Putting charges on my Discover card.
I was having trouble with my account and after talking to an Xpress bet person, she told me how to put money into my account. Because i had DIscover card, she told me i had to put my money into the PLUS account and then transfer into my XPRESS account.. I tried, with her assistance, but it did not work.. She tried her best to make me understand, but it didn't help, so i told her to just erase my account.. She did, and now i find 2 charges of $105 each for a total of $210 on my Discover card..
Desired outcome: I want my account closed and my money put back on my Discover card.
Don't deal with them and you won't earn money from them
Don’t use the website www.xpressbet.com. I believed to their rubbish and thought that I could earn money, but they lied to me and stole my money. I earned about $500, and I tried to get this sum, but these jerks blocked my access to my account and told that some error occurred, but they simply didn’t want to pay my money. These people are scammers and liars, who don’t allow you to earn money. Please post your comments about this company.
very rude custmer service the promo a scam
Signed up for xpressbet based on a WGN promo on Derby Day. Funded the account with $50 and was looking forward to the betting with the $125 bonus. Since I generally don't win, I thought it would be fun. Well, guess what. I won. and then I won some more on some other races. So then the Preakness came along and I bet and I won. They allowed me to return $80 to my checking account. I was ahead with $95 still in my account for the Belmont. Or so I thought. I go out today and my balance is 0 and with the statement showing ADMIN DEBIT. These deals ALWAYS have a catch.
AGREE I deposited $150 and wagered. Won $330 but only allowed to withdraw $230. Every time I call there is another reason why I can't get the balance. Never had this problem with other sites . STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE

Sounds like you were doing something fishy that they found out about. If you are attempting to defraud a company which is required to collect taxes from winnings, what do you expect to happen?
