Very unreliable disconnects alot or time runs before it connects Shame on yall for taking advantage of a already stressful situation good job

No available dates for video visit. This would have been important information before I deposited $10. Then they charged me $7.50 to process a refund. Total rip-off.

Absolutely best company ever. Always quick to answer and resolve any issues. *** helped me very pleasant amazing person. So many issues with other companies waiting over a year now for a refund. Thank you so much for great service

She is extremely patient, caring and has a sense of humor which helped me stay calm. She deserves a raise or a promotion. I hope more of your support system is as good as she is. @ HomeWAV went above and beyond in getting the information for an inmate that was transferred without providing any really useful information as to the transfer point. Not only was the location information provided (COMPLETE mailing address) but she went out of her way to keep a concerned parent calm and totally informed. Need a lot more people like her out there!

HomeWAV is an invaluable service for family and friends of incarcerated individuals. The site is fairly easy to navigate if one is familiar with websites, but the most outstanding part of HomeWAV is the customer service. *** stayed a bit after scheduled work hours to make sure my problem was solved.Problems with the calling system are not problems created at or by HomeWAV. Disconnects and lack of connections are caused by the local incarceration center.

I would give her five more stars along with these five . She was very knowledgeable about what was going on. She was kind she showed interest compassion. It was really enjoyable speaking with her. she needs a promotion, the last thing you wanna do is when you calling these places or having to call customer service and speak to somebody thats grumpy and doesnt like the job she was a complete opposite. She need to given a raise along with a promotion shes going to make the company go to the top .

0 STARS! I AM FURIOUS!I have sent out MULTIPLE emails COMPLAINING about money being TAKEN when I WASNT using it. Practically stealing! I tried for TWO WEEKS to get ahold of someone and as soon as I do (about 5 minutes ago) I tell that rude *** that I was VERY UNHAPPY AND I WANTED TO SPEAK TO HIS BOSS IMMEDIATELY. He then said okay. Then all of a sudden I hear a voice recording asking for a rating between 1-5. Then it hangs up on me. THEY OWE ME OVER $20 of phone time to be able to speak to my husband! MONEY DOES NOT GROW ON TRESS AND THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST THIEVES

I spoke to *** who helped me get a refund who was extremely helpful and respectful. I had the incorrect email address so she stayed on the phone with me and personally received my email to make sure it went through ok. She stayed on the phone with me and processed the refund immediately for me. As we were waiting on the phone, I told her of my son's situation and that I hoped that I never had to use homewav services for my son again. Her words to me were truly loving, supportive and empathetic It was an honor to speak to such soul whose heart was so full of kindness and is putting my son on her prayer list.

This service sucks connection issues with every call from my husband in omega technical violators center in malvern ar I get charged for at least 30 seconds it freezes up every time he calls me I can be in the same spot and not move a d the call drops but my time keeps going I report every time on the app when you call customer service they blame it on my end witch is not true I have sent over $500 dollars this year and my husband has to hang up and log back in to call me back so I can hear him it is very frustrating to spend all this money a d.get charged for time not used home wave is taking advantage of us when all we are wanting to do is keep in touch with our loved one it's bad enough they are taken from us and the hardships we have to endure from loss of the extra income support from our loved one to put money on an account to keep in touch just to have home wave make us pay for time not being to visit with our loved one I have never gotten any credits back but one time for $2 a d I have made complaint servel times with them and all they want to do is pass the blame onto us or cell phone carriers connection issues is with our devices no it's there system and it's not right they are getting paid for services we pay for but cant use they need to be held accountable for there wrong doings
