Deposit amount not credited to my account
I have made a deposit of 50K on 24th oct and 28th oct both the occasion the money got debited from my bank account but not credited to 1xbet account. I have raised a complaint to 1xbet asking them to look into issue. Each day they asked me different documents 1st they asked me screenshot, next they ask me message, then exact time of the transaction then finally statement . Now after submitting everything when I call them they just simply cut my call without any update. I'm getting restless since I have already lost 18L using this app. My life has become already a mess by using this, now I'm financially not stable this 1L will help me somehow. Please understand my situation and provide me my money back.
I have attached the screenshot of the transaction and the screenshot of the mail i have initiated.
Someone please help me if there is any possibility of taking any legal action against this.
I haven't got my money back and no way to trace these cheaters. I have stopped using this application. Please stop using this application and get in to the traps of this fraudsters
Till now I haven't received the money from these cheaters. They will ask u to reach out to fb support then there they will ask u to send mail then if u call them they will talk like as if we took their money, bloody b****** I will break the face of those customer support people if I get a chance to meet them. I have sent 100 mails and reached the fb customer support on daily basis, yet I haven't received any proper response.

Regarding deposited amount
This complaint is regarding the customer support of 1xbet, who are not bother about anyone hard earned money and give the same replies for all the queries everytime.
I had deposited an amount of Rs.149000 partially on 27th Oct 2021, and the transaction is successful but the amount has not been credited to my account yet after a continuous follow up with the customer support team as well. In chat they told to send a mail, it's already been 3 days and I am still waiting for the resolution. I have attached all the screenshots of the payment along with bank statement but they are not taking any kind of action to look into it. I had requested for call back as well but again it was automatically cancelled from there end. I am still requesting to look into this issue as I have to return the amount to my colleagues and I am in very much stress due to this huge amount. Systematic scam
Please help 1xbet has refuse to pay me my winnings after I have successfully requested for a withdrawer but Instead has blocked my account in the guise of security verification even though my account was verified before now with an International Passport not withstanding I have provided them with every documents that they have requested for like a copy of my International passport, Selfie of me holding the passport, ATM card, Bank account statement showing money deposited into 1xbet and a whole lots of other stuff and documents that they have requested for and have continued to request for even after I have previously provided them for more than 3 weeks now. I have also requested that they cancel all the winnings and returned my actual money back to my Bank account if the winnings was the problem but instead they have refused and have continued to make a fool of me and asking me to provide documents that I have previously provided over and over again.

In one of our conversation after I have successfully provided all documents that they have requested for I was asked to login into my account and follow the instructions thereof which when I did I saw this screenshot on the attached file blocking appeal which I have followed the instructions thereof and have provided all documents that they asked me to provide even though is same documents I have provided earlier they keep on bringing up the page and asking for same documents I have earlier provided each time I login to see if my account has been unblocked.
I also did a search online and I saw a tread on https://www.nairaland.com/6261124/1xbet-fraudulent of many other Nigerians who has become a victim of this systematic scamming and have long forgotten there money money please do help me to escalate this issue and see to it that I don't lose my hard earn money to 1xbet.
Right now 1xbet is asking for a Rotary hard copy of my passport and other documents that I have provided earlier and mail it through a P. O Box to an address in Ukraine. I did more search online for other victims of 1xbet systematic scam and I saw persons who had thus pass those stages and even mailed there personal documents and yet didn't receive there money.

Blocked my account.
Hello, in my account there is 175000 inr but they blocked my account by saying fake reasons. They aren't responding.the reason they are saying for blocking is that "I crossed their General T&C.but I never done anything against their General T&C.

Cheating Customers by blocking thier Funds
My account was already been verified 2months ago and again they have blocked my account.
Inspite of providing each and every documents which they need for verification, they still doesn't want to unblock my account.. I don't care if they don't unblock my account. I just want my funds which they have blocked from past 17days.
Till September 20th I have deposited more than 1million and they didn't had any problem when I was depositing. Suddenly they blocked my account for verification inspite having a verified account.
