1xBet Blocked my account after winning 10k usd

I made deposit of amount of $2000 via our native wallet (bkash, nagad). Right now my balance is $12000. Then 1x bet were asking me some documents like my id card, selfie with id with message of security team and provided. Now they are asking the screenshot of nagad, bkash payment as it's not possible, because here was a limit issue of mobile banking wallet. So i used many numbers for make payment with 1xbet. In bangladesh a person can cashout up to $200 each day from one mobile banking wallet, so i used 10 numbers for deposit. Now i don't have the access all that 10 numbers and i can't recall all of numbers also.

So, 1xbet sucked my money?

Desired outcome: I want to withdraw my funds only as i verified my information with 1xbet.

1xBet Deposit issue and the customer support careless behavior

This is santosh

I've done a deposit of 4400 on JUNE 20 -2023

Via NETBANKING option in 1xbet - initiate and paid my bank app

Amount has debited , but didn't reflected in my account . Which suppose to happen immediately

I followed up an email with a screenshot of the transaction by logging into the bank website as bank app wont allow to take the screenshot

After couple of hours due no proper update

I ve spoken with online call with an advisor, who suggested me to send a different screenshot with time and all other details, I said okay and done that too

Again nothing happened, followed with another advisor

He " DEMANDED " harshly of different document without give an explanation,

He was like " you send that then only we do "

I was shocked, still I want funds so I've taken a risk and sent the complete bank statement where he can clear picture of transaction..

No one responded to email ( as they usually do )

But now again when I called to online team

another advisor was suggesting someother documents & hung up the call

While I was them explaining the scenario..

They're just being careless and rude

Specifically when a transaction gets stuck /having an issue

It's a nightmare to get it fixed with these rude and disrespectful n disturbing behavior

Desired outcome: Expect the funds to be in my account soonAnd expect them genuine.

Recently I have received a mail from complaints board.com where they shared a number with me to contact about my deposit that I didn't received yet. According to your suggested number I believed it & contact with him he said to deposit another 3000 to add my previous amount currently. I have sent 3000 again but unfoertunately I think that was a scam group. They didnt add the money. I request you to take necessary step so that they get punnishment.

I don't understand the text of the message well but it tells me that I must withdraw my money which I have deposited with

I have reset the password more than 5 times

And every time it appears, the password has been changed

I got an answer that I have to withdraw the deposit money, but I cannot access the account. Every time I re-create a new password and open the account, the password appears incorrectly, making sure that the new password was successfully completed, but the account does not open despite that to withdraw my money.

Please solve my problem and return the password to open the account and withdraw the deposit money as you told me

According to your suggestion provide through mail by complaintsboard bd.com contacted to this number +[protected] he told me to deposit another 3000 tk to add previous 1000 tk currently & i have deposited the money but this money also didnt added to my account then told me to contact Mr Hamid Technical Department Finance +[protected] then hamid demanded extra 1000 tk to add the deposited ammount to my account i refused to do so. So he refused to add this current amount & the previous amount which i didn't received yet. You give me this number and mail public relation 1xbet and I contacted them and transferred me to telegram team Betting help center and contact them and they asked me 1-ID 2-Electricy bill 3-addiction gambling certificate and I sent them efter that they ask me 55$ for service by send perfect money. And they say to wait for 5 hours solve my issue . And they don’t do anything I thought scammed me . You are who responsible for that scam.

1xBet Withdrawal

I opened an account here in UAE using 1xbet.ae website. First, transaction was smooth, I can deposit and withdraw by Al Maryah bank transfer. But later on, when I won they close that method of withdrawal and all other methods of withdrawal are rejected. In short, they make it impossible for the costumer to withdraw their winnings and deposits which is very frustrating.

They will nit respond to emails and calling their numbers they will not give a solution on how you can withdraw you money.

Desired outcome: To withdraw all my funds remaining. Give them a bad review and stop them from doing this to costumers.

Once I created my request on this website. My request was that I deposited an amount on "1xbet.com" website, and after requesting to withdraw money, after several bets, they asked me for documents, which I emailed, and then my account was blocked and they told me to post the documents.

After I posted, they claimed they didn't receive the documents and stopped replying to my messages.

Later I came across this website and register my request here.

And then from the website "1xbet.com", they told me "The latest you got from security department is from march, are you sure about that? and I said yes I'm sure. and then they didn't say anything. Please follow up until I get my money. Thanks

10 days ago, my account was frozen by the security department due to document verification. The account had 30,000 rupees in it. I contacted them and provided all the requested documents, but despite the time that has passed, they keep telling me to "wait" and that they are "reviewing it." As a result, I am unable to place bets, make deposits, or withdraw funds.

Out of the blue, I received a reply to my email stating that I can withdraw my money by creating a withdrawal request. However, every time I try to withdraw my funds, it gets rejected repeatedly. I provided them with proof of my rejected withdrawals, but they have not offered any solution. This is why I am submitting this complaint regarding my account verification.

I kindly request you to look into my account and complete the verification process or enable my withdrawal option so that I can receive the funds in my bank account (game ID: [protected]).

I have a great deal of trust in 1xbet, but problems like this have a negative impact. Therefore, please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

May 19, 2023 (11:14AM) I deposited via GCASH DIRECT method sent PHP500 but nothing credited on my account I tried to reach out through your emails & customer service but no one approaches me, I also filed a complaint in ComplaintsBoard but still nothing comes into my account this is the proof that I sent my PHP500 to one of your agents. You guys emailed me and told me that my transaction was successfully credited. If it is successfully credited as you said why there's no balance in my account? Can you tell me what is the account number that credited my deposit? And also you guys provided another email but no one responded into one of my emails
