I stayed at your place for one week, Friday to friday. I checked in with my kids and dogs. I phoned the office at 9:02 am on Friday morning to discuss the charges and reversed charges that appear on my bank records. Bob told me he locked me out because my dogs were making too much noise. This was the first time hearing anything about the noise. He said he was "thinking" about not letting me stay any longer. I was on my way back from dropping my two kids off school like I had done all week. I tried to tell him that I had no warning or communication about the dogs barking. I know that every dog barks, and mine can get noisy especially if someone comes to the front door. Bob immediate told me very cold and stern that I had to be out and check out is 11. I tried to communicate with him that I had to go to court at 11. Once again told me check out was 11. Being very calm throughout the conversation I said ok. At this time I was freaking out. I had just lost my house that I owned for 15years, my ex husband was taking me to court so he could get custody of my two kids. How was I going to move out and go to court? I got a moving van and tried to make it to court which I missed. My ex husband got temporary custody of my kids. When I finally arrived to move out, Bob was the first person that, I would like to say "greet" me, more like confronted me. I once again tried to communicate to him, that if I had known the dogs barking had become a problem I could have fixed it, by putting on a cloth muzzle. He was not listening to me, just kept repeating himself, that i signed the pet policy and he could throw me out without any warning what so ever. Since i had arrived late he would not let me in the room without me paying a $45 late fee. He also went on and said that he told me i had to leave when he called me earlier. Which was a lie, I had phoned him. Bob also said that there was no way i would have been on time to pay as well. When he escorted me to my room the dogs started to bark frantically as soon as he put the key card in the door and they heard his voice. He opened the door for me and as it started to close my dog bear, (chicuhua miniature pintcher mix breed) stuck his head out and the door closed on his head. I got my stuff out of the room and my two small dogs, while my kids were at school.
Bob treated me with no respect. I am very surprised that a man in his line of work would talk too, and treat a woman with such little respect or regard. Money was never an issue since my husband was back to work as a pipe fitter making between $1500-$2000 A WEEK! I truly hope that your establishment opens an investigation into this matter. I will NEVER EVER again stay in another Woodsprings hotel, I would rather sleep in my car or at a shelter. I have never been so embarrassed, humiliated, and talk down to as what Bob Kemery had done to me that day. I have pictures and documents showing that I made the call I have court documents showing that I had court, I have my bank statement showing there was $1200 in my account which is more then enough to pay for another week. I wished now that I had chosen a different place to stay at instead of Woodsprings. To top it all off Bob made me pay a $45 late fee. Can you even imagine how I felt that day. Completely blindsided by your company. Bob Kemery is a poor example of a GM, and a person representing your company.

was unlawfully and my rights violated in a major way at your Wichita hotel by the airport. If contact the north hotel twice which promised me someone would be in contact with me to fix this. Manager by name of Emily. Without any notice I was thrown out of room at hands of police dept. Was one day late at 11pm . Weather was cold and windy. Not to mention I was under medical care staying in handicapped suite. I had been tgere 60 + days . I receive my mail tgere . If been late 6 + days before. I by law am not a guest but a tenant. I was not served any notice nor given any time to gather things. Not even an hour. My rights were severely violated and have made 2 attempts to remedy with no return each time as promised. First off I have been at Woodspring Suites Louisville, Southeast since basically November 2017 with the exception of 2-3 weeks. I left February be cause some of my possessions were being stored on fourth floor and when they were returned half of my things were stolen. I reported it to night time employee and nothing was done. The daytime staff didn't care much either. I loved the facility up until then. But I felt very disrespected and decided to leave without reporting it to corporate.
Well I am back again. Brought bare minimum in case this were to happen again. I'm between home's this place is affordable to me I keep to myself and pay my bill daily.
Well I came in this past Friday night. I had left owing $40. Monday morning Megan the first shift manager comes beating on the door totally disrespecting me. I gave her the $40 right then and there as I had planned so there would be no confusion. I went paid bill for next day and she was totally rude again. So I sucked it up. The following day maintenance as they do daily knocks and I inform them I'm staying over. Went to pay around 1030 said I had forgot my key she said that's OK I'll make u new one we keyed u out. Please tell me if checkout isn't till 11 y she keyed me out. Same thing yesterday I had to get new key because mine wouldn't work. This will be last day I'm staying here. The attitude is ridiculous and she does this in front of other people

We were cheated out of tax rebate and treated badly at 2 of the Western Suburban locations in Illinois. Trumped up late fees, lies about excessive dog barking. Going into our room without permission. Refusal to honor our reservation. Sneaky staff. Scott and Brenda in Lisle, treated us poorly because we knew that Scott had a murder at a moldy hotel he used to manage. Nicole at Romeoville is polite but entered our room with out permission. District manager and Nicole can't get their stories straight about alleged dog barking. Other guests dogs howled and barked but they were not addressed or asked to leave. Raised rates with out notice too. Game players. The one housekeeper is polite but invades privacy. Mud tracked all over the halls from the construction workers they cater too. Got our business number from somewhere and used it to allege our dog barked instead of our cell phone because they knew we would not get message in timely manner. Management and corp execs hide. Use private caller cell phones and trying to reach someone at corp or guest customer service lines are nearly impossible. They owe us tax money and food costs for wasted groceries when our reservation was not honored. They still have nerve to send us coupons. Very bad hotel chain. Lots of complaints against them. One Michigan location looked a guest and dogs out in the cold without acess to her coat, car keys or phone charger and when help in the form of sheriff and federal officer that knew her personally came to rescue her from the cold, hotel staff refused to cooperate and tell them where on the parking lot the poor lady was parked putting her and dogs at risk. Arrogant staff with little regard for treating people with compassion or doing the moral, ethical thing.

We have been complaining for two days about constant loud noise above us and no one in the office will do anything about it except accuse us of being the noise makers. It is ridiculous and one of the front desk workers is threatening to call the manager on us for complaining. We pay just as the other guests do and should not be kept up every night.

Im contacting an attorney as im extremely upset about how I was treated. Im disabled on ssi I booked and paid in advance rk stay a week (which plans were to stay longer) from 02/28/2018 to 03/05/2018. On 03/04/2018 I was denied access to my room and belongings because I was to pay for that day and night. When trying to show proof I was all paid up I was denied told not his problem they just tell him what to do and he does so. Let me start by saying I've stayed in a number of Extended Stays and this by far was the worst experience I have ever had I paid over $650 for two rooms for 5 nights. One-room hat 2 beds in it six towels and 4 face cloths the single room had two towels and Two Face cloths the whole 5 days no one came in to clean the rooms change the towels empty the trash the door in the single room was half off the hinges there was no back on the remote control for the TV they did not even have a single iron or ironing board for use they did not even empty the trash around the outside of the building I am requesting some type of compensation for this terrible terrible stay or I will take this to the CEO of the company, if you're paying that kind of money to stay in hotel I expected it should enjoyable the phone in the room didn't even work couldn't call no front office there was none. I am expecting to hear a response as soon as possible thank you for your time.

poor management
My family and I have been staying in the Fredericksburg, virginia location and there have been alot of changes with staff. Since this change has happened my credit card has been charged twice without my knowledge and for days that have already been paid for. 2 charges for 250.00 in the same week. Management had been told about it by my husband and they said it would be back to us by 2am. Nothing has come back to us and now they are saying they can't see it in their system any more. This is rediculous.

I have been staying here with my family (husband, 9 year old daughter, 11 month old daughter). I must say I do not complain about the cleaning because I clean up my own room but we have been here over a month waiting for our home to become available. I have put some money into staying here and would have never thought a staff would steal from me. On this past weekend my husband gave a housekeeper $80 to place on his account and now no one know where his funds are. I hate to feel like someone is taking advantage of my kindness and I am going through enough right now. Staff have not taking the situation important and we were told cameras will be ran two days later. Now I have witness with my own two eyes staff stealing from a customer room and offered me some of his merchandise. Something needs to be done about the customer service and the honesty here at the Woodspring Suite in Augusta, GA (Ft Gordon location).
raising of rent w/o notice - they lied to us
My daughter and husband are currently residing at one of your hotels, she found an add on Craigslist and went to check it out, she was told that the intro rate was only for the first month and that the rent would go up in the second month to the regular rent then would stay at that rate for the length of their stay, they were ok with that but when my son in law went to pay the third months rent it had been raised yet again by almost $500. with no notice. I can see maybe $50. but almost $500 ? they were told it would not change after the second month, so why did it, they didn't check out at any time, they just renewed. they have noplace else to go and $1700 a month is absured for 1 tiny room.They pay for room service but have to beg for clean sheets and towels, REALLY! Hello my name is John Lyles and me my wife and children have been residing in the fridley Minnesota woodspring suites apt 211 since 1/2/18 upon "Bob" arrival he was very rude unprofessional using vulgar language towards staff and Tennant's. Raising rates never in office just coming around to show face that he's here and not actually working he accepted our payment this morning for our weeks extension only to have a complaint against him and come put our family into the cold we have tried several times to contact cooperate and have received no call back on his actions or our room

We stayed for a few days in Saugus, Mass. Due to an emergency we had to leave early. Rushung we unfortunately left a few things. My daughter called told them the room number, and the items. The lady at the front desk said she would talk care of it and our items would be at the front desk. The next day we went back and the manager was there. He wad so rude to my daughter. Didn't want to hear nothing. He also stated that our items were thrown out and pretty much tough s***! I have called corporate may times with the story we will get back to you. Its been 2 weeks and nothing. The items were valued around 100.00. Its not so much the money but after a call was made why were they thrown out? Why was the manager so freaken rude! Absolutely uncalled for. I would appreciate a response!

Dear MS Thomas:
On the evening of the 1st January 2018 my vehicle was illegally towed by your contracted towing service (Elite Towing and Roadside Assistance) because my vehicle was parked in an unmarked fire lane. The Elite Towing receipt clearly shows the property owner authorized the towing. Louisville Metro Ordinance (Chapter 94: Fire Prevention) Subsection 94.82 Fire Hydrants, Water Mains and Water Supply - Fire Lanes (where required by law) Markings and other designation (attached); have clearly been violated by your organization and are subject to Criminal/Civil penalties. Your continued violation of this ordinance dates back to at least December of 2015 (Attached google earth picture) which clearly shows no signs or painting on the pavement designating a fire lane. Other pictures taken the morning of January 2nd 2018 will clearly show no signs posted or designated marking on the pavement as a fire lane.
Unfortunately, most of the people staying at your extended stay hotel don't have the funds to both reclaim their vehicle after being illegally towed and then fight the injustice. Make no mistake; I have the means to correct this injustice which appears to be a predatory practice that has gone on for far too long.
Attached are the receipts for expenses I incurred for wrongly towing and impounding my vehicle by your contracted towing service and a local taxi company in the amount of $161.35. I fully expect reimbursement 30 days from the date of this letter in the amount of $161.35 or you will leave me no recourse but to pursue costly legal action.

The place has cockroaches. The emergency lights don't work when the power was off the other day and you have to take the stairs to get outside. A person has to beg for clean towels. Kids ran away without parents to control them. The lock on the front door keeps getting broke. This place is a [censor] hole. People have cars in the parking lot that don't work, they take up parking space for guest. Some guest can't park right the the parking lot sometimes taking the next parking space. I have seen knives in the yard for kids to get hurt. They have cars broken into them. The whole yard of this place is trashy. They had a security officer, but they fired him. I have seem a man hitting a woman and pushing her to the ground. This company wants families to stay here? Are they joking? The manager of this place smokes at the front door! He can't talk to you, he talks at you. The maintenance depart is slow about fixing anything here. The location is off of I-35, exit 164. This place is a good of example of an unsafe home. If this place caught fire a lot of people would die because you would have trouble seeing to get out the building. The woman Manager named Brenda is Nasty [censor]. She talks to you like she is the slave owner. This is NOT 1800, s this 2018! I don't work for her, but she has a nasty controlling attitude that I am working for her and we are pay for rent. The [censor] Manager Brenda works for me! This is Consumer theft!
I am complaining about how on january 15,2018 they increased the prices by $300 and 3 days later they increased it again by another $300.
On January 15 the WoodSpring Suites in Davie, Florida increased the rates. The establishment put up notices prior to the 15th to let all the guest know. Three days later they increased the rates again another $300. This time they didn't give any notice to any of the guest. They just posted it on the billboard outside what the weekly rate was now. How can any of the guest prepare themselves for something like this. They have made the guest feel like what was once affordable is now astronomical. They are saying it is corporate that's making the rates go up. Well thank you corporate for making me and my family now homeless. I now have to find a new home for my dog. They told the guest if you can't pay you can't stay. Thank you again corporate for making me and my family homeless.

When we got into our FIRST room (222) after checking in we found 2 roaches in our room in the same place with 2 kiddos a toddler and an infant this was NOT acceptable. After going to the front desk we were given a second room (220) after entering the room and turning on the light I seen a bug scurry across the counter and run into hiding (I could not find the insect after going to the first room next door to get my in-law so she could see) again with 2 little kiddos this is completely unacceptable. After yet going down a 3rd time we got told that there had been 2 rooms on the second floor that had been sprayed for bugs (at this rate all rooms in this hotel should have been taken care of). We got a 3rd room on the 3rd floor (311) with no issues (but bugs hide). Not only was this a issue but also the luggage cart provided had a flat tire so it was difficult to get our items from our vehicle to our room. Also another issue we had after a few days of being there on the 3rd floor there was the smell of marijuana, we had told the supervisor and manager asked for a letter stating it was not us an the refused even after they had found out that it was the people next door to us. I do not want to leave a negative review I am hoping this can be fixed somehow with a partial refund or another accommodation. This was my husband's trip to come see his family he has not seen in 6 years because of the military. We were very upset, we understand that it is a discount hotel but this are things that should be taken care of regardless.

Yes I need to speak with the district manager. I have been staying at the Pelham, al location for over 6 months and tonight i was treated so bad and had to leave because of the manager that wasn't even present she did this by phone. I'm very upset about what she did and because of this I will be talking with someone about this . I feel like she did this because I had a question about my bill for the first time since I've been there and was two weeks from being able to use the credit I would have received because I have been there for over 180 days. I would like to speak with someone asap. I deserve someone that has respect for their residents.
Just want to clarify my complaint. I have been at this hotel for a while. I had no issues besides this one manager that is rude, has no respect for others, and has others do her job for her. The issue was I just so happen to ask for something upfront and I was told from a different staff member there was a balance. I asked why because I had never had one and didn't owe until Friday. She said her manager (the one I don't like because of her bad attitude) said i had a late fee and that i needed to pay that and my week or i had to leave. I said explain to me why i had a fee and show me because i wasnt aware of it and didnt understand. So she calls her boss and as im walking back to my room to get all of my receipts she said her boss said that she doesn't have to explain and wanted me out! I didn't u understand why she would do that considering I've always paid and been there for quite a while. I talked to the other lady and she just kept apologizing saying she didn't understand why she is doing this and even told her all I wanted to know was why I was being charged a late fee when I wasnt late. The manager got so mad that I wasn't going to just pay without questioning it she went as far as call the police to ask them to ask me to leave. Even they didn't understand and was very patient until she kept bothering them. This is unacceptable! What's worse is I was two weeks away from having 30 days free. I have spent over 5000.00 there and just because I knew there was a problem and told her there was no way I owed anything she did this. Don't stay at this location! The other staff run ragged for her. It's ridiculous. I will be in contact with someone about this. Very very upset by this.

The hotel flooded due to a pipe bursting. NOT OUR FAULT. Now me and a lot of other guests are very upset. No refunds. IT'S THE HOTELS FAULT. I want my money back and i want my room for free for the week. I will go to the news stations and to who ever else will listen. The guests are being punished for something we did not do. Do the right thing and take care of your guests!

My room was flooded due to a busted water pipe and now not only did no one see fit to call me and tell me they will not give me a refund for the days I could not stay since I paid weekly. Also the lady at the front desk is very rude and and outright racist . When I asked if she treats all guests like this, replied "pretty much". I just moved to this state and am appalled that you would allow anyone to treat a paying guest this way. I will not ever be staying there again and I will never recommend your establishment to anyone I know either.
Guest left dogs on property while they were away from hotel. Guest was aware that dogs need to be kept crated when no one is in the room with them. I responded to several noise complaints from other guests regarding dogs barking. A total of 3 complaints in 2 hours time. I went up to the room and recorded a video of the situation... the dogs were completely out of control barking incessantly and I could literally hear them on the ground floor from the elevator. Guest contacted me at about 9am. I informed her of the situation... she even acknowledged that she was aware that the dogs had to be crated when she left the room. I informed her that we would not be renewing the room. At this moment in time I was not even aware that she was planning on staying longer as her reservation was just for one week. At 9am she was informed that she could not stay any longer and that we would not be accepting any extensions to her stay. Her original reservation ended on the day that this incident occurred. Guest was also informed that checkout was 11am... so she had 2 hours notice to vacate property. She made no communication to me that 11am would be a problem.
At 11am the guest was still not on property. The dogs were continuing to cause noise complaints and were still barking and scratching at the door and were completely out of control. Once again... I took videos and even some audio of the situation because it was SO completely out of control. I locked out the room as per policy because the guest had still not vacated the property at check out time.
At about 1245pm the guest finally arrived. It had been a solid 3-4 hours of the dogs being completely out of control... and the guest had been informed of the situation at 9am... as per policy... since it was now about 2 hours after checkout time... I charged her the $45 late checkout fee which she signed for (ON VIDEO)... I mention that because she bragged how she was going to do a chargeback).. All this time her husband was swearing and using insulting language towards me. He called me a homosexual among other things. When I threatened to call the police if he didnt calm himself down and start communicating in a civil matter he finally quieted down. It took the guests a solid 60-90 minutes to vacate the room at this point. We were able to enter the room about 2pm...
this is a clearcut guest ejection situation involving a guest who understood the rules but completely ignored them, even when she was communicated there was a situation she took about 3 hours to respond to the situation. I have signed registration cards that detail the $45 late checkout fee... I have signed pet registration cards which detail the requirement to crate the pets when no one is in the room and also explain that a guest could be ejected for failing to control their pets. I have video of the pets at the room... audio... along with video of the interaction of the guests when they came to finally check out...
These are merely the ramblings of a guest who is upset that she got told to leave... for reasons she was completely aware were a possibility... and even when she was told, she did nothing to rectify the situation. IF the guest was truly interested in doing the right thing she would have immediately returned to the hotel to quiet the dogs and to discuss with management, instead she chose to disregard all communication and "do her own thing" with predictable results. Her husband called back to the property later in the day to literally brag that they planned to do a chargeback for the room charges and also to "ruin us on social media"...
I attached one of the videos... the shortest one I had that shows and lets you hear how loud the dogs were... even all the way down the hallway... I took this while responding to my THIRD guest complaint of the morning regarding the dogs barking... I have several more, spanning HOURS...
