Airtel Prepaid Connectionignorance towards the customer!

I recharged my prepaid connection through my online back account just to see that the balance got added and validity was not extended. When i called the customer care they lodged my complaint and told after three days that " you will not get validity if you recharge through online bank account".

My question is Why didn't they guys tell me this when i called you up at the first go? I see no where its mentioned that i shouldn't recharge my Cell using online banking!!!

AIRTEL Customer care SUCKS!!!

    my number is [protected].I want change my id on this number. so i communicate with airtel office sector-18 noida.I fill the form and they give dublicate sim and sim no is [protected] H 2 on 31 oct 2009.but at now my sim is not activated. Always show the message "sim registration failure". when i concern about this matter to airtel office sec-18 noida.they are not giving me proper responce.Please slove my problem as soon as possible.My alternative no. is [protected]

    Hi,
    I have been entering and out airtel customer care 6 times .!!!
    I have taken a new prepaid connection and submitted all the documents and after 1month they disconnected
    my connection saying that due to negative verification.
    Again I have submitte documents and till now I am unable to make outgoing calls.IUts rejected
    When I asked abt this, they are telling today it will be activated, today it will be activated.
    etc
    CustomerCare HYD-madhapur suckssssssssss!!!
    Its shame to a copany who is boasting that its the #1 telcome comapny in india.

    Myself Mahesh .mobile no. [protected].i got a message on [protected].according to this message i have been charged rs 5 for FHMVOD ON AIRTEL LIVE from 54321. but i did not activate any service on airtel live. i loss my 20 rupees in this service.that`s does not matter. i complianted many times but no one cares.first i maked a call to 12143 they said make a call to 121. then i maked a call to 121 but they said to dial 12143. so that means i did not get any clear answer from custmer care .
    so please take a effective step as soon as possible.and refund my money back.

    IF customers got rejected for Airtel prepaid account, your agents are not willing to return the (id proof and other docs) proofs which the customer has given before. This might cause a serious problem in future by mis-using these proofs by the agents. This is for your information.
    My self i am HariBabu, i have applied for a prepaid account on February 7th, 2009 and submitted the Residency proof of rental agreement and 2 passport photos. Same day number got activated and after 3 days de-activated saying that rental agreement is not valid.
    After some days i have submitted another proof of voter id and 2 photos of my wife. Still my account doesn't got activated. They have given a reason that, since i have given the proofs one month later, this SIM card is not valid.
    Okey, i am fine with that and i have requested my proofs to return to me. After many times visit, they are saying that If the connection got rejected, they dont return the proofs to any body. Please take some necessary action in this regard and do needful in this matter.

    Dear Customer Care Executive,

    From 04.03.2009 onwards my account has been debited with Rs. 0.33 every day. The toal amount that has been deducted is Rs. 16.60 till today, 22.04.2009. I have been continuously making a call at customer care number but I use to get only fake promises that it will be deactivated and for my satisfaction they use to send any sms; for your reference please find the details as mention below:

    07.04.2009 Reference number [protected]
    11.04.2009 SMS from 250 intimating that the service will be deactivated by 72 hours.
    17.04.2009 SMS from 250 intimating that the service will be deactivated by 72 hours.
    18.04.2009 Reference number [protected]

    But till date the problem is unresolved. I request you to kindly note about this issue and help me get the refund back.

    Hoping for the best service and immediate action, I will be waiting for your positive reply.

    WORST AFTERSALE SERVICE BY AIRTEL

    airtel is proving to be the worst service provider amongst its competitors. It's bosses are sleeping ignoring clients grievances. The day is not away when customer will not look at it.     I am your prepaid connection custmer. My mobile no is [protected]. I activated my GPRS connection, but without any downloading you will cut several rupees at several time. So, i am to irritate your services. So i wants that you will deactivate GPRS connectio on my number.

    Dear All,

    I have lost my mobile so required the same number. so I went to the Airtel office which is situated in Grugaon in Sahara Mall on 16th March 2008 at 16:00, after submitting all the required documents I purchased a duplicate sim @ 75ruppes and was informed that my number would be activated in next 4 hrs so I filled the great feedback form for them But, still my calling are barred both incoming and outgoing, I called up many times to Airtel customer care helpline number ([protected]) but every times I got the nonsense replied saying that it will take another 4 hrs as it would be handled from the office where this sim was given. Also inform you that after dialing the helpline number calls were disconnected and got the sms from them to give the feedback. I just want to ask them what we should to write if our problem has not been resolved and just waiting for any a single response
    My number is 91-[protected]; any prompt response will be highly appreciated.

    Also would like to share one more thing that I have been using this number for last 4 years and not got any trouble before this one, however this is the first time I have been facing such kind of worst one,

    A deduction of Rs.630/- has been made from my outstanding balance on 25.2.2009 from my Airtel Prepaid Number [protected] on account of various Airtel Service like [protected], [protected], [protected] etc.whereas I has neither subscribed any of such service nor downloaded any of these contents. I simply tried to login Yahoo Messger WAP portal but failed time and again. The matter was brought to the notice of Customer Care at 121 as well as GPRS technical helpline but no satisfactory reply was given.

    This is also brought to the notice that I am using this number from November, 2003 and I have never downloaded any of such contents ever. The matter may be looked into failing which I will be compelled to discontinue the said services due to the charges willfully imposed for the services not utilised by me.

    Sir,
    I am using the prepaid services and on roaming now in a different state. Whenever i try to recharge from chennai it is not getting recharged.Pursuant to the complaint lodged with airtel customer care they only tell me the system is under upgrade. I am neithr able to recieve or make any calls. It is totally disgusting and airtell staff seems to have undergone training in maltreating customers!!!

    I G.MOHAN got an airtel prepaid connection at KALPAKKAM which is activated immediately. After a few days that was disconnected . Last wednes day24/09 2008 without any message YOUR ESTEEMED CONCERN DISCONNECTED MY NUMBER, MY NO. IS [protected].When i purchased the sim i have submitted my office I.D & the ration card also.When ever touch with your office, till no action.PLEASE ACTIVATE THE ABOVE SIM IMMEDIATELY.MOHAN

    I got an airtel prepaid connection this month. Its number is [protected] and sim number is [protected]-1133. The moment I purchased the sim, they started my connection and I was enjoying their facility. But 4 days before they stopped my incoming call and after very next day they stopped my outgoing facility too. I was asked to submit my documents again, as I was told that due to negative verification they have stopped my services. I submitted my documents again at their Sahara Mall Office in Gurgaon on 20th August 2008 at 1:30 p.m. with ticket number [protected]. But, still my calling is barred.

    My mobile number is +[protected]. On 30 th May i tried recharge thru MChek on Airtel for 2 times. I didnt get any balance addition in my mobile phone account. On 31st of may I tried again for a recharge of Rs.125.00/ This timemy account had been recharged. But for the recharge attempt on 30th of may no balance addition in mobile account, but money of Rs.125.00 has been deducted from my state bank account for those two tries. Unfortunately I didn't have any transaction id for those two tries. Kindly look into this matter.

    my ring tone is automatically activate by you and this month you cut my amount before one day.
    I send you so many complain for delete this song but you have not replied me. You keep all activation on 0.00 rupee balance and even charge negative balance. My phone is prepaid phone so, you tell me what is the mean of prepaid?

    From last one months I am not get contacted to your customer care services because when I call them the computer said please send ur query by SMS. sometimes the network of airtek haryana is not so good.     I recharged for Rs.121.00/- two times to prepaid mobile No: +91 [protected] on 08/05/2008 through online. At this Amount was debited from my ICICI NRI Account. But still, this amount was not credited to above mentioned prepaid mobile no.
    Again This morning also I recharged Rs.121.00/- to the same above mentioned prepaid mobile no. This amount also debited my bank Account. But This amount also not credited to above mentioned prepaid mobile no.

    Yesterday I recharged to prepaid mobile No: +91 [protected] for Rs.121.00/- in two times by Online. This Amount was debited in my ICICI NRI account at the same time. But this amount was not credited to above mentioned prepaid mobile no. This same problem again happened this morning also.
    This morning also I recharged to Same prepaid mobile No: + 91 [protected] for Rs.121.00/-This Amount also debited my ICICI NRI Account . But still this amount also not credited to above mentioned prepaid mobile No.Billing Details below.

    My no. is [protected]. My account got deducted from rs.241 to rs.211 on 22nd april 2008 & the reason for that i received a sms stating that i have activated some tuney talk service rs.20 for that & rs.10 for changing the song. The very first thing i have not activated any tuney talk on my no. Airtel can check my call history or the CDR history. secondly when ever i am making the call to customer care either they are disconnecting the line or they are saying system under upgradation. i have not activated any thing on my this no. any thing means anything no callertune no missed call alert. nothinh. but then also this Airtel company needs money to pay their executives their salary so their are doing such unacceptable things. But how any company can deduct the charges for the things which they have not done?

    I recharged three times to prepaid No; +[protected] by Online on yesterday.Each time for Rs.121.00/-. This Amount debited by ICICI NRI Account on 15 .04 .2008 ( Today ). But this amount did't credited this prepaid mobile number.

    I am using Airtel prepaid services for last seven months. I find it a better one in connectivity. But many times I had observed that if I made a call for 1:59 minutes they charged me the amount of 3 minutes but I ignore it. But now its an extreme condition on 10 of Feb I had gone to Delhi and my prepaid mobile is in roaming for the first time. The charge of outgoing call and incoming come were deducted normally from my balance, but their was no deduction from my balance when I send an SMS. I thought may be in roaming SMS services are free so I had send many SMS. After coming back to my circle their was no deduction of charge. But when I recharged my mobile with an easy recharge all my balance becomes not zero but negative. I had made a 100 rs recharge firstly 49 rs are deducted then 8 then 16 and till night its -49. I had contacted to customer care executive when 16 rs were deducted he told me that its by fault and if you recharge your mobile know no charge will be deducted. I want to ask that if in roaming sms is charged then why its not charged that time so that i dont do so many sms. If its due to system failure then whats is my fault in it and why should I pay. In this way you are not only making fools of the innocent peoples but you will loosing you costumers,if someone ask me about airtel connection you know what I do. Its not the way. You are not only the service provider in the market. One more thing more your sevice slogan should be "AISEE BARBADI OR KAHAAN" Thanks [protected]

    now after 1and 1/2 months (02 Feb.2008) my mobile number incoming facility has been withdrawn.I was quite surprised that How it can be possible for that beco'z I have purchase number for life time incoming free number.
    So I request you to please increase my incoming call facility for life time other wise I will have to take the help of consumer forum regarding this matter.

    i reacieved a call from airtel phone no([protected]) at 11.37am dated 4.01,2008 that if i take a recharge of 349rupee today,than i will get one year validity and rupee 100 calling value.on the same day i did the same, i got the calling value but not the validity,then i enquired from airtel custmercare centre they told me that it will take atleast one week. now its 13 days goes by i have still not got that.now airtel refusing to give the one year validity.
