Withdrawal Request Marked Successfully Confirmed by operator but payment not Received in bank
I made withdrawal on 3rd December 2021 at 5:23 AM of 4000 INR and on 5th December at 7:45 PM. I received the notification from them they that withdrawal request is successfully confirmed by the operator but here is there scam i have not received single money from them and when i tried to speak to their executive they say check after 3 hours but nothing was resolved. I sent the several mails to them but no one is bothered to respond from their team. Please guys beware they are real scammers. My gaming id is [protected].

About wrong score update and cheating in 1xbet.
Sir,
Today at 12:54 pm time in local, i bet on basketball in Bambitious nara vs Aomori wat's match. I bet on (2 half, total under 88.5).when the match finished the bet slip is not setteled.i check on google for correct score and then i ensure that i am win.but after 4 hours the bet slip shows the bet loss, the score was incorrect in last quarter. I again search the match and check maximum website for correct score.all the websites shows same score and only the 1xbet shows different score in last quarter. I bet under 88.5 points, google and others website shows the match finished in total 86 points. But only 1xbet shows total 89 points. I mail there mailing address but not fix yet. I tries to connect with chat but no one replies me.i think they would not solve this problem.
Desired outcome: I want the solution badly..neither i will not suggest anyone to open 1xbet account.they are cheater.

Really disappointed by 1xbet. Not crediting my money
Really disappointed by 1xbet. I have been using 1xbet for a long time and had no issues. On 19th November i used bank transfer option to deposit money 90000PKR into my account and after transferring money i created deposit request but money wasnt credited into my account. I asked the guy on chat support and they said that they havent received the money. I filed a complaint with my bank and i was informed that the money was sent to the account the very same day. I sent all the transaction details, deposit slips, confirmation emails and my bank account statement at [protected]@1xbet-team.com but no one replys there. Now after providing all the documentations even the chat support has a default message saying to wait, they act like bots, not listening to what customer is saying and only saying that to wait. Its 26th November and still there is no response.
I had been a loyal customer of 1xbet but after such behaviour and stealing my funds im afraid to say that i wont be using any of your services ever again.
If you guys really do care for your customers then atleast resolve the issue on priority basis. My account id is: [protected]

Please don't fool and rob people hard earned money like this. That guy is already stated that he is continuously 1xBet team from a long time but no one is intended to respond to his message and resolve the issue. Like this you are are running your firm and claiming yourself a big brand in bookmaker market. No customer care support is there, the email support is not replying the to messages. I am also a victim of this situation and following up with customer support from last 22 days but you people are maintaining your brand by not responsive.

I made a deposit of 5000 rupees on 31/11/21 at 06:22 pm . When I was depositing the money that payment went into pending after one day it got completed but the money has not been credited yet into my 1xbet account. Deposit amount not credited to my account
I have made a deposit of 50K on 24th oct and 28th oct both the occasion the money got debited from my bank account but not credited to 1xbet account. I have raised a complaint to 1xbet asking them to look into issue. Each day they asked me different documents 1st they asked me screenshot, next they ask me message, then exact time of the transaction then finally statement . Now after submitting everything when I call them they just simply cut my call without any update. I'm getting restless since I have already lost 18L using this app. My life has become already a mess by using this, now I'm financially not stable this 1L will help me somehow. I shared all information over Facebook. But I have already raised everything to the customer support over mail, chat and call but nothing has worked out. And this call support people are very rude sometime they are just closing the call without any resolution.
If they will not provide us any resolution means then why do they are there as support team. This is really giving me so much of stress. Already in so much of personal problems and this giving me severe problems both mentally and financially.
