Okay I first raised a complaint on 20th July 2021 on this platform. Today I went checking around and found out that the issue I raised had been treated as 'resolved'. First of all the issue is far from resolved considering what I was complaining about has not been corrected. My Gaming account is still blocked by the 1xbet team. They have refused to cooperate and no longer replying to my emails. I still don't have my money back! No one contacted me on the resolution of this matter so something feels kinda fishy on here. Either 1xbet is controlling this "supposedly" independent platform or someone was bribed.
