Airtel company is not a trusted company verfication of customer id is by airtel company by just one phone if custmer is not available then cutoff the phone

I have mailed you yesterday at airtelpresence@airtel.in. The details are as follows

My alternate mobile no is [protected].

You can call me on this no from 10.0am to 6.0pm.

My airtel mob no is [protected].

From 10/02/11 onwards my mobile is still having problems.

This is the 5th time the connection problem persists .

I have visited the airtel dealer 8 times, and have submitted my documents 3 times.

Now i am fedup of all this and had a loss of business because of this disconnection.

It is only at 8.0 pm yesterday, i connection is working fine.
Please ensure, that no more of disconnections happen to this no, and i do not have to face business losses because of your bad services.

But stil now my problem has not been solved, you have not even reimbursed the amount and my gprs connection is not properly working error message communication failure check operator settings.

Dear Sir,
I have sent an email at airtelpresence@airtel.in
I have registered the complaint twice:
1) Request reference No.: CSBDE2112851974
2) Request reference No.:CBDPA2112967358

It was regarding activation of radio mirchi service. It was not activated from my side. There was deduction of Rs 10 from my balance. when I contacted to customer care representative, he told me that there will be a refund of money within few hours. I got the same reply when I registered the complaint second time on next day.

However, till date there is no refund of money from Airtel.
I hope it will work.

THE CONCERN

i'm PHANI sir/madam .I gave a complaint about tower signals in my locality from the month of january we're facing the problem i contacted customer care for several times but the response is work is under progress i dont know what airtel is doing for 60 days .My locality is near chillukur it's near to kodada in nalgonda (dist) and the signals we're getting are from tower called (BURRUGADDA)

The signal strength is excellent but no out going or incoming to make a call we have to try nearly 100 time that to it depends on our luck and internet oh god it's worst the balance is getting deducted but the sites are not getting opened its really unfortunate to see that airtel showing this type of thing on customers

I fully agree with your ordeal.I have also gone through the same. These people are obstinate and totally careless.

the latest campaign of Airtel is to send schemes to customers on SMS es and deducting money ( rather stealing money ) . they ask customer to unsubscribe, if they dont want the scheme. I want to ask why are they taking negative consent from customer ? Why should somebody ask for unsubscribing when he hasn't subscribed for it in the first place ?

Airtel is like that only. They grown big so not able to handle customer properly. Try for Aircell etc as they are coming now so they care about customer. Till the number portibility comes we have to suffer like this only.

one person has traced out my last outgoing call history...today that person called me and told that i got your last call history from AirTel CustomerCare...
how it is possible?.he is disturbing me.
that idot Name is Rajesh Kannan and mobile no is [protected] he a also using the same network Airtel, he is working on Daily Thanthi news paper as a reporter, but i am not ready to go to a police or file a complaint.so
just i want to know about that,
1.how can he find the details about my last call history?
2.where its traced out my call history?and
3.who is that person help to him from AirTel Customer Care?.
as soon as possible plz give me a solution for that, otherwise i will be change my Airtel network.

i m very sorry to say about AirTel network.it's not secure, and
i think that better change my AirTel Network.

You are not only person who is facing problem with Airtel I am also a victim Last time I went to shop for a recharge of rs 50 when I got the msg of recharge it shows 0 balance shopkeeper told me to call customer care and as per the Customer care "You will receive your balance within 24 hours after 24 hours I got a msg that your STD plan has been activated I again call them then they said said that they offer a std plan for rs 50 and even that shopkeeper don't have this information

Around 2 and a half month before i have disonnected my Airtel postpaid card and there was some refund amount which should be delivered on 7th of july on my address but still i have not got my amount .i have talked to customer care around 5 times, they have forwaded my request and also have taken my alternate number but no response from there, i just want to know how i'm going to receive my amount, is there any other way

this is really scary and disgusting...yes i am angry with airtel and have been for a long time now...that is why i've switched over to tata docomo..who are offering me better plans and service (no doubt)...they have this amazing 1 paisa/sec for calls offer and so many new VAS...see for yurself (http://tatadocomo.com/prepaid-mobile-features.aspx)...airtel please get yur act together

i'm sorry sakshi but i've been experiencing numerous problems with airtel for a while now...for the same reason i'v decided to switch from airtel to the new tata docomo...not only do they offer better plans for postpaid customers (http://tatadocomo.com/postpaid-plan-details.aspx)..they are also letting the customer smake theri own customised plans as per their needs...along with better VAS...i', m sorry to inform you but airtel has lost out on a loyal customer in me!

Same here... Airtel is diducting money for these service 30/- per month since last 5 months and today (9/5/2009) I came to know about this when I saw my current bill in details... this is insane... this is how airtel is earning by cheating its customer...
