I am trying from the past 1 month to get my bill clarified from your cust. care deptt, but up to my shock & frustration, each time I need to message them, as your IVR suggests & when I send message, I get a very irritating reply to elaborate on the issue every time, which I can't as I've other works to do.I asked them in the message that I am facing 3-4 issues, so better call me once & get all my doubts answered, BUT NO RESPONSE!!!

I am completely exhausted with this--A SIMPLE 10 MINUTES ISSUE TAKES A MONTH & STILL PENDING WITHOUT ANY RESOLUTION--PATHETIC & SHAMEFUL SERVICES.

    Same is the issue with me.
    Now I've decided to switch over to Hutch with my other staff & friends of approx. 50 Airtel users to HUTCH.
    Atleast someone is there to listen, not like your GOOD FOR NOTHING SERVICES.

    I got offer to convert my sim from prepaid to postpaid. I filled from gave my address proof, identy proof. Also address verification was done by one of employee of airtel.

    Now I am suffering different problem, on my mobile message came "your SIM REGISTRATION FAILED". My mobile service is completely stopped. Whenever my friends and relatives tried for this number it is saying " It Is switched off".

    It is really FRUSTRATING.

    I bought a postpaid connection from Airtel. its been 4 days and my number has not been activated. I have been given a number in the new series (9987xxxxxx), which they launched last Friday. Whenever I tried calling this number i get a message saying " the no. is not existing".

    I have a new postpaid connection and I am facing some problem. An unknown person calls me and say that he is an employee of Okhala Airtel outlet.He also says that my mob. no. has already been issued to another person. Please tell me how a number can be issued to two person at one time. Another problem is I have paid the connection charge(Rs. 998.00) but whenever I dial *121*4# I get a message on screen "Your last three payments are .01 -Jun-07. Rs Rs.998.00 view & pay your Bills at www.airtel.in. Cheats!

    I have remanded your customer care service number of times that I do not receive your bill in time before actual due date & on reminder I receive duplicate bill after a month. It is a shame to deal with you & your customer care. Know my bill is due on 06/ 09/ 2007 & i have reminded number of times for bill but of no avail. Now I am not going to make any payment & going to fila case against you in consumer court for not providing services for which you charge for If my phone is discontinued.

    I am Airtel postpaid customer and have received a very bad customer service response from your executive ARUN when I called him on 13th Nov at 4.00pm in eve, he didn't gave me any response and went off line without saying anything, I wanted to deactivate my VCC 2000 for which haven't received any PIN NO till time and asked me to forward the call to his senior and as accepted he didn't.

    I am a frequent user of VCC but every time in my bill I get additional VCC charged and then on continuous reminder from my end and getting back to your customer care executive and remind them for the due date it gets cancelled their say there will book the callback but till date no calls have been received.

    Very Sorry to say that if this the response which we get from Airtel then soon we have to switch over to some other network where at least customers complaints are given some importance and priority.

    I have a mobile postpaid connection which i have been using from last almost 10years and a land line n broadband connection which i took 3 months back.

    With Mobile postpaid- evey now and then I have been facing problems. In spite of asking for DND I have been getting telemarketing calls and most of them are from Airtel itself.

    In Oct'07 I called the customer care & told them that i was out of town due to some emergency and will be back by the 1st week of Nov so whatever outstanding for this month will be cleared when I am back and they should not disconnect my services. In spite of telling them in advance my no was deactivated on 30 Oct'07.

    I came back on 3rd Nov.'07 Paid in cash at the Airtel outlet the very same day. I was told there is some update is going on so the activation of my services will be done after 4-6 hours. My no started working only the next day. Since then I have been receiving at least 10 calls a day to make the payment which was already made on 3rd NOv. & till today i.e.15th Nov this payment is not posted in my account though it was a cash payment.

    Again my no is blocked since yesterday without any intimation as usual. In spite of giving all the details getting the complaint nos. When called in the morning today at 10am I was told that my no will be activated by 11am now its 2.30pm and am still waiting for that one hour to be over which was communicated to me by Ms.Suman - shift in charge Airtel customer care. Now when someone calls on my no the msg they get is - THIS NO DOES NOT EXIST.

    Airtel broadband I took 2gb plan with 2mbps speed for Rs.700 a month and without even using it have been getting bills for 5000 /7000 and the latest bill though my line is deactivated since aug. is again showing some usage which I am failed to understand when Airtel's line not activated how their software is getting data for the usage which was not being used. I have spoken to n no of people if required i can provide at least 20 names and nos of the persons i have spoken to but no one was of any help. Now when i am trying to settle everything and close this account there is no response from Airtel.

    Is there anyone who can be of any help.

    I cancelled my mobile office but security deposit is not adjust in my account. Or I face network problem. I told this things many times to cust-care but till it's not clear.

    I am using corporate connection of Airtel, I took this connection on 18 july07. I had already deposit all the doc regarding corporate connection. I took this connection from Annu communication Gurgaon. I called at your customer care from changing my plan, I was shocked to know that my connection was not corporate but individual. After logging complaint, now it is converting into corporate. I want to take corporate plans. Plz let me know what should I do to take all the benefits of corporate plans.

    Airtel, this is the hope less and stupid customer care dept in the world and useless company..

    One of my friends number has been disconnected because of excess bill he couldn’t able to pay the bill for 5 days because he was out of station. Last week on 25th November he paid the bill, till now his number was not activated where as he has to make urgent calls and receive important communications.

    When I approached the customer care dept. the call has connected to the product service department they says the call can not be forwarded to the cust care dept from them, so I have to call them directly how funny with the in the same company there is not link with the each other department and solve the customer problems.. finally the cust care executive said, my problem can not been rectified, for the inquiry I have to visit Airtel office in Gujarat, then I told It is not possible to either me or my friend to visit the same still they says there are no other options.. how stupid company.. when the company accepts the online payments can’t they provide online solutions or immediate solutions to their users. Why should people go for Airtel when other company is providing satisfying services with low rates.. no way they should not.

    I too using the Airtel connection since 4 years.. now I fed up with the way of customer treated and unsolved issues I decided to go for other service provider and I am going to advice all my friends and employees of company who are having 30 Airtel connections to disconnect this stupid connection and go for the other best service providers in the industry.

    And I also suggest the persons whoever is reading this complaint please don’t opt for the Airtel, its such a stupid and hopeless company.

    I used to pay my bill through the internet from the airtel website (www.airtelworld.com). From few days it is not working. Can u please send the airtel website through which i can pay my bill. If not i always have to pay late fees.

    Hi i was in using my mobile no. in prepaid, on march 18th the lady called me her name is pooja she said that ur currently in prepaid u can swith to postpaid we r offering u airtel to airtel 30 ps/ per min, i was interested in that plan so i said to activate she send an exective to my house & he came to my home i produced all the documentt o him, he said that it will activate within 2days but & i had paid 600 Rs for first mont deposite it is refund amount but after that i didnt get any call from ur customer service & my still my no. is in prepaid its not activated to post paid its really a ###i was so interested in the plan but u guys had cheated me i was hapy in prepaid but i thaught thats postpaid is little bit better so i was thinking like that u u guy had cheated me now really im going to change my no. & as well as my card. after seeing this if u got any detail then plz call me its 9892686521

    I have an issue with the Aircel Representative from whom I procured a Sim card.


    Myself as Harikrishnan.M, I have a corporate A/c of 4 lines out of 4 lines 9841605409 is used by one of my family member . Now he is going to another Network with is Friends. so i called Mr.Vijayakumar Customer care Representative and i have explained him to Change the Number so that i Can use for my home purpose. Finally he asked me to Send a mail.

    I also send the mail by last Week. but Still No response, while iam trying to call him He won't pickup. So i went to Spencer Customer Care in the Ground Floor. there one person Spoken to me and Vijay and he replayed this issue will Complet by Today itself but it is not Short out, again i went to Spencer and meet the Customer Care officer, he called vijay once again and Spoken to him vijay is telling that Approving Manager in not in the Station So that only i Delayed . is that a proper response??????????? ..

    The number for the 4th connection is 9841605409 - he promised me to give this number 9710406409

    I am a new custmer of airtel postpaid. from the begining till now i have faced a lot of problems from your servise and your custmer care exictive.
    I wanted to see my itemised bill on www.airtel.in, i called to your exictive and follow the prosiser what they said and got my login id & Passward. when i use this ID & Passward that was Invalid. this happend 5times and now I am tired of from airtel.
    I am Very Sorry to say that if this the response which we get from Airtel then soon we have to switch over to some other network where at least customers complaints are given some importance and priority.

    I have 9818800893 mobile connection for the last three months. When I bought it I was told that there is a scheme for Delhi Metro Emplouyees. They can enjoy internet brouwsing for Rs 99/- monthly. But when i got you invocies I was shocked to see that you have levied Rs 260/-approx in the last invocie and Rs250/- in the current month invoice for internet browsing. I have requested Plenty of times at 121 but i did not get any response from your end. from 24.09.2008 my SIM is showing a massage ïnactive SIM" Your are requested to waive off the amount, activate my SIM and communicate the same to me

    I took a postpaid connection from Airtel. my No. 9740177667.I have paid all my bill amount, and gone to migrate my sim from post paid to prepaid. I submit the migration form on 26 Septumber 2008. Airtel Excutive Told me that it will be activated within 5 days. 3 Weeks over, till now it is not activated Saying that "YOUR OUTGOING CALL'S ARE BARRED" . I called To Customer Care.They Took a Complaint on 7th October.No Response From your side..Plz Take This Complaint and respond me

    I also facing the very bad service from cust.care. i am trying to get request no.from couple of moths but everyn time i got answer thier was no avilable server that why we cant open your data & my plan was changed after two months . i think this is one of the worts cust. care service because of this reason i am going to sop my service in future i will not take any airtel service . After taking this postpaid connection i faced a lot of problems.

    dear sir
    i have an airtel no 9818405819 . i filed a complaint about subjokes on 27 nov 08 and after that atleast 10 or 20 complaints again in every month bcoz that was reducing my balance whenever it wants and i lost my 200 bucks till date and more..i rechared balance so that i can cut that service . whenever i call to ccare they told me that sir we will deactivate in 48 hours, 6 hours and i asked about compliant no then they say "ok sir have a nice day" thats all they say after that i recently talked to a senior manger about it then he say yur service will be deactivate and he also did give a complint no . and now i am pissed off from your service and i tell me why i shuldnt sue you people . i am a law student .
    Tell me one most reason that i have no right to sue you ppl ?
    Main point is i compliant again and again and you guyz are doing nothing i lost my balance every 3 days in weak of every month from date november till up to now . i tryed the numbers that will deactivate the jokes but its no use to me ..till i am getting the jokes message and the service is reducing my balance ..and i have a life time perpaid connection..

    please look into it ????

    my airtel no. 9987556125 postpaid have been cancelled by them on 26th january 2008, still not i havn't received my refund.. we didn't use the sim card for more two days nd still not we have not got amount back.. i want my refund now Rs.600/-..

    Dear Sir,
    I got the Mobile No. 9871555375 of my daughter ( REKHA KUMARI) charged successfully for Rs.298/= vide TXID=1005137054 on 27.11.2010 at 11:48:50 hrs by M/s Manali-STD-PCO, D-12, Sector-07, ROHINI, New Delhi -110 085.
    When the said re-charged was confirmed, we got the announcement that this “number does not exist” . This announcement was surprising to us. It was confirmed personally from your company Customer Care Centre at E-1, Sector 07, Rohini, that the
    Mobile No. 9871555375 has been closed and no reason was intimated to me.
    This number is very old and at the time of booking all formalities were completed by submitting the Name and Address Proof and Photo and this was closed / disconnected with out any reason to my daughter.
    If the number was closed why the successful payment was accepted by your system as mentioned above. Why this latest status of the connection was not checked before accepting the recharge by your software resulting harassment to customer. The facts may kindly be verified and confirmed.
    Now it is requested either re-connect the same No. 9871555375 or the said payment may be refunded at an early date. If she did not get the payment in time then she is free to go to consumer court. Thanks

    This is complaint ageist airtel, i paid 600 Rs. for two sim, sales man came to my office and took all the require document and money, after some days he gave me a sim, what was working for 2 days only, and i never got services for 2nd sim that i am using as prepaid since 1 year.

    dont know who's fault it is but now he says that i am no married so i cant have post paid connection, and verification canceled my connection.

    i gave : rent agreement, id, owner id, electric bill.

    and funny thing is i got net connection and land line for the same address on same owner name.airtel rules is full of bull...t.

    i got loss of 300 now, and i am no happy with this event. i feeling bad about it.one thing i am sour that i cant stop my self to hate airtel, i am director marketing of an IT company and i address many people in my speech on regular basis, this case will be in my many speeches.

    Greetings of the day !!


    This is in regards to an amount of 4098.60 which has been charged to me as GPRS
    usage amount, I have following reservations on this which are listed as
    follows:-


    • Airtel connectivity activated on the phone in the month of August
    2010, all bills realised till date and amount of approx 50, 000 has been paid by
    me as telephone charges which stands correct.

    • In the month of April I procured an I Phone on which also I got
    connected to my mails and used it extensively as always but for a shock that
    the amount charged this time was 4098 INR

    • I lodged a complaint on 29th May 11 with Mr Girish request number
    :37673834, and as informed waited for a revert from Airtel till 31st May 11.

    • On 31st May on not receiving any call spoke to Salim Basha who
    informed that the revert would come in by today evening (31st May 11)

    • On 2nd June not hearing from anyone from Customer care I called again
    and spoke to Ms Deepa who read the resolution to me and informed that the back
    end team has informed us to take the money from the customer as he has used the
    service, which I am also not denying but on what basis was I charged when I
    even did not ask for GPRS to be Activated on my I ¿PHONE .

    • Ok after that was informed to speak to nodal officer again a negative
    reply backend has informed us ; than what is the point of escalating the call.

    • Later called Mr Subbaramaniam appellate officer who kept mentioning
    but Sir you have used the services and I kept informing him yes I used the
    services but without knowing the charges and not getting any intimation and
    even without asking for the services to be initiated on my phone.


    Could someone with authority please look into this issue in complete detailing
    and revert at the earliest to the undersigned.

    Hi... I have taken airtel postpaid number, and registered complaint so many times for the network problem i am facing..Everyone who is calling me getting a message tht my mobile is out of reach, when it is not. I am fed up of calling customer care 121, with no results. My complaint number is 73529322, i also had airtel prepaid before which i was using since many years, and tht never gave so much trouble. But i am extremely dissapointed with this. Inface postpaid custmor are also giving monthly rent, so whats the use of it, if they cannot get good and prompt services. Kindly help.My mobile number is 9650731133.

    By last month i changed my airtel prepaid to postpaid connection, even i submitted all the necessary documents(including photo) and registration fees.Last week i asked them to activate ISD calls they told me that still now your address verfication is in pending, i told that one of your official came to home and got signed by my mother and also one of your official spoked me and explained all the details about the plan and billing details, but they didnt gave proper feedback.But today (i.e)12thjuly11 by 10pm my mobile showing that my sim is invalid and i called customer care they are saying that still now we didnt receive your photo and proof so your connection is temporarly stopped.Now my question is will your company provide me Prepaid or Postpaid Simcard without getting my photo and proof? How can you stop my connection without giving prior intimation to me.
