I have been trying to make withdrawal in the amount of 600 dirhams from 1xbet and my registered number is +[protected] this withdrawal request was made on 25/9/2023 I have used MasterCard for the withdrawal request same Mastercard I have used for the deposits and till the time I'm typing this message I have been trying to make a withdrawal and it's rejected I have contacted them many times everytime I get a different consultant name and they say different words they have caused me a delay and they are not processing or willing to help with my withdrawal request I'll share some screen shots of the deposits I have made to them using my Mastercard and the withdrawal requests

I already posted this problem on this site but after 4 days this problem marked as resolved but it is still not resolved hence I am posting again .

Appalling customer service
Their staff either has very low iq issue which I doubt it because it applied on every and each one of them and I spoke to a lot of them and when I say a lot I mean a loooot.. They seem to be very well trained to put on a show or an act.
