Both times I have win out big they have prolonged my withdrawal as much as they can. The first time I was playing while waiting and ended up losing it all back. Then my verification came through.

Second time, which is now, they have requested extra documentations and keeps claiming mine are invalid, 70 emails back and forth and only robotic answers

I tried to withdraw some of my funds but was denied. I have deposited 28k of my currency just a few days ago. I still have around 23k of balance when they decided to block my account even after providing all the requested documents to them. All of their claims are false. I insisted that I only have one account but they didn't even try to check and no proof given to me why they decided to block me. I want to get my deposit back.

I deposited via gcash qr code and the reciever is automatically generated and after I copied the recievers name, they ridirect me to my wallet to log in ans send the money. After I sent it it says rejected in their website. The support team said fhey don't have the money. And gcash said once we sent out the money we can't retrieve it anymode. So gcash recommend me to call cyber crime dept.
