I placed Rs.2200 bet on a mixed martial arts (Mma) event named Dana white contender series. The fight was between Rodolfo bellato and Murtaza talha Ali and my bet was total over 1.5. A round is 5 minutes long so over 1.5 means the fight goes over 7 minutes and 30 second and if you could see the result, You will see the fight ended at 9 minutes 46 seconds.
According to their customer support, The fight did not complete 2nd round so the bet is lost which is so stupid because you can google about the total over 1.5 bet in mma and you will see how every sportsbook in world will tell you that total over 1.5 means the fight has to go through the half of second round.
Total over 1.5 odd was 3 so I should have won Rs6600 but they are making up excuse to not pay me.
Desired outcome: please change the settlement from lost to Won.
