AliExpress Chao Guang Lighting Co. ltd store

I bought 20 units of LED wall lamps. All the packages arrived. I mounted 15 units to the wall and to the electricity. Within a few days they started flashing and then stopped working. Currently there are 9 lamps out of 15 that may not be working. The products are in very poor condition. I paid money for In order to enjoy the product but they are not good.

We have been complaining for two months about the products ordered from you

There is a problem that lamps are not waterproof as it is written in the order. And water penetrates them and they stopped working. We get an answer from you every time saying that you take care of it in front of the factory, but you don't solve the problem for us. We want a clear answer on how you solve the problem and for how long.

AliExpress I ordered wall tapestry and now it shows that I have no Orders in my only account now.

I placed an order for (2) wall tapestry, on November 28th, 2022 and now my account shows no Orders processing and none shipped out. It said they would arrive December 23rd, 2022. I only have one account with Ali express. The money came out of my Account for over $22. Can you locate my Order? I never got a confirmation email either. Thank you, [protected]

AliExpress garment dtg printer

Hi I brought a dtg printer from seller kpay on alieexpress on march 21st 2022
Machine is under warranty and stopped working
Aswel as the usb with the software also doesnt work
I offered the seller to refund me minus the shipping fee to return the printer back to them,
Seller then refused my fair offer that I suggested to him,
And seller said that he would send me a new motherboard and usb with software on it to fix machine myself
At the time I refused his offer as I wanted refund as I dont think its fair I should have to repair faulty machine myself,
I then changed my mind and now seller wants me to pay for the motherboard and pay for new usb with the software on it, so now im stuck with a machine that I used twice and payed $2466 for the machine that doesnt work and suppose to be under warranty still
Seller is rude and will not respond to me at all now
Also alieexpress arnt helping either
I have been ripped off $2466

AliExpress Shop1102164563 Store. My order ID [protected].

The company named Shop1102164563 Store

falsely claims that their battery pack should handle 12 V 31000 mAh.

I ordered in good faith and after receiving the item I was very disappointed.

After researching the matter, 6 Samsung NCR 18650 35E simply cannot handle it. That battery has a nominal voltage of 3.6 V and 3350 mAh. There are only 6 batteries in one pack.

In reality, it is NOT even Samsung batteries. It is HONGCI!

It's a complete scam!

The company refuses to accept my offer to resolve the conflict by sending me batteries corresponding to the capacity that is missing. They also refuse to refund.

I don't think they can refuse to do that as they promised me 4 x 31000 mAh Samsung batteries when I ordered.

Hi Team, I am from GigaComm Network Support - we are ISP at Australia. One of our customers is reporting and issue that his IP is tracked to be located at Bangladesh and hence gets all product prices in Bangladeshi Taka. We have already given our IP details to all geolocation providers but seems like there is still an issue experienced on AliExpress. Could you please share info regarding which geolocation provider are you using for IP location services? This way we can contact that provider and share with them our IP ranges to be updated in their record.

I have sent 4/5 complaint messages your shop 91138704S the shop started by tell me it was delivered to me the they stated it was on transit via Hermes gave me a tracking code number it does and exist after checking then the shop sent other mesaged to my inbox after 5/6 weeks i have had enough so i demarded a refund you all ready have a purchase from me i don`t normally have this sort of problems please let me add i have also try to send 5 messages direct to aliexpress i hope some of them will get to you

AliExpress Knitting yarn at the store linktheworld - order disappeared

On Nov 17 I made an order at AliExpress store Linktheworld in the amount of $20.77 CAD, and received the confirmation e-mail with order ID=[protected]. The amount of $20.77 CAD was charged from my credit card immediately. On the AliExpress account page this order was shown in the list of orders as the latest one. On the 19-th of November I checked my account page (still opened) if the order was shipped. When I clicked at the order details in the list of orders, I was prompted to re-log-in into the account. After providing my credentials, the order disappeared from the list of orders, and direct search for order number produced 'not found' message. Interestingly, the confirmation e-mail also disappeared from my primary e-mail account. When I directly contacted the store, they also replied that the order cannot be found.

The store also advised me to wait for the money to be returned to me from AliExpress platform for 3 weeks, claiming that they will not get it unless I confirm receipt of the goods.

Luckily I still have confirmation e-mail in my secondary e-mail account, and print screen of the order on Aliexpress page.

It appears there id a fraud. I doubt that the store actions are not related to this fraudulent activities.

Desired outcome: Return my money right away, investigate fraud, and ban the fraudster from your platform.

AliExpress Faulty fan light

On the 6th august 2022 I ordered a ceiling fan light €101.54 from yeelight online store via aliexpress it arrived on the 15th oct when I put it up it kept flashing and would not change colour I sent this information to the seller who asked for a video of the flashing which I sent on the 19th oct they replied they would contact their technical department on the 21st oct he asked me to try to reset the remote this did not work light still flashing on the 22nd oct they said they would send a new drive to me I had to pay €0.12 cents to create a tracking number on the 24th oct they said I would recieve the drive in 15 to 30 days and not to open a dispute all will be ok on the 3rd nov they cancelled the order they said it was out of stock I said I would like a refund as the light is faulty they then said they have one and the wharehouse will resend it on the 7th nov I was given a tracking number and asked to wait on the 15th nov the order was cancelled again since then they have not replied I have been a loyal customer with aliexpress for many years and have never beeen treated like this before I have a faulty light and am €100.00 out of pocket

I ordered an inflatable Pub from AliExpress/Jien Inflatables and NEVER received the product and they will not refund me! I spent $1,616 US DOLLARS and have NOTHING to show for it. AliExpress Refusal to refund an order which was not received

Order id:[protected] I ordered this on 20th August 20202 from Miss Beauty Store and received an email from aliexpress on 5th November 2022 asking if I had received it. As I had not, and in fact as of writing this still have not, received it I initiated a dispute. The result, as I understand it, is because I could not prove I had not received this order no refund will be issued. I am not sure whether this is a new policy by aliexpress or the seller just being "difficult" but for the first time ever apparently I am expected to check with the post office for delivery (details are not kept by the post office of every letter or parcel received and delivered and without a tracking number courier companies cannot help) and ask my neighbours and family whether they received it on my behalf (this would be done anyway before confirming it had not been received) then obtain "shipping company's missing parcel documents", which I have never heard of, and supply them to you. When I asked for proof of delivery none was supplied, This is the first time I have ever had such an issue and if indeed this is the new attitude towards customers I doubt I will make any more orders through aliexpress

AliExpress Returned faulty watch

I paid for an expense watch $400 approx from Hongyun Watch Store. It was faulty and didn't work the way it should (auto movement). Hongyun Watch Store told me to send it back which I did at a cost of $70. They have now had my watch for a least a month or more and seem to be refusing to send me a new watch or repair the old one. The watch came with a 24 month warranty from Cronos (the maker of the watch). I'm sure Hongyun Watch would have claimed for a new watch and are simply refusing to send me the new watch back.

Messaging has been going back and forth now for months.

Aliexpress, please read this and try to help fix this issue.

I don't have a lot of money and saved to buy this watch for my sons birthday now I've no watch nor any money to show for it thanks to dishonest traders on your website in this case HONGYUN WATCH STORE.

Please help me.

I purcased a suitcase from Grasp Dream. On my first travel with the suitcase, the lock got stuck. It was not possible to open the suitcase without using a tool.

It worked in the morning of 23rd of October as I left my otel room in Oslo. On arrival in Tromsø a coupple of hours later as I grabbed it at the airport, the lock was stuck. I changed the code according to the instructions. It worked with the new code for a while. The latest moment it worked with the new code that I had put was Sunday 23rd of October at 0840 in Oslo. When I arrived to Tromsø, at 1050 it was stuck, and I was not able to open it even if I tried multiple times. When I arrived home, there was no other option that to use a tool in order to open it. I still have the suitcase. I can send it to you so you can examine it if you may.

Thank you for your kind rsponse. I dont think it is possible to have such an accidental change of password, and if it is so, then it is not safe to use that suitcase when travelling. You then never will know when you accidently change the password, and it would be very inconvient if you need to open your suitcase.
