I purchased fuel from the 7-11 gas station on post road in indianapolis, indiana back in october 2005 while on my way to new york. I put about 13 gallons of gas in my 2004 isuzu rodeo, bought some refreshments and got back on the interstate. Less than 3 miles down the road my car began to lurch and billow thick clouds of white smoke out of the exhaust. I nursed my vehicle to the next exit and stopped at a shell station where my vehicle died and would not start again. Luckily there was an advanced auto parts store nearby and travis was of superb assistance. He quickly diagnosed the problem as being bad gas and recommended heet water remover and lucas fuel additive. After some time and two bottles of heet, one bottle of octane booster, and a small bottle of lucas fuel treatment, it started up again. Still smoking like crazy. We drove down to the advanced auto parts store and purchased another bottle of heet. Travis tried to find us a fuel filter, but they didn't carry one that would fit my truck, but advised there was an auto zone in greenfield which was on our way. My truck barely drove at 40mph on the interstate and everyone behind us backed off because of all the smoke. By the time we reached greenfield, auto zone was closed and we had depleted an entire tank of gas (In 42 miles). We pulled into the wal mart super center parking lot and went in to finda fuel filter and something to drain the remaining contents of our tank into. After 5 or 6 different fuel filters we gave up for finding one, but bought a dishpan and drained the contents of the fuel tank. What came out was nothing short of sludge. It looked like bloody diahrrea. The next morning at daybreak we walked to the auto zone and they had the right fuel filter, or so we thought, until we got back to my rodeo. Apparently there is a huge difference between the regular 3.2 liter and the 3.5 direct injection motor that I have. To make a long story short, I have accumulated several repair bills since, including catalytic converters, fuel pumps and lines, injectors (5 went bad), and now the motor has completely seized from the crystallization of the seals from the contaminants. All together the total is just over $14,000 and john reinartz from arthur j. Gallagher risk management thought it to be funny to offer me the $34.21 for the bad tank of gas and call it even. If anyone else has had a similar problem with fuel from any of the gas stations in indianapolis, please contact me by email. I am a professional investigator and intend to lodge a major complaint, if not a class action lawsuit, against this store. I will respond to all inquiries or complaints.

    Why in the hell did you change the cheese .. again! This new cheese is disgusting. It looks like orange water with peppers in it and tastes disgusting!! I'm sure everbody who buys nacho's will only but this once. I know I threw them straight in the garbage. I want the 80's nacho cheese back! Spicy and delicious. Please!??

    I do not think it is professional for employees to talk about there place of work thos way on public media. This child uses curse words in front of customers and is now doing this. She does did not use gloves with several customers food the last time I went in. I will use yellow goose from this point on

    There is mouse fecal matter everywhere in the store, chip bags a being peed on, someone is going to get sick, bread sacks with holes, why does the FC not catch this. Condiments are old, walls a filthy, bathrooms not clean

    I went to the 7-11 on 50th and Busch Blvd in Tampa, FL and I got a big bite and a big gulp, but the brewed ice tea tasted like apple juice or just stale beer. The customer rep asked for $2.14, but I was short 4 cents, and he asked me if I had another dollar, since he has plenty of change. Why should I have to pull out another bill for 4 cents?

    Bumibili kami ng maayos, tinatanong namin sya ng maayos, pero parang sya pa ang galit. Akala ko nung una mahina lang yung boses nya. Pero nagtanong ulit ako, pero halata nang iritable sya. Pati nung sinabi kong cup yung ice cream, parinig ng parinig samin ng walang kutsara. Kami ng asawa ko nagkatinginan nalang dahil sa ugali nyang napaka rude.

    I currently work at a 7-Eleven store I've only been there for a couple of Months. The manager she was so nice and respectful in the beginning but now she's very disrespectful, she embarrasses me about little stuff.

    i was trying to buy hot water medium cup and the staff told me $1.89 for medium cup hot water are you serious is so disrespectful try to charge that much money and they told me that is the price for the cup??? really paper cup is $1.89

    Late night visit to get food & slurpee..nothing stocked..had to settle for a sausage but wanted cheeseburger bite..orderd wings but disappointed at how salty & slimy they were...next time I'll only get a slurpee😒 employees were friendly..appeared to be stocking items on the sales floor .

    There is drug trafficing going on right in front of your Store at Main & Winspear in Buffalo, NY. My wife has been scared away from shopping there. I have notified the Buffalo Police Dept and filed a complaint against you with the State Liquor Authority.

    She was very rude and screaming at me because I was waiting in line but wanted to get some pizza she got mad and started giving me attitude because of that then when I paid I got a lottery ticket she snatched the ones in my hand to check if they were winners and when I ask for another one she gave me one that was a crumbled up

    There was a older lady maybe 5'7 in her 40 to 50 range with reddish hair I came in with my family she did not greet me at all complaining how she hates her Job the other girl very pleasing stop what she was doing asked if I needed help while other lady on her phone I will not come back to this store

    staff members are confrontational with customers. Normal, professional people do not want to deal with that childishness. Customers should not have to be subject to that kind of drama. It's absolutely ridiculous.

    Most of the food was expired. I explained it to a worker. He stated he knows with a attitude and walked away. This was the worst 7-11s that I have ever went to. The address is 10504 Flatlands Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11236.

    Opened it up and it had fly eggs on the bun and I brought it at 29th and council road Oklahoma City and no I didn't go back I was to far away!!! And I will never buy another from your stores

    I've always been a very vocal fan of the pre-packaged sandwiches at 7-Eleven, but the changes that were just made to your selections are not good. The new tuna sandwich is dry and virtually flavorless - the previous sandwich was delicious. I miss the turkey with southwest mayo also. The new sandwiches may be healthier, but they are boring.

    This is my third time going into the 7631 Belair rd location and finding bugs inside of the glass & employees not doing anything to solve the issue . I have contacted a support line to complain about the issue and the donuts are still being sold.

    I purchased Buffalo wings and asked for ranch and was charged .69 separately! I go to 711's all the time, every 711 I go to only charges for ranch when you are not purchasing wings, last week at this same 711 I purchased 5 egg rolls, they have no sauce or napkins! Very irritating to go spend your money and can't get what you came for!!

    The customer service is horrible everyday i go into this 711 and the lady behind the counter never says thank you she throws the change at you . i asked for a bag she looks at me and says they dont have any and she is extremely rude. The store is always dirty and she is always on her cell phone

    Apparently its okay to cut the line at the 7-11 located on 600 Precinct Line Rd. now so unless you feel like getting into a confrontation with the cashier and/or customer I would avoid going to this particular 7-11.

    It seems like every time I go into this store the blonde lady with glasses is always on her phone and I have to wait on my service. The only people I really see doing their jobs and provide the fast service are the overnight people and the evening shift man. I'm not sure of anyone's names.

    3rd time in a row he didn't get off his phone while i stood in front of him. I grabbed my own receipt and bagged my own stuff. He is awful. I will not give my business to this location as long as he works there.

    Had to wait in line for close to a half minute before the cashier looked up from her tablet to actually help me out on the till. When I asked about my free beverage coupon that I had in my hand with the purchase of gas from a previous date.. I was denied and told "no we dont do that"

    I stop at 7 eleven in Bloomfield nj On my way home. So I went into the 7eleven to buy a pack of Newport and the lady at the cash register slammed the cigarettes down on the counter with the matches and you did not give it to me in my hand like I gave her my money and I thought that was rude and that's why I'm not going to a store anymore

    In 43030 schonehrr road, sterlng heights 48313, there is indian lady working named Ayesha from pakistan. She is so rude. Last day i went the shop for buying taco and cheese, he doesnt used the food gloves. Without gloves she touched my food. Its really bad for me.     I went to the store on Colorado blvd and San gabriel blvd, Pasadena, CA. I bought a cakifornia roll. IT WAS ICE COLD!!! I had to defrost in microwave for 30 seconds. Also the rice is super hard. 4 dollar for a dry sushi... I have to rethink about being a regular customer at 7 11

    I got gas on the 19th of October and it was not processed right away. It finally came out of my account on the 23rd. This messed up my finances and as a result I was short for my rent, b/c I thought it came out right away. 11528 107th Ave, Edmonton AB T5H 0Y7 · .

    I went in to the 7-11 at 2900 Hyperion, Los Angeles location. I asked to use the clerks's pen to fill in lottery numbers. He said NO. U only can borrow the pen if u buy something. I'm also going to contact the California lottery. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

    Placed an order for a quarter pound hot dog and noticed the gentleman went from the cash register to the food with no gloom his hand. Because I could see him using a tong I didn't say anything but clearly should have. He didn't wash his hands either. This is not sanitary.
