Amazon DE Avoid them! "We celebrate, so we don't have time for you!" Used products sold as new ones!

I don't want to comment the quality of products ( most of them are made in China...) but I was very dissappointed by the position of Amazon when they are not publishing reviews in which I tell to other clients the truth about some companies(sellers on Amazon.de), like NUGKPRT which gave me, at me request about the delayed delivery of my pack, this answer:
"Now we celebrate, so we have no time for you!"
And the last experience with them:
I ordered a product from Renpho store and the box arrived unsealed, broken and the product has usage trackers on it. Why may pack arrived opened and with usage trackers? Why the box was broken and the seal opened, as in the pictures? Why the product hasn't the foil protection over the screen and finger traces on this one? I have pictures and I can offer anytime!
I remain at my opinion:
They sell second hand products at the prices of new ones! Avoid them!
The second experience of a stupid people who thought that maybe they have done something!
I ordered a product from Renpho store( by the way: from where and who are they, without telephone numbers and address?) and the box arrived unsealed, broken and the product has usage trackers on it. So, they sell second hand products at the prices of new ones! Avoid them!
Where is the respect for the client? And Amazon.de, why block me on their site to reveal this kind of attitude?
They delayed the delivery term and changed this in the order as I can't ask for a refund!

Amazon DE Amazon de custumer service and her conto SPECIALISTS are 100% scammers and FRAUDS!

My amazon de acount+ my further amazon de acounts is blokked without any legit evidenvce they basicly explain to me that i have commited fraud+ they explains that i have abussed the amazon policy rules etcetera wich is both al not thru i have received many refunds and replacement items whitout given back the damadged/not complete items mostly the market place sellers are that kind to explains to me to please dont ship the item back keep it OR dispose It wich is realy kind from these marked place sellers. Them market place sellers they always ackt very profecional at least most of em, i have received all of these refunds/replacement items becouse of delivered damadged/not complete items OR not delivered items OR to late delivered items bud mostly delivered damadged items OR not complete items OR the combine of these, mostly of my purcases are cd's the market place sellers are not the problem bud amazon itself is the big problem becouse they dont accept it that i have received many refunds mostly full REFUNDS i have realy nothing to Hyde if An item is arived damadged etcetera than its normal that i ask for An refund or for an free replacement item i ALWAYS have offered the sellers pictures of the damadged etcetera produckts bud mostly its not necerary for the sellers to show Them pictures of the damadged product WICH is realy kind of the sellers and some sellers offer 100% full garanty so ESPECIALY than its very normal that i ask for refunds etcetera. Amazon have made many times the big dumb mistake to label al of my received refunds as never delivered items wich i have explained to them that that's not thru the reason of my refunds is becouse of received damaged etcetera items. Amazon is verry SHYSTY first they QUICKLY take and accept my mony and the soon after that they emediatly block that specific amazonde acount (before the delivery of the items!) WICH is fraud to me its realy not fair and so not polite from amazonde to threathen me like that its realy very disrespecktful. Before this amazon de acount was blocked I have orderd at amazon de an verry expensive item by the seller medimopsde de this seller is far from the best seller this seller haves An verry bad reputation bud claims to be 1 of amazonde best market place sellers Both PARTYS never mention the damadges of the items at both websites wich is allso fraud to me i have orderd An verry expensive item and i Will be goddamed if the item wont arive or arive damadged etcetera WICH they are very Infamous for. Amazon de stop messing with me otherwise if i dont get WHERE I HAVE PAYD FOR WITHIN the time frame than i prommis you that i wil DIRECKTLY straight go to the police! Amazon never mention damadges of the items at the website so as An custumer you systimatickly getting fooled! Stay AWAY from amazon in general! Amazon DE psvr 2 - Price difference refund promise

Reference to my issue, raised 3 weeks ago and till now did not been solved for me,

I am really disappointed with what i faced with my last orders with Amazon.de,

- I made an order [protected]) with 400 euro, and cancelled form seller, and your customer service told me many times to re-order same item from Amazon store [protected]) with 600 euro, and i will be refunded with the price difference as soon as i received my ordered item.

- When i received the order, suddenly you told me that was a mistake and no partial refund will be issued to me, which is against all your previous promises,

Please tell me which status of them is mistaken and which is correct, and also tell me is it accepted that Amazon.de not to be committed with all the promises and instructions given from their customer service team?

Amazon DE Amazon DE: Expensive and Unsafe for Shopping, Supports Scams

I stopped using Amazon DE because I found it to be quite expensive and not a safe place for shopping. It seems like they support scams, which is not good. Even if you have proof of the problem, they don't post negative reviews on their review section. I was scammed with a micro SD card. After some time, I found out that it was a fake card because I couldn't fill up that space as a fictional 512GB. I sent a complaint, but I didn't get any answer from Amazon. I tried to put a review about it, but they did not publish it. So, my solution is to not use them.

Amazon DE Terrible Service: My Amazon DE Order Never Arrived and No Updates Provided

Amazon DE is the worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered two items on the 18th of November and was told they would be delivered on the 22nd of November. However, when the 22nd came and went, I had not received anything and the tracking status had not changed from "Package left the facility". I contacted Amazon DE to inquire about my order and was told to wait until the 30th of November and then contact them again.

As expected, I still had not received my order by the 30th of November and the tracking status had not changed. I am extremely disappointed with Amazon DE's service and will never order from them again. It has been almost two weeks since I placed my order and I have not received any updates or goods. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend Amazon DE to anyone.

Amazon DE Scammed by Amazon.de: My Experience with a Fake Package and No Refund

Amazon.de is not a good place to buy expensive items, and I learned this the hard way. I ordered a Sony camera lens that cost me 700 euros, but when the package arrived, I was shocked to find a rock inside it instead of the lens. I was so disappointed and frustrated that I immediately contacted customer support to report the issue.

The customer support representative told me that I needed to file a police report and provide it to them to get a refund. I followed their instructions and went to the police station to file a report. It took me a lot of time and effort to do this, but I did it anyway because I wanted to get my money back.

However, months have passed, and I still haven't received my refund. I contacted customer support again, and they told me that they couldn't give me a refund or send a replacement because they had closed the case. I was so angry and confused because they didn't give me any reason why they couldn't help me.

I feel like I've been scammed by Amazon.de, and I'm at a complete loss. I thought Amazon was a safe place to shop, but now I'm not so sure. I'm so disappointed that I lost 700 euros, and I don't know what to do next. I hope that other people will learn from my experience and be careful when shopping on Amazon.de.

Amazon DE Disappointing Experience with Amazon.de Delivery - Poor Service and Unreliable

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience on amazon.de. I mean, I use their site in other countries and it's usually pretty smooth sailing, but in Germany it's a whole different story.

Let me break it down for you - I've made a bunch of orders this year and almost every single one has been handed off to my neighbors because the delivery folks can't be bothered to climb a few flights of stairs. I mean, come on now.

Amazon promised me that this wouldn't happen again, but lo and behold, it did. I've told them time and time again that my mom is elderly and sick and can't be running around trying to track down packages, but they just don't seem to care.

It's caused my mom a ton of stress and honestly, I'm just fed up with the whole thing. The service is just plain awful.

Amazon DE Amazon.de's Poor Packaging and Customer Service: A Total Disaster

Amazon.de is like, really bad at packaging stuff. They just like, grab whatever old bag they can find and chuck your order in there, no matter how fragile or delicate it might be. They don't even bother with bubble wrap or anything to protect your stuff, so it's like, a total crapshoot whether your order will arrive in one piece or not. And don't even get me started on their use of like, totally unsustainable bags that can tear at any moment. It's like they don't even care about the environment, man.

And if your order does arrive all smashed up and broken, good luck trying to get any help from their so-called "customer service." They don't even offer refunds for damaged goods, which is like, the bare minimum you'd expect from a company that's supposed to be all about customer satisfaction. It's like they just don't care about their customers at all, you know?

I've tried ordering from Amazon.de a few times now, and every single time it's been a total disaster. Like, seriously, I don't think I've ever had a worse online shopping experience. So like, take my advice and just avoid them altogether. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle.

Amazon DE Terrible Delivery Experience with Amazon DE: Packages Lost and Misplaced

Oh my goodness, I can't believe how terrible my recent experience with Amazon DE was. I've been a loyal customer for years, but something has gone seriously wrong lately. Like so many others have said, out of seven orders I placed, only one was actually delivered to my address. The carrier they used was the cheapest one possible, and it was by far the worst. They don't even bother trying to deliver to customer addresses, instead they just pretend they did and then drop the packages off at random "pickup points" in different cities. It's so frustrating because I keep asking for proper delivery, but they just refuse every time.

To make matters worse, Amazon's tracking system shows that the orders have been delivered, but in reality they're just sitting in some random shop in another city. I've found my packages in all sorts of places, like a farmer's food shop or a painting props store. It's ridiculous! And when I try to contact Amazon's customer service, they're completely useless. All they do is apologize over and over again, but they can't actually do anything to help me deal with that arrogant carrier.

Honestly, I don't think I can order from Amazon DE anymore. It's such a shame because I used to love this company, but this is definitely the beginning of the end for them. I just hope they can figure out what's going on and fix it before it's too late.

Amazon DE Nightmare Experience with Amazon.de: Repeated Account Lockouts, Order Cancellations, and Unjust Fees

I am extremely frustrated with Amazon.de. I have been a loyal customer of Amazon.com for many years and have never had any issues. However, my experience with Amazon.de has been a complete nightmare. I have been repeatedly locked out of my account, had my orders canceled, and now I have been charged a fee for no reason at all.

I have been in constant contact with their "account specialists" to try and resolve this issue, but it seems like they are not interested in helping me at all. They keep telling me that it's just a verification issue, but I have verified myself at least 8 times over the phone, email, and website, and I still can't place a basic order.

To make matters worse, they have charged me a fee for something that is not my fault. I live and work in Germany, and I am shipping to a German address. I have verified my payment, email, phone number, bank, and everything else they have asked for, but they still won't let me place an order.

Now, I have to go through my bank to rectify this issue, which is a huge inconvenience. They won't even authorize a refund, even though the order was canceled because they saw it as a "fraudulent order." How is that even possible? I have tried following the guidance from their "specialists," but it seems like they are just giving me conflicting information.

I am at my wit's end with Amazon.de. I can't talk to anyone else, and I feel like they are not interested in helping me at all. I would not recommend using Amazon.de to anyone, as they seem to have no interest in providing good customer service.

Amazon DE Amazon DE's Customer Service Fails to Replace Faulty Jabra Headphones

I gotta say, I was pretty happy with my Jabra Move wireless headphones from Amazon DE. They were working great for about 6 months until one of the ear pieces broke off from the frame. I mean, the connections are super tiny, so I guess it's not too surprising. But still, I was pretty bummed out.

So, I contacted Amazon DE to see if I could get a replacement. And you know what they said? They said no! Can you believe it? Even though the product was still in stock, they refused to replace it because of some weird stocking code thing called an ASIN. Apparently, even though the customer service person confirmed that it was the same product, they couldn't replace it because of this code. I don't really get it, but whatever.

And get this: even though I wanted to replace the headphones, I would have had to pay for my own return packaging, get a refund, and then pay the difference to replace them. Like, what kind of nonsense is that? It's the same product, but I can't even write a review to warn people about potentially not being able to get a replacement for a faulty product. That's just sneaky, if you ask me.

I mean, don't get me wrong, Amazon DE is great when you're getting a little discount. But when something goes wrong, it's just not worth the hassle. It's becoming more and more common, too. So, I don't know, maybe think twice before you buy something from them.
