I am accused of smoking in the room on 9-11-19 (on my credit card statement), however, I checked out on 9-13-19. I was inside my room on 9-11-19 and no one came in or inspected my room on that day. I worked from my room the entire day, and I DO NOT SMOKE. The photos Woodspring gave as evidence to my credit card company dispute department showed ashes in my room and are absolutely 100% falsified. The photo's show absolutely none of my personal items in these photos. I believe that the biased house cleaning personnel smelled smoke in the hallway on 9-11-19 and falsely accused me of it. Again, I was there the whole day and no one came in my room to inspect or clean. I do not smoke and am requesting the $265 to be credited back to my credit card immediatley. I cleaned my room completely on 9-13-19 before leaving, and was an excellent tenant and may have booked another eservation if we were on good terms. These claims are absolutely false. This is extreme poor business and request a refend of $265 and an apology from Sarah (manager) as this has taken many hours of my time fighting these false accusations. I am also enrolled Choice Hotels and stay at your properties all the time while away on business. I ask to please submit a refund for $265. Regards, Flint

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced during your time with us. Our staff works extremely hard to deliver the highest level of customer service to each guest and it is troubling to see that this is not what you received. We did reach out to the property to review and research the refund that you mentioned. We have confirmed that no refund is to be issued based on our terms of service. We are deeply sorry that we cannot complete your request as we recognize that this may not have been what you were anticipating. In regards to none of your personal items being in the photos, we hold guest privacy to a high standard and would not include personal items. Thank you for your time.
