AliExpress The xiaoling act the role ofing is tasted store - scam!!!

This store is scamming people! I googled my store and found that Xiaoling is using my photos to commit fraud! I have sent them a warning 2 weeks ago to take them down and they have not done it. I read their reviews and saw repeated reports that this company is not sending the customer the same item as pictured. I've looked at other pictures and they are doing the same thing to other shops on Etsy. There is a reason they have 82 percent reviews, and this is it. If AliExpress doesn't take action against Xiaoling, AliExpress is just as bad as the scammers they support! I do a lot of business thru AliExpress and I'm noticing more and more fraud that is being allowed to happen. The first 2 pictures are mine and the second 2 pictures are Xiaoling's.

Desired outcome: Take my pictures down, this store needs to be shut down or monitored very closing by AliExpress.

Letter before court claim

To whom it may concern,

Re: non delivery of , Louis Vuitton and Chanel handbag

I have not received a reply to my letter dated 24 July 2013 regarding the undelivered goods which I bought from you on 10 July 2023.

The letter explained that they were not delivered TO ME and why I am entitled to a refund.

I am once again requesting a full refund of the purchase price of £622.32 on the grounds that the goods were not of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I enclose a copy of the proof of purchase.

I would like a reply as soon as possible so that I know you have received this letter. If you don't agree to the refund, could you please then send me a detailed response saying why you don't agree.

To avoid taking court action, I am willing to use Alternative Dispute Resolution to resolve this problem.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response from you within 14 days of the date of this letter, I intend to issue proceedings against you in the county court without further notice. This may increase your liability for costs.

I refer you to the Practice Direction on pre-action conduct under the Civil Procedure Rules, and in particular to paragraph 13-16 which sets out the sanctions the court may impose if you fail to comply with the Practice Direction.

I look forward to your acknowledgement.

AliExpress Final resolution center

I bought a dash mat cover for my Lexus UX 250h Fsport.

I provided photos for the seller as requested I also sent full model and specifications of my car also.

I was sent a dash at that did not fit my vehicle and was obviously for a different model car.

So got in touch and supplier said they would reimburse me but to still go through resolution centre as as I had already requested their help.

After sending the resolution centre the relevant details also photos of the dash may not fitting and not fit for purpose in my car. I also sent photos to resolution centre showing that the goods were of no use as was wrong one sent to me.

Yet upon all that evidence the resolution centre went against me getting a refund?.

This is seriously a misjudgement by the personal who dealt with my case.

Could you please look into this and correct the person that has made made this horrendous mistake happen.

AliExpress Ordered superglue and it was leaking everywhere, no help at all

I bought a 20 pack of superglue. It arrived in a plain paper envelope (surprising) and when opened I noticed some were stuck to the paper envelope. Pulled one out to notice it was sticky on the outside, and others were same, leaking! Wiped one off as best as possible, opened it and squeezed it, big mistake, exploded all over the place, glue on my hands, on my counter. Had to use a razor to scrape off counter and hurt removing from hands. I complained and as per usual they ask for photos and video evidence, I sent that. I showed a video of me throwing them in the garbage, whilst some sticking to the envelope still and had to shake vigorously to remove them to the garbage receptacle. Got answer that it was not sufficient evidence, and further a very nasty reply from seller calling me names! Wow! Then they disallowed it, and I had no idea why. My evidence was as good as it gets! Not sure how to show leaking clear crazy glue, it's transparent! Not willing to touch it again either! I appealed, they then tell me it is still not allowed. What? I could not believe it was denied! Regardless, I then put a complaint in about the fact it was sent through regular mail, in a paper envelope, and it is actually not even allowable from Canada Post to do so! NO markings, nothing that it is highly flammable, and is a chemical. Got generic letter back saying it is not listed as a dangerous product, or flammable on their policy! What a joke! Ridiculous, their policy is ruthless and dangerous! I am done after several years of being a customer, knowing I get bad products from time to time, but this is the worst.

Desired outcome: Refund, apology. They need to update their "policy" and not send out generic responses over and over. They sent same response to me many times. Not reading any complaints, just clicking a generic answer on their end!

AliExpress Aliexpress: Are you a scammer? Let's cheat together.

I ordered a hooded jacket on Aliexpress. 1300 TL + shipping tax cost around 1700 TL. My order number is [protected]. The seller sent an item I did not want, by the way, 1 month has passed. I also opened a dispute. They gave me two options. Returning my 700 TL defect money and keeping the product. And a full refund of my money. All of them are included in me except tax and shipping. Of course I chose the second one. After the return process, it says that the seller has paid the shipping fee, go to the cargo. I went to the PTT and they asked for 800 TL. I wrote this on Aliexpress. They say talk to the seller, I wrote to the seller. No answer. Aliexpress says pay the shipping fee of 800 TL, we will give you a 800 TL coupon. Seller or scammer, you decide on Aliexpress. If you're such a sucker, we sell coupons too. They said if anything happens, you talk to the seller. I talked to the customer representative for 30 minutes. I added 1-2 screenshots. You will see how true what I have written is. Also, the customer representative turned off the chat. It's like saying if you're going to get the coupon, get it, if you don't, don't close the shop. I couldn't get enough of my sucker.

In my case: Tracked as delivered but not received the order!...its terrible!

AliExpress says that Final Solution No Refund Based on the insufficient proof you provided, we cannot approve this request. You can contact Customer Service for more help...

Can I ask what is your proof that the item was delivered? Can you please tell me the carrier company? I did not receive the item. How can I prove it? Because when I was waiting for items, you updated the status as delivered, but I did not deliver them. On what basis did you update the system as the item was delivered? Please refund my money or tell me your shipping company and the tracking number of the shipping company for the items.

I paid $44.20 to this Seller named Pusee Official Store on the 10 th of July 2023, initially is shows delivered but I did not received this dress. I contacted the seller this Seller said the product is out of stock and that I should wait for 2-3 weeks and that I should wait or file a dispute, I filed the dispute but there was no way to submit my dispute and because of that I wanted to send to d seller that I could not submit, I mistakenly clicked confirmed, immediately I contacted this seller since then d seller didn’t respond to my messages, I am ready to send prove of our conversations. Help me out

On June 3rd, 2023 I bought 3 fans from Shop1102901376 Store on AliExpress, I never received the merchandise, This is my Order ID: 8170706348875137. The seller claims they shipped it through FedEx, they sent this tracking number 780762577010, the problem with this tracking number is that it belongs to a different person with a different address and name than mine, this leads me to believe that the seller never sent the items and is giving false information to AliExpress alleging that he did ship when in fact he never did. I was counting on AliExpress to at the very least check with FedEx to verify if the tracking number belonged to me or not, they never checked and took the side of the seller. This seller is probably doing the same thing with other buyers because he knows AliExpress will not investigate. AliExpress kept asking me for the tracking number to this transaction which is the one I wrote above and according to that number the package was delivered, AliExpress is denying my refund based on that, they never bothered calling FedEx to find out in whose name the shipment was sent.

I am going to cancel my account with AliExpress and never buy a single item again, I will recommend to my company peers to be very careful with AliExpress merchandise that never gets delivered.

AliExpress Comemore 001 Store Thieves and liars!!!

I bought a pair of ankle boots from this AliExpress store and at the same time I bought two more pairs from two other stores, the two bought from other stores arrived but they never arrived! I opened a dispute to ask for the money back but the seller rejected all my requests, in the end the dispute was closed without returning my money because AliExpress wanted proof from me that I did not receive the package, I sent the proof from the post office in which they say that this package did not reach them either! In spite of all the evidence, AliExpress gave my money to the seller and thus the sum of $25.80 was stolen from me by this seller through the AliExpress website! I think that some fraudsters work hand in hand with AliExpress to deceive people!

Desired outcome: I want my money refunded and this seller to disappear from your site so that he doesn't deceive others!

AliExpress Frauda!

I was very disappointed because many products were not delivered to me and despite all the evidence and evidence that I did not receive them, the dispute was closed and my money was not returned! Their consumer policy is a lie, although they promised not to give the money to the seller before I received the product, they did not keep their word. I insisted that they return my money, but although they answer that they will help me, they reply by email that they regret it, but the case is closed and the money cannot be refunded! Now they have closed me any possibility to communicate with a direct agent and only the robot answers me!

Desired outcome: Please refund the money you paid for products I didn't receive!

CAREFUL! This seller is a thief and a liar! He did not deliver the product I paid for because it was not the correct address, but I have always received products from AliExpress at this address. He probably delivered garbage in a package and sent it in such a way that he would never get to recover his money from the carrier! He didn't refund me anything even though I sent all the possible proofs. That's how he stole my money and from the carrier!

I have made 2 purchases on aliexpress advertising free shipping, estimated date of arrival and shipping company name. Once did buy now, money been taken , the 2 companies got in touch with me saying that I have to pay for

AliExpress Incorrect orders

This platform doesn't back up their BUYER PROTECTION GUARANTEE! Several times I have been shipped an item other than what I ordered and the platform never gives a full refund. They either say the item has use or they refuse to refund the shipping fees associated with the bad item. I'm tax exempt and they have refused to accept my sales tax exempt status saying that unless I'm making a government purchase, I can't use my exemption status. I've even had them refuse to refund the sales tax the platform has collected on item they have refunded. They are masters of the rip off! Its next to impossible to talk to anyone on the platform for support. You can't even respond to the denials they give. This platform needs to be put out of business in the USA. They do not comply with US laws in any shape of form and I can prove it all!

Desired outcome: THE US GOVERNMENT SHOULD REGULATE THEM OR SHUT THEM DOWN. THEY ARE NOT ONLY RIPPING OFF AMERICAN BUSINESSES, THEY ARE RIPPING OFF THE AMERICAN PUBLIC.

AliExpress Non-delivered item

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent order through AliExpress. On [order date], I placed an order for three items with the order ID: [protected]. Despite waiting for the designated delivery period, I have not received any of the items in my mailbox.

I want to bring to your attention that even after waiting for additional days, the order has not been delivered. However, when I checked the order tracking on the AliExpress app, it displayed that the items were delivered. This conflicting information has only added to my confusion and concern.

When I requested a refund for the undelivered order, I was dismayed to receive a refusal, with the claim that I have no evidence to support my claim. I would like to inquire about what constitutes evidence of not receiving an order. Would providing a photograph of my empty mailbox serve as sufficient proof? If there are any alternative forms of evidence that I can provide, please let me know.

In addition to the refund, I would also like to request compensation for the inconvenience caused by the delay in receiving the portable scale from the order. Due to this delay, I faced difficulties in accurately measuring the weight of my luggage for a trip to Germany, resulting in an overweight baggage charge at the airport. This unexpected expense could have been avoided if the order had arrived on time.

I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and resolve this matter promptly. As a loyal customer of AliExpress, I have always appreciated the convenience and value your platform provides. However, this unfortunate experience has left me dissatisfied with the service and hesitant to make future purchases.

I kindly request that you reconsider my refund request and provide the compensation for the inconvenience caused. AliExpress AliExpress Review: Lack of Buyer Protection and Honesty in Shops

AliExpress is a website that has the potential to take over the world with some minor adjustments. However, there are some issues that need to be addressed. One of the biggest issues is the lack of protection for buyers. It would be helpful if we could read and review individual stores to get extra information and protection. The site suggests buyer protection, but the reality is difficult. The 24/7 live customer service is a robot named Eva, who texts. It would be better if there was an option to speak to a real person. The review system is also impossibly hidden, and if you have a dispute, you cannot leave a review when you need to the most.

AliExpress has made some dreadful changes in the last few months. They have teaser prices that go nowhere, and it is frustrating for buyers. For example, you might see a product advertised for $9, but when you click on the link, it takes you back to the regular listing with prices that vary from $10 to $12. Even then, there is no $10 option, and you have to settle for the more expensive $12 configuration. This is a problem with most of the shops on AliExpress. They lack scrupulous honesty and clarity.

One example is the LIZERUEE shop, which advertised women's nursing shoes but turned out to be men's shoes for a wider foot. The problem with most of the shops on AliExpress is the lack of information they provide. The size chart does not reflect what you get, and the shoes that arrive are often different from what you ordered. If you complain to the shop directly, they tell you that it is a standard and an acceptable deviation. This is not acceptable, and it shows that AliExpress cares more for their immediate bottom dollar than servicing their customers.

The reviews on AliExpress are useless and undependable. If you can post a review after a dispute, that cuts out a huge portion of the story. AliExpress needs to develop public trust to make more money. They should care more about their customers and provide better protection and service. It would be great if we could do more reviews on individual stores on AliExpress, Etsy, Amazon, and eBay.

Despite all these issues, AliExpress has stepped in and confirmed that the size is wrong. They have asked for a refund without returning the shoes, and I have it in writing. I want to trust them, and I hope they will improve their service in the future. I wrote to the seller to try and make sense of all of this. I don't want free shoes. I want this business to succeed. I said write to me when you get the pink ones. I want to leave a 5-star review and wish them the very best.

AliExpress Mixed Feelings About AliExpress: A Risky Site to Shop On

I've been using AliExpress for a while now and I have mixed feelings about it. While some sellers are great and provide excellent customer service, others are just a nightmare to deal with. It's really hit or miss.

One thing to keep in mind is that not all high seller ratings can be trusted. Some sellers bribe or even coerce their buyers to give them a high rating in exchange for a refund. So, it's important to read reviews carefully and do your research before making a purchase.

The AliExpress Arbitration Process is also a huge waste of time. Even with solid evidence against the seller, AliExpress will often make a decision that's favorable to the seller. I recently had to go through the arbitration process after a seller refused to give me a refund for a product that was falsely advertised. It took a month of negotiating with the seller before I finally escalated the dispute to the AliExpress team. Even with clear evidence, AliExpress only gave me a small fraction of the refund amount I requested, claiming that "the item still has value." It was a frustrating experience, to say the least.

The REPORT/Complaint section on AliExpress is also a joke. I've sent multiple reports about certain sellers and they've all been rejected without any clear explanation. It's impossible to contact AliExpress directly, so there's no way to get any guidance on how to file a report correctly.

Overall, I would say that AliExpress is a risky site to shop on. While there are some good sellers, there are also many bad ones. And even if you have a problem with a seller, it's unlikely that AliExpress will be on your side. So, be prepared to waste your money, time, and effort when shopping on this site.

AliExpress Nightmare Experience with AliExpress: Fake Deliveries, Lost Money, and No Support for Scammed Buyers

My experience with AliExpress has been nothing short of a nightmare. I recently ordered a metal Captain America shield collectible from JTB Models, but it turned out to be a fake delivery. I lost $240 and have been waiting for more than three months to get my money back. The seller gave me a fake tracking number to meet AliExpress' shipping deadline, and when I got worried, they gave me another fake tracking number to make me think the item was on its way. AliExpress has not been supportive in helping me get a refund for being a victim of a scam.

There are several major problems with this company that I have encountered:

1) Unlike other online marketplaces like Amazon, AliExpress allows their sellers 75 days to deliver the item plus 15 more days to file a dispute. This means that by the time you realize you have been scammed, you may have surpassed your deadlines for AliExpress disputes, giving seller feedback, and most importantly, the 90-day mark, which is the last day for a credit card dispute. Waiting for more than three months for an item is not worth it.

2) If you do start a dispute in time, you should never close it or accept the seller's proposals. Let AliExpress step in to give you a refund. If you don't, the dispute closes, and you will never be able to reopen or appeal that dispute. The seller can then take your money and run, and you will be left with nothing. After that, the seller will ghost you.

3) Most of the time, the items you receive are of inferior quality. You are paying junk prices for actual junk. I have rarely received a product where I thought, "Wow, I just saved a lot of money for the same product I could have gotten at home." The vast majority of reviews are bought and/or fake.

It is clear that both the seller and AliExpress facilitate fraud every day. AliExpress does not have your back, and it is only a matter of time before you get scammed. When that happens, AliExpress tends to favor the seller by making you wait even longer for your item or outright rejecting your request for a refund. There is no email or phone number to contact, and sometimes, you can only reach a live agent through the chat. However, those agents will send you lofty promises, only for you to later receive an email stating that your request for a refund is rejected. All I have asked for is fairness, but AliExpress will not use fairness and reasonable judgment. Instead, they would rather lose a customer.

I am currently on my fifth dispute in a few months. Many sellers use the tactic of inputting a fake tracking number into AliExpress to meet the guaranteed shipping deadline, but in reality, your items are never sent. The ones that do have tracking numbers with frequent status updates will get to you in about two weeks to a month. When you order enough, you will know exactly which sellers shipped your items and which ones are fraudsters. When you get this feeling, file a dispute right away and keep it open until AliExpress steps in and issues you a refund. If that fails, go through your credit card company ASAP well before the 90-day mark.

Save yourself the grief and buy your products through Amazon or a real store. It may cost a few dollars more, but you are protected from scams, and you get exactly the product you want right away.

It is unfortunate that there are genuine sellers on AliExpress, but they are overshadowed by the fraudulent ones. AliExpress should take a hard stance on sellers by giving them one month to get those items out and guaranteeing a refund so buyers know the platform is on their side if they don't get their goods.

In conclusion, AliExpress is full of fake sellers, fake products, and fake promises. It is not worth the risk, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

AliExpress Terrible Support and Poor Quality Products - My Experience with AliExpress

I had a really bad experience with AliExpress. I ordered a picture with a frame and the quality was really poor. I opened a dispute, but it was declined. I tried to open another dispute review, but it was also declined. I decided to contact support and showed them the same pictures I submitted in the dispute. Suddenly, they agreed with me that it was poor service and really bad quality. They told me to wait 3-7 days and I would get an email with their chat with the seller and everything would be fine. However, I waited 10 days and still no email. I contacted support again and they told me the same thing and to wait another 3-7 days. Still no email. I contacted support 3 more times in the following weeks and it still wasn't resolved.

Then, I finally received an email saying that they were unable to process my appeal anymore because there were multiple submissions happening into this order. They told me to contact the seller for the most appropriate resolution. I was really frustrated because it was not my fault that each support member created a new case and did not look at the old one, even though I gave all of them the case number which my previous support member gave me.

In my opinion, this site's support is straight trash and I will never use AliExpress again. It was a waste of my time and money.

I had some chat logs with the support team and they were not very helpful. They kept telling me to wait and that they would communicate with the seller, but nothing was ever resolved. It was really frustrating because I just wanted a refund for the poor quality product I received.

Overall, I would not recommend AliExpress to anyone. The support is terrible and the quality of the products is not worth the risk. It's better to spend a little more money and get a better quality product from a more reliable website.

I have been buying from Asia for a while now and I consider myself skilled in closing deals. However, I had a strange experience with AliExpress, which I feel compelled to share in this review. I must warn you that you may lose your money if you are not careful.

AliExpress presents itself as a BIG MOUTH company that promises protection, money safety, and much more. However, the reality is different. It only works until the seller is not smart enough.

I lost $315 and only got back $50. I ordered a toy, LED bulbs, an SSD drive 256GB, and two mobile phones, which totaled $418. However, I only received a toy, LED bulbs, and an SSD drive 128GB, which totaled $100. Do you think AliExpress is interested in what was inside?

I opened a dispute, but without any logical reason, it was closed, and I did not provide sufficient evidence. I opened a dispute resolution escalation, but the resolution was the same. I complained ten times on online support, and they were good at promising, but their service was zero. The seller had a negative ratio, but they knew how to remove it. I saw more buyers complaining about cheating, but the seller had a 100 percent positive rating. So, what is wrong?

Let me give you some details of my progress. I opened a dispute, and after an extremely long time (5-6 months), it was closed because I did not provide sufficient evidence. What evidence could I provide if I had nothing? In my opinion, the seller is obligated to provide evidence, but they did not provide anything else than one valid tracking number. So, if the package is sent even empty, the seller wins.

I opened a complaint, but the resolution was the same as the first dispute. Again, I did not provide sufficient evidence, and they told me I did not reply to their email. That is some trick because I am very sure I did not receive anything. This was repeated many times, promising emails, and nothing happened. In my opinion, online support is only a psychological game. They ensure you about progress, but in the background, they do nothing.

I complained to online support, and they promised, promised, and promised. It was a psychological solution to keep problems under control and delay until the complainant is tired and leaves complaining. They speak with general training, personalize to you, ensure they got your feeling, give you a false feeling they are going to help you, and give you another false feeling they are going to resolve the issue soon. Again, they promise to send an email, but nothing will be sent. After the tenth complaint, everyone will leave the complaint. And that is the fundamental of online support.

The logic of Ali in my case was that the seller said they sent everything. Together with this, they agreed to refund $50, which is not even suspicious. The package had officially, by documents, 0.3KG. You don't need to be a specialist to know that two phones are more heavy, but Ali does not respect that fact. The seller affirmed about the next package with phones in personal chat, but Ali did not respect that fact.

About the seller, I got a fully negative rating. Then, after some time, I checked their ratio, which was 100 percent positive, even though they had many complaints on their company visible with negative ratings. The rating on AliExpress is not working, or is it?

In the end, it looks like I was not cheated by the seller, but by Ali. When the seller knows how, they can cheat you, or maybe the seller's cheating is part of Ali and is covered by them.

Ali verification looks, from my point of view, like this: if the seller sends you something, you received the ordered things. It doesn't matter what you really received. A valid tracking number that came to your home means you got your order.

In conclusion, if the seller cheats you with sufficient tricks, which is not difficult, Ali will not help you. In my opinion, Ali is the best way to lose money. Online support is a gag full of promises. The seller's ratio is for fun. Fundamentally, you have no chance to make a complaint. For example, eBay is a fully different service quality. Ali is only a web portal providing deals with very basic and even poor dispute.

I lost directly $318 and got a refund of $50. If I count the time spent with the dispute and all complaints, I lost more than $1000 in the end. I lost more than $1300 on Ali, and the resolution is not more than a bad feeling. By Ali's proceeding, I was sure I lost them in dispute without a chance to get them back.

Together with this, I discovered that cheating sellers are growing, which is a sign that Ali is really very weak safety. If the seller does a trick, they will not lose anything. If you are cheated, you risk your money.

I do not recommend this provider with a strong warning.

AliExpress AliExpress Buyer Beware: Dishonest Sellers and Ineffective Dispute Resolution

I recently made a purchase on AliExpress for a $700 item from a seller named GoodLuckBuy. I paid for the item right away, but two weeks later, I received a message from the seller saying that they did not have the item in stock and would ship it when they could. I checked with other suppliers and found that many of them had renamed the publication as "back order," but the delivery times and shipping remained the same in the system.

It seems that the manufacturer would punish the sellers if they offered a discount, so many decided to delay the delivery instead of stopping the publications, causing losses to buyers. My seller did not update the publication and just kept allowing orders as normal while purposely delaying them.

I wanted to cancel the order since the item was not in stock, but the seller marked the item as shipped. I was surprised to learn that AliExpress.com allows sellers to mark items as shipped without validating the tracking number. This means that sellers can enter a bogus tracking number to lock the sale up to the maximum delivery time allowed in the terms and conditions, despite you paying for 5-10 day shipping.

Unable to cancel the order, I opened a dispute, and the chat operators advised me to wait. In three different chats, none of them advised me to reject the item until a last operator told me that it was better to receive the item or I could be guilty of breaking the contract. By the third operator, I already knew that the answers given were not useful or even misdirecting, so they would just go "I'm glad I was able to help. Do you have any question? No? Well, thank you for contacting us?" all in the same second, to get disconnected, or kept looping between the same two answers over and over to wear you down! Like a robot (which I know they are not, because some expressed their frustration because I was not happy with the hollow answers.

This operator was trying to convince me to accept the mail, but my question was what to do in the worst scenarios, like the seller shipping anyway DHL and still arriving before the 60 days, despite my written request to cancel the order. In short, I was told many times to "wait" and "not to worry." Sometimes I was told that the protected money didn't include shipping, and others told me that the protection only protects the item value, not the shipping. I was even told that the escalated dispute could be decided against my favor because I didn't cancel it before shipping, despite the whole dispute being managed by human beings who could easily spot the seller's fraud.

I quickly escalated the dispute, and that only added extra time for the seller to ship it. Fortunately for me, I told the seller that I would reject the shipping, so that discouraged them from shipping a brick just to generate a tracking number. Yes, they could do that.

The escalation "experts" gave the seller three days to provide a valid tracking number, completely omitting the fact that the seller already committed fraud and giving him another chance to force me to accept the item, as if he had never cheated the system to prevent me from fairly canceling the transaction.

Today, three days after the expiration of the request, the dispute is still open, and it was not automatically set up to close when the seller fails to provide the proofs, which proves there's no real intention to punish dishonest sellers.

From my experience, I have gathered some tips for you. Another seller, ThanksBuyer, was honest enough to let me know that they were not shipping the item because the manufacturer prohibits them from selling it a dime cheaper. So, everyone selling the same item was not shipping until after 11.11. They offered me to buy it from their own website (against AliExpress rules), and although their website looked legit, I didn't take the risk right now that my planets are favoring online scams.

GoodLuckBuy decided to lock the sale marking it as "shipped" instead, and AliExpress protects both, filling the "Buyer Protection" marketing with big words, when they are actually powerless.
