Evil company. My son was rear ended on the highway by a speeding crazy driver. My son lost control of his car, hit another car, and went off the road. The car he hit was an Alamo rental car. Alamo is trying to get my son to pay $31,000 even though he was at ZERO fault (he was rear ended and left for dead by the irresponsible person who hit him and caused both accidents). They will not answer calls or emails.

Claimed loss: $31,067

Desired outcome: Leave us alone
