Dear Sir,
I have sent an email at airtelpresence@airtel.in
I have registered the complaint twice:
1) Request reference No.: CSBDE2112851974
2) Request reference No.:CBDPA2112967358
It was regarding activation of radio mirchi service. It was not activated from my side. There was deduction of Rs 10 from my balance. when I contacted to customer care representative, he told me that there will be a refund of money within few hours. I got the same reply when I registered the complaint second time on next day.
However, till date there is no refund of money from Airtel.
I hope it will work.

i'm PHANI sir/madam .I gave a complaint about tower signals in my locality from the month of january we're facing the problem i contacted customer care for several times but the response is work is under progress i dont know what airtel is doing for 60 days .My locality is near chillukur it's near to kodada in nalgonda (dist) and the signals we're getting are from tower called (BURRUGADDA)
The signal strength is excellent but no out going or incoming to make a call we have to try nearly 100 time that to it depends on our luck and internet oh god it's worst the balance is getting deducted but the sites are not getting opened its really unfortunate to see that airtel showing this type of thing on customers

the latest campaign of Airtel is to send schemes to customers on SMS es and deducting money ( rather stealing money ) . they ask customer to unsubscribe, if they dont want the scheme. I want to ask why are they taking negative consent from customer ? Why should somebody ask for unsubscribing when he hasn't subscribed for it in the first place ?

one person has traced out my last outgoing call history...today that person called me and told that i got your last call history from AirTel CustomerCare...

You are not only person who is facing problem with Airtel I am also a victim Last time I went to shop for a recharge of rs 50 when I got the msg of recharge it shows 0 balance shopkeeper told me to call customer care and as per the Customer care "You will receive your balance within 24 hours after 24 hours I got a msg that your STD plan has been activated I again call them then they said said that they offer a std plan for rs 50 and even that shopkeeper don't have this information

Around 2 and a half month before i have disonnected my Airtel postpaid card and there was some refund amount which should be delivered on 7th of july on my address but still i have not got my amount .i have talked to customer care around 5 times, they have forwaded my request and also have taken my alternate number but no response from there, i just want to know how i'm going to receive my amount, is there any other way

i'm sorry sakshi but i've been experiencing numerous problems with airtel for a while now...for the same reason i'v decided to switch from airtel to the new tata docomo...not only do they offer better plans for postpaid customers (http://tatadocomo.com/postpaid-plan-details.aspx)..they are also letting the customer smake theri own customised plans as per their needs...along with better VAS...i', m sorry to inform you but airtel has lost out on a loyal customer in me!

Same here... Airtel is diducting money for these service 30/- per month since last 5 months and today (9/5/2009) I came to know about this when I saw my current bill in details... this is insane... this is how airtel is earning by cheating its customer...
