my reservation... being canceled by hotel
I stayed at yr hotel for 5 weeks since dec 10th With no issues On jan 6th I paid 331.59. On jan 8th I was told that my girlfriend and I had to leave with no refund... The Wood Spring Suites Hotel has became a Halfway House for fugitives and criminals and a drug infected Hotel, not a place for family and kids. There is a continue danger particular at night. Orlando Police Department need to do a random background check at this Extend Stay and they will find a lot of criminals . I lived there for over a yea. I called to front desk md asked for clean sheets and towels because I spilled soda in my bed and explained that to desk clerk. She refused saying that nothing could be given after 10 PM. Due to her reasons I am being forced to sleep in a wet bed for the night. This is not an example of great guest service. She also informed me that I could not get any tissue.

My daughter and her family recently had to move out of her apartment with her two minor children due to an unsafe environment which basically rendered them homeless. I thought I had found them a fairly decent hotel where they could stay until we can find them a new apartment. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I am shocked and appalled that you have to go through so much to get towels, clean sheets or even a garbage bag, let alone there are no toiletries in the room. This is absolutely the worse hotel ever. My husband and I travel frequently and I would never stay in one of your hotels or recommend same to a friend. Your advertisement on the website is misleading and quite frankly a lie. Almost all of the staff are rude and/or unfriendly. You have one staff member, a young man whose name begins with a "J" who is the only one who tries to resolve a problem and work with you. You need more employees like him.
rate change without notice
am contacting you regarding your location in Pelham AL. I did feedback on 11/01/19; but I believe that this location is mistreating customer and holding people up for additional money. After returning to Woodspring Suites after being forced out due to flooding; I was immediately charged for my pet (who is listed as a emotional support animal) and when I arrived home Friday; I was told I would have to pay an additional $50.00 per week. All of the additional charges were due to "corporate changes". I am trying to go to the source to get the deal you agreed to and to not be "held up" for additional money. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and to have my rate returned to the original amount. Below is a copy of the feedback I submitted. Thank you.

After being forced out on 07/01/2019 due to flooding; I was told I could move back at the established rate once renovations were done. I had been living here for over a year. I received calls and emails telling me that I would be granted the same rate. I call to book room and I go over it with management and I’m assured that I would get the same rate. The day I arrive I’m told that my dog “emotional support†paperwork is no longer granted and I will have to pay $35 a week. Then today I go to pay and my rate is increased $50 more because you will no longer keep my previous rate. There was NO notification of any change. I cannot believe that this is a business model you should be proud of. Please keep your word.

I currently have a room at woodspring hotel I am a monthly resident okay and pay $1, 100 to stay here I know and I want to complain but my key seems to not work sometimes and I'm up a lot of times at night I've gotten to the point when I need to leave my room if my key card isn't working I'll wait it out or leave my door open till the next day because of the rude and obnoxious service I get from the employees going downstairs and ask them to fix it

I have never been to a woodsprings where I am completely uncomfortable I absolutely hate this woodsprings the room is ridiculous small . I honestly want to be reimburse or something for my unhappy stay here ! I have been here for 4 days and can not take it anymore ! Usually they take it out on Thursday even though our due date is on Friday. This time we paid 260 and I went down there five more times and they said their machine was still down and we figured that they took it out like they normally do. A few days later my mother goes down there to see if everything was okay and they said it was and then three weeks later when we go to pay our rent on Friday they tell us we have a balance and we will be locked out if we don't pay it in full by Monday. We don't have it at this moment but we will have it on the 1st if they will just give us a couple more days. When an employee says that you don't have a balance we tend to believe them and spend money on other things that we need otherwise we would have paid the rent. We are good tenants you can check our track record at Pelham and Bessemer since March of this year we have never been late. And I would very much appreciate your prompt attention on this matter and keep us updated thank you God bless.
This is Derek Wilson again I forgot to put something in that is important then he told us that we would be comped because of what happened at the Pelham locations. We love your hotels but we feel we are being treated unfairly in this matter. This is the same person that is being told that we will be locked out of our room and feel that the staff is just treating us unfairly.

I was charged for a stay and I'm not even in the state of Louisiana. I travel for my sons football team and I just checked into a hotel in North Carolina and noticed I was charged for wood springs also and I am not even there. Tried to call hotel and couldn't get any answers from anyone. Called several times finally got someone who I couldn't understand.
