My self made 2 deposits two days ago and was informed that all of them have been rejected, but the money was credited to my bank account 1x bet account. Although I informed the customer service officers from yesterday, they did not take it into consideration. I informed ganeshan, jehan, dilani, prasadi, and they did not provide fair service to me and my money has not been given yet.

I deposited 3000 Rs on 26 August 2023 in 1xbet. The amount has been deducted and I have shared multiple times the UTR number of transaction and the pdf of my bank statement. But after almost 1 month the amount still not deposited.

I deposited money and started betting, then I discovered that I could not withdraw. After that, they asked me to contact the security office via email to verify the account.

After two weeks of talking to them, they asked for all proof of deposit, passport, screenshots and personal photos.

Then after that he asks to close your account and you are transferred to the biggest scam

The same requests are decided, but each request is waiting for 72 hours until you get a response to a new request

Then they asked me to send everything back via the gaming account, I DID

After that, the final response to them, please send all requests again, but by mail, to the following address: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, C.P. (zip) 44534, Apartado postal 33-01

How can I send that? When I asked, so that I can send these files from Egypt to them, the cost more 3000 Egyptian pounds. Where do I get money now for sending, and my account has been closed with everything I have.

Even if I get money to prepare and send documents, I will not be able to send anything because I live in Russia.

And why should I do that, even though I sent all the requests to them more than once

Today, a month has passed of investigations, documents, and information. The security office told me today that I need to print a questionnaire, fill it out, and send it to Mexico, knowing that I sent this information through my gaming account.

I am not able to send anything to Mexico. I live in Russia and mail here is banned. Even if it existed, the cost would be very high. I am a student and all my money is in my gaming account. I sent everything they want and provided with all the information. they are making this impossible now.

1xBet Amount withdrawn from 1xbet but yet not received in account

I had made a withdrawal on 8th of September which amounted of 25k and it showed successful from 1xbet but it never received my bank account. The transaction photo shared by the 1xbet bet was non traceable. When after continuous follow up with 1xbet reps, all kept giving different and vague answers. I am at such a stage where in I am in dire need of money. Please trace back the funds and get it back in my account. We expect better from 1xbet.

Can you believe that after a month's followup, what revert do I get from the info team? Please check the screenshot. They are working as brainless chickens and utterly illiterate and rude people.

To bring to your attention, I have shared my account statement multiple times, I have not received the amount. If you have successfully shared it as you are stating then kindly share the proof or else I will file a legal law suit about the same as the amount is 25k.

This is to inform you guys that I have not received my amount still and what emails the 1xbet info team and public relations team have been sending to me is that the concerned team is looking into it.

I want to escalate this case to the higher authorities and Cyprus dignatories as well so that they can recorrect such cases.

The 1xbet team is still asking me for documents inspite sharing everything. They should clearly ask the operator which is stating that funds are transferred because they are lying. It's almost been more than 2 weeks and no resolution. 25k is a huge amount and you cannot just scam a person like this.

There is still no update, they are just asking me to send screenshots and documents wherein I have shared my bank statement clearly and I haven't received the funds, it's a clear thing that the operator has received the funds back and 1xbet should ask the operator for their bank statement as I have clearly not received 25k in my account.

Greetings

I've done a deposit on 14 /09/2023 , in my onexbet.in around 2.00 am .

And as per they mentioned in deposit says " 3 mins or sometimes delayed for 15 minutes!

But I patiently waited and later emailed them with screenshots and all the necessary and they replied saying 48 hours

In chat they They are just asking to request a call back from support team " which I did ..

Actually they never call back at all ...

Due to their delay, I couldn't place bets on the matches I've predicted ( the won as I expected) unfortunately these onexbet didn't processed my deposit.

Their payment page it was crashed yday 13/09/2023

This is not the first bad experience

They got good sports section hence I m hanging around, but theirr services team is worst ..

So unpredictable time they give and very very unprofessional.

1xBet 1xbet simply stole my money by playing mind games

My 1xbet Id is [protected]. I'm using 1xbet for small amount there is no problem...so I have trusted the 1xbet but when I reached 150krs or 100k rupees they blocked the money saying you cannot withdraw money please contact security department. So I contacted them they asked the for e-adhar. I have send them e-adhar after 10 days they replied we are sorry security department asking for additional details...they asked =}electricity bills and date of birth certificate and a selfie of holding my phone with email i received and then a photo of some code written on it..and also they asked for my passbook of bank... Even though they couldn't unblock. They just want to waste the time so they can irritate me... They were telling to check the person who are withdraw is the same person of the app using it. If they have doubt about the withdraw person. They have to block the money also from betting in game or using the money in the game...but they only blocked it from withdraw.. They play the mind game and irritate me so I lose the money in betting and guess what happens i made near 200k rs. But couldn't unblock it...but they're always checking my documents for many days...they just ask all the documents at one time ...but NO they ask one document and check it and request for another document and check it and another and check it...they are playing with me they also said stop creating multiple threads of email if no they block my account in they way they blackmailed indirectly and now due to unable to withdraw the money. I have no choice but to play within the app. I made 200k rupees slowly I'm losing my some money...and unable to withdraw it decreased to 200k to 100k and 100k to 10k. So I wish to loss all my money instead of this mental pressure to withdraw them now I have even lost 10046.67 rupees near to it... I got full fever that what I have done i lost my deposit 100k and my winnings extra 100k. I have mentally tortured my security department of 1xbet. Even if they say the how many days it will take to verify I will be not placed any bets...but they didn't told how many days it will take and they waste time 16 march to may they wasted my time and money... If they have to verify me they could block the money from placing bets and to withdraw money until the verification is completed. But they didn't have any intention to return my money so they play mind game or gambling to loss my money. If they have doubt about who are withdrawing the money should be genuine person...then why they not stop the person to place bets. Please I want justice.

Hello,

Myself Waqas Mohd Aslam Momin living and working in Saudi Arabia, basically I am Indian citizen.

I have account in 1xbet platform from long time, my account ID [protected] here I made allover loss of around 23000$, so on 1st of September 2023 I was little upset on 1xbet service provider, I send a online chat message throw application to 1xbet customer service asking please help me and check your slot service provider is it really give and big win to customer, and i discussed my financial condition is near to suside. I just express my disappointment.

After this 1xbet block my ID, I am trying to login it again and again but showing error invalid ID or password, then I try to reset my password but not happening. Then I try to new registration with my Indian contact number and it successful create new account "new ID [protected]" this also taken deposit then block for verification purpose.

Now I have two accounts on 1xbet both are not working, in old ID I have loss of 23000$

In new ID my first deposit available.

I am mailing 1xbet on [protected]@1xbet-team.com, [protected]@1xbet.com, [protected]@1xbet-team.com to unblock my old ID but not getting and reply.

In last I want to say 1xbet should unblock my old ID [protected] and delete my new new ID [protected] and refund my available balance.

Desired outcome: 1xbet should unblock my old ID [protected] and delete my new new ID [protected] and refund my available balance. Also check my old ID why I am not getting and big win in 3oaks after big losses

1xBet Deposit amount of Rs. 500 not credited to 1x bet gaming account

I have deposited Rs. 500 through IMPS transfer (screenshot attached). But it has not been credited and it has crossed 4 hours. 1x bet customer service executive is asking about the UTR no. As this was an intra bank transfer i.e. federal bank to federal bank (bank account statement attached), so no UTR is generated. But they still taking much time and telling me to wait and wait
