I would like to complain regarding my money deposit request using gcash method, still not came through my wallet.

It’s been more than 2 hours since transaction was made. I would like to fully refund the amount I deposit 3500.00 php to [protected] since the game I want to bet is finished as well.

I also called for customer service several times still not action was taken.

Every time I withdraw my funds, after 10mints the operator denied the withdrawal without any reason. When I contact them in customer center One of their Operator said Wait 1Hour. When I waited 1Hour then suddenly the operator changed. Then I talked the other operator he said wait 2hours. After 2hours, Another operator comes. And the procedure goes on. and in the first over India (Team 1) has done 4 and 1 runs on 2 deliveries.

But the company made the decision that i lost the bet.

I tried to deposit money in my 1xbet account but the deposit was rejected but money was taken out of my bank account and I didn’t get refund yet in my bank account. Below is the screenshot of the money I sent. Its being hours already. I sent a lot of emails and I got no replies.

Hey, I have two currencies in my account main(USD) and other currencies(USDT). Now, the problem is that I am able to withdraw money from main account but unable to withdraw from the other currency that is USDT.
