I've made 2 deposits 4 days before and still they haven't updated it .. customer care service is responding is automated and keep on asking the problem and not resolving..how can they b so irresponsible with our money?...I've sent emails/ messages..not responding but they say 24/7...once I sent them a cyber receipt with reference no of a successful transaction what else they want unless it's cheat or scam or forego payment...

I was honest and 100% neat as user. Any single terms I didn't break. I deposited $2000 and made $12000. After that they are asking verification, well it wasn't an issue. I gave every documents to them. Now they're saying to send letter by same documents to them. It's 100% ridiculous. My next plan is collect all the agent's number from there website and will file complain by law.
