Before I do not have issue with this company, Im able to deposit and withdraw using gcash and my personal bank account but all of a sudden, with Lakers win against GSW and with succeeding bets tha won, I am not able to withdraw from my account. It keeps getting rejected and their cs chat is useless. They are just going to direct you to email their security department.

The thing is their security department is not responding to ny my emails, 4 days have passed and Im not even receiving any acknowledgement on my email.

I even sent them 2 valid ids and up unti now, no reply from their end.

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate it if their security department will respond to my concerns and allow me again to withdraw since both accounts, gcash and my bank account is under my name.

I did a bet number [protected] , in AcMilan x InterMilan match that first event to happen between the minutes 81 and 86 is card and thats what happened but 1xbet settled it as loss for me and after discussing this with their unprofessional consultants they said that a throw in happened before the card while the whole world watched the match and it was very clear that the throw in happened in minute 80 exactly 79:52 and they asked me to prove that from the official website well on uefa website the only report I found was showing the card at the minute 81 not mentioning the throw in . Well I asked 1xbet what is your official source to prove your decision they didn’t answer! They are finding any reason to make people loss

1 xbet trying to close my case by saying the foul is the foul , can you imagine this kind of reply!

Now after all this is the summary:

first they gave me a wrong reason to my loss which is a throw in and until now they didn’t answer me why first they said throw in , and then they changed to foul ?!

Now coming to their second reason which is the foul again and again i am insisting that the first event in the minute 81 was the card because the tackle is not an event in their events list of betting and because the tackles might not be a reason for a card or a foul in some cases so they can not build my loss on the

tackle saying that its a foul . They can’t take the referee decision and say that tackle is a foul because when he stoped the game no body can know what is his decision yet and what he will award ,but easily anyone could see that the first thing he did is giving card and then he made the decision on how he will make the foul because the word of the foul means the punishment and it has several kinds . that’s why foul is not tackle ,they are absolutely two different words and two different meaning. But for 1xbet they mix the tackle and the foul in one word to make it one event and make me lose.

They will not be fair and they will not change their mind because they don’t have a respectful customer service at all .

Again no fair came up from 1xbet

They first sayed I lost because a throw in happened before the card and when I proofed that this not correct they came up with new reason can you imagine yea they came up with new reason did anyone heard about this level of professionalism a betting website trying one reason to make his customer loss and when this reason failed they don’t give him his rights no they look for a complete different reason. We’ll take their new reason an laugh they are now saying that a foul happened before the card 🤣 , did anyone ever heard about a card given without reason in football ?

Did anyone ever heard about a referee first giving a foul for a team then he rais the card to the player who did the mistake which cause the foul . It is always a referee giving a card for the mistake and then the foul to be played. 1xbet now They are now making the event of a player mistake which is a tackle in my case and the event of the foul just to make me lose this small amount of money which nothing for them but its for me .

Today is 24 may 2023 . Again i received an email from the 1xbet public relations keep saying that a foul happened before the card which is not correct its very clear that the referee gave the card first and rather than that 1xbet first reason was a throw in and when it didn’t work they came up with different reasons and that’s how they deal with customers

As I expected happened , no help I got from those people through the email plus i got new big shame reply from the team as they came up with completely different reason to make me loss so tow different reasons now ! Did any one heard about a yellow card given without a player doing mistake or foul so first to happen is the referee gives card and then the foul awarded and played . 1xbet first reason was saying that a throw in happened before the card and when i proof that no throw in happened in the mentioned time so they came up with new reason saying that a foul happened before the card which is not correct. Please can anyone tell me what a big scandal is this on 1xbet

Before your reply I got a message on complaintsboard to contact with a person. I have contacted with that man whose Whatsapp number is +[protected] . This number was provided by complaintsboard. I was said to contact with them. Then this main said me to explain my issue on 1xbet Telegram on this address @Betting_helpcenter . Later they said me to re-deposit 7000 BDT by Nagad and they will add 7000+7000 = 14000 BDT in total. Then they provided me Nagad number and I have given money But nothing added. This company clearly has the lowest standards of trust .. and of all I see on more sites where I filed a complaint for abuse, and later theft. I can't believe that something like this is happening to me after a good period of earnings... but when I was losing tens of thousands, why wasn't I blocked? why are all the complaints made when people win and are limited and not before when we lose? Hello,

My account was blocked (for multi accounts) so I contacted the security Department and provided them with all the documents they asked for. They decided to unblock my account and merged all my accounts into the last one I made.

The problem is my account is still blocked, and when I ask them or I ask assistance they tell me that my account is not blocked.

Also the big problem is about my phone number. I don’t receive any SMS confirmation from 1XBET since my accounts were merged.

My deposits of over 200 dollars were not credited to my account.

Customer service is not helpful and I am getting nowhere with this.

Please help as I am battling cancer and this is terrible.

I sent them proof of my transactions and there is still no resolution.

They accepted my deposits before.

I have placed bets and used the casino.

Please assist me.

I have already reached out to support and I was told that maybe I will get my deposits in 8 to 9 days, despite proving that my deposits settled and giving all the screenshots and transaction IDs, my passport and everything else they asked for. This is a scam amd a fraud.

I cant login to my account although all my info and data are 100 percent okay , my mobile reset factory settings and i cant login due to authentication code, i sent lots of mails to customer service and after 2 weeks the only reply i got is wait ?
