November 19 2023 i won a big Accumulator game it’s about 800000 BDT. But After won when i try to withdraw my balance it’s show reject & shows mail to security Department. Then i e-mail security Department they want to from me my identity document then I provide them all information.After provided information they block my account and told me to login account by PC and appeal to block account. Then I appeal for unblock my account. then it show step and step, step and step.. After completed the more & more step at a time it show To finish verifying account need to upload a photo of holding a sheet of paper in hand. This sheet of paper should have the code you received and the current date written on it.After see that's instruction i uploaded photo in a sheet with code & date.

Now it’s day 5 over i uploaded photo with sheet when i written this. i Don't received any kind of notification by e-mail. please solve my problem as Soon as possible.

How long time to need to solve my problem.

security department told me in 5 days they give me a new instruction in my mail. I am so much tired to solveing many many instruction. please solve my problem as soon as possible.

One time the website showed me to complete my verification by writing the code and date on a sheet and giving the picture& it’s my last step. I have provided it. After that, why are there new instructions. I also completed successfully passed Skype verification
