The first bite of this sandwich contained so much egg shell that I spat it out and could not continue. I was really repulsed and disappointed. I almost vomited. The sandwich was $6 and should be subject to stricter quality assurance guidelines. My expectation of a 7-11 sandwich is not extremely high but a basic expectation for any egg salad is to be without such a large quantity of egg shells.

Claimed loss: $6 plus gas and time and effort to replace the defective sandwich

Desired outcome: Refund or store credit of $10 for added inconvenience of being disgusted and having to find another lunch that day after I already bought the sandwich and returned home,

You are only entitled to get the $6 the sandwich back. NOTHING MORE. That is only AFTER you RETURN the sandwich. Try getting a job to earn your money instead of making silly reasons to get more than you lost.
