This is utter harrasment which I’m facing since 28th Sept’23.
I have made the payment using IMPS mode on 28th Sept’23 for Rs. 10000/- to aaf enterprise account, which was successful.
Your Team denied stating it has not been credited. I have send my bank statement, Transaction details but still they denied.
I kept following with my bank and after I faught for a long they provided me transaction confirmation letter which I provided to Team today around 9:30 PM.
I mailed 1xbet but only ticket I’d came no reply.
I called up several times on customer care no. Person said it would be credited in 5 min. Other person said give us some time it would get credited. Last executive said directly that I have deposited amount in wrong account.
How it's possible when you are only providing me beneficiary details.
Where should I go. There are lacs of amount which I have lost and made many transactions to provided beneficiary account and it's impossible that I will send amount to different beneficiary who is not a part of 1xbet.
Request you to please look into it and refund back the amount in my bank account.
