So I was just scammed and have lost out on my money, how can you have people pay extra for you all to just keep the money and never send the merchandise. Contacting better business bureau. I order a dress I thought would be cute to wear on my wedding day before or after the wedding and paid for 3-5 shipping. Processing is 1-3 days and again shipping is 3-5 ordered on 2/4/20 you do the math it should have been here.
I ordered and received a dress from Rosewe. Once the dress arrived, I noticed that the imprinting on the dress was blurry and faded. I reached out to Rosewe to return the item. Rosewe expects me to pay for return shipping on a faulty item. I have been trying for days to get Rosewe to pay for return shipping. No luck. They have lost a customer. I wont deal with a company that wont accept responsibility for errors on their end.

So, I never would have tried to place an order if I knew that they would not process the discount. The order completed without the discount, and I could not cancel it. I immediately put in a request to have the discount credited or cancel the order. The company refused to do both. I have put in several requests to no avail. Will never do business with them again.
