hollow cotton insulation was loose inside. Seller (Shop1100227643 Store) agree return/refund and now did not accept return. I need help to have a new item or refund

My refund for defective item
I bought android head unit for my car with order # [protected] from Aliexpress
I’ve contacted the seller after I received the machine because the a backlight setting issue.
The seller advised me to update the firmware and he sent me a software download link. I did the download and followed the instructions provided.
also, I noticed the software version sent was incorrect and I requested the seller to send me the similar software version but he told me that’s the software sent by the engineer
I followed the instructions and after that the device restarted with white screen. (no display)
The machine display got defective due to a wrong file was sent from the seller to me to update the system firmware
I contacted the seller again to inform him for what happened. So, he provided and new instructions to solve the issue and when he couldn’t solve the issue he told me the machine got damaged and to escaped from his fault and responsibility. he pretend that I damaged it. How come he's the one sent the wrong file to me and I did what he ask me to do.
I've been contacting the seller many times to solve this issue but he wasn't cooperative
Then I created the dispute case to refund for the full amount, but I got an offer with the partial refund which is not satisfying me butI accepted only assuming that I can repair it in my country and close this case to move on in my life especially the customer service and seller are not cooperative, but I couldn't find anyone to repair it for me.
I contacted the seller again requesting him for a solution and I offered to ship the machine free of charge for him to repair it & send it back. But he refused. also, he asked me to pay the full amount again to purchase a new machine!
Where's my warranty and my rights in this case?!

I received somebody's order inside my package and did not get what I ordered!
Ali Express sent me a package with the tracking number and correct customs form for an item I recently ordered (a Luke's diner, Gilmore Girls car sticker). Inside the package, however there was no sticker - but instead another package, addressed to a different person and containing a brown satin head scarf. I made a complaint, expecting a refund at the very least and or/ another sticker sent out to me. Instead, Ali Express refused my refund, saying that "the package was not empty". I spent about 40 minutes chatting with customer service, who simply kept saying random statements and refused to solve the issue or agree to a refund. They took a VERY long time to respond every time - so long in fact, that the chat tried to cut me off three times and made me say random comments to keep it active. Extremely disappointed in this service and refusal to provide a solution to a problem caused by them.
Desired outcome: A refund for the item I did not receive please.
Disfuntional items, refund not received and now I am being ignored
I was searching for car mats and car seat covers online. I found these on the aliexpress website and read the online descriptions given by the Car Mats Store that is a supplier on ali express. I paid NZD140.77 with a debit card. The products were shipped immediately after the order was placed, and before the details of the make and model of my car could be confirmed. When I received the items, the items did not match the descriptions. I asked the store for a refund and they were non-compliant. I opened a dispute through ali express and ali express' solution was that the product descriptions did not fit the products and the products did not work as described. Ali express' solution was that the Car Mats Store must make a full refund and pay for the return shipping. Their solution said that the items must be returned by 19 November 2022 for the full refund to be made.
The Car Mats Store did not send the return shipping label even though Ali express' solution said the seller is responsible for paying the return shipping fee. I could not pay the return shipping fee, so I messaged the Car Mats Store numerous times to ask for the return shipping label. The seller ignored my messages and did not send the return shipping label. I also messaged and emailed ali express to say the seller is non-compliant, but ali express did not help to get the seller to send the return shipping label. Instead, they only told me that the refund will be sent back to the seller if the items have not been shipped by 18 November 2022. I quoted their solution every time that says the seller must pay the return shipping, and that the seller is not providing the label for the items to be returned. So, the dispute kept on going in circles with no real solution. It seems as if ali express made it impossible for me to get my money back by creating a solution that cannot be achieved unless the seller fulfills their part.
On 18 November 2022, I contacted Car Mats Store and said that I am going to make a complaint with the consumers association. They responded and said they will make a full refund without return of the items. I have not received this refund. I am not able to get in touch with them any longer as they are not receiving messages from me anymore. I have sent several messages and emails to ali express to let them know that the seller agreed to a full refund without return of the items, but ali express is not responding to my messages and emails. I now have no means by which I can contact them, and they are simply ignoring my communication and requests.
Desired outcome: Please refund and respond to my messages.

I bought 20 units of LED wall lamps. All the packages arrived. I mounted 15 units to the wall and to the electricity. Within a few days they started flashing and then stopped working. Currently there are 9 lamps out of 15 that may not be working. The products are in very poor condition. I paid money for In order to enjoy the product but they are not good.
Desired outcome: Asking for replasment of the entire order for the lamps of better quality or get the full reimbursement

garment dtg printer
Hi I brought a dtg printer from seller kpay on alieexpress on march 21st 2022
Machine is under warranty and stopped working
Aswel as the usb with the software also doesnt work
I offered the seller to refund me minus the shipping fee to return the printer back to them,
Seller then refused my fair offer that I suggested to him,
And seller said that he would send me a new motherboard and usb with software on it to fix machine myself
At the time I refused his offer as I wanted refund as I dont think its fair I should have to repair faulty machine myself,

falsely claims that their battery pack should handle 12 V 31000 mAh.
I ordered in good faith and after receiving the item I was very disappointed.
After researching the matter, 6 Samsung NCR 18650 35E simply cannot handle it. That battery has a nominal voltage of 3.6 V and 3350 mAh. There are only 6 batteries in one pack.
In reality, it is NOT even Samsung batteries. It is HONGCI!
It's a complete scam!
The company refuses to accept my offer to resolve the conflict by sending me batteries corresponding to the capacity that is missing. They also refuse to refund.
I don't think they can refuse to do that as they promised me 4 x 31000 mAh Samsung batteries when I ordered.
