warm soda/managers attitude
I walked in for a morning soda as usual and every dew felt warm to the touch. I grabbed one as I passed the manager I told him his sodas felt warm. He didn't even bother to look at me. So I said, or you could just ignore me. He replied I don't know what to say and continued on his way. So I got to the checkout and said to the cashier your sodas feel warm today, she said we have 3 thermometers and gave me my total. Wow customer service at watertown, WI Speedway is just great.

no coffee at night
I have been going to the Speedway's all over the state and other states, as I travel for a living. I don't understand why corporate is making all of the Speedway's not make all but two lousy pots of coffee. I work third shift, like many others and I like the Gourmet Roast, but everytime I go in to one of your stores, you only have Decaf or one pot of House Blend. I have asked many times, and have made my own coffee before, since the employees said that it was coming from corporate and that their customers aren't too happy. I have to then wait or make my own coffee. What is the deal? People all over work third shift too, not just in the morning...very disappointed.
The new coffee cups are very fragile! I have had several cups completely collapse, and have had hot coffee spill on me, my car, and my carpet. These cups are unable to maintain their integrity, and are a hazard. They could cause an accident due to their poor construction. I realize that they are less expensive for the company, but they truly are a nuisance. I'm sure that I am not the first to bring this issue to light. I'm sure I would not be the only one to appreciate a more suitable cup for our coffee!
I am an employee at speedway and we are highly miss treated. Things that i have gotten written up for are drive offs and customers staying there too long. One more write up and i am fired. I am repeatedly being threatened by my management saying i will be fired if i: don't wear a belt with pants that fit, if i have one more drive off and much more. I have seen employees come in that had to be picked up because they had a night of alcohol. But don't worry they weren't fired because they were buddy buddy with the manager. A friend of mine got screwed by speedway because they fired her and lied so they didn't have to give her unemployment. I am tired of being treated unfairly.
Yes, because you want coffee all speedways across the sate and region should have coffee at night. Perhaps management looked at the big picture and realized they were throwing away more coffee than selling.
Employee gave my wife and I a middle finger
employee was standing outside talking to a friend in a car who was parked bocking a gas pump...not even in a parking spot...totally obviously blocking spot, and she knew it. fat slob of an employee was looking at us with a nasty look because we were trying to get into the pump spot. as we slowly passed the wrongfully parked car i said " you know your blocking this spot". i could hear the additude from the lady in the car and the employee did nothing but look lazy, with an additude. after we pumped gas my wife got some stuff inside the store. as we were leaving i noticed the employee rubbing her hands with sanitizer...well as she was rubbing a bright middle finger raised through the glass...i know it was so because i saw those bling bling crazy long nails women have nowadays. i immedietly jumped out of the car and went inside the store. i asked" did you just give me the middle finger" she replies "yes...and you know why". i said, "oh yea...why". she proceeds to tell me that i was talking about her...through the two big windows and my car window...this lady apparently heard me? which is false because i paid her no attention. as i was in there i got a little heated because this fat, slob of a beast just looked like she needed a swift smacking across her fat face. i told her that she doesnt deserve to give people attitudes, your not saving peoples lives, your job isnt high stress...its a gas station. i asked for the manager and it seemed that the manager was a clone? so as i walked out i called her a slob and her time on this earth is meaningless if thats the attitude you give everyone who comes in here. so bottom line is that this slob gave me the finger because i stated nicely that the car was blocking the pump...she goes and thinks i was talking about her in our vehicle. what a mess...i can garantee this slob will not be popping up that finger in the near future...i think i scared the grease right out her hair! cant wait to go in there again...make my day!
i noticed fat slobs that work at gas stations have nasty attitudes too...what a waste of life.

It was over the summer of 2014 I took a bike ride and I was wearing yoga paints and a tank top and had a back pack on so I go into Hess in Whitensville ma 01588 while I was standing in line I was browsing at all the gadgets on an end cap while in line and so I see a small Bluetooth speaker I pick it up was reading how long the charge lasts by now I move up in line order my coffee than I proseed over to the chip area and decided I did not want the speaker and just set it down. Somewhere neer the chips next thing I no the lady (manager) is saying that I stole the speaker so I said where the hell did I put it in wearing spandex clothing I think u wood see a box of that size and I dumped my back pack out was not in there all of a sudden she make me and a male employe to the back where the tv monitors are and she started touching my breast and that whole area of my body in front of this boy that worked there than she pulled my shirt down and exposed my breast now reminde you I was wearing a spandex tank top there was no need of that nor as an employe she should not have put her hands on me expecaly in the area she did I have not said anything till now I was embarrassed this lady sexually harassed me infront of a male employe than she made me leave the store when it was established that I did not steal anything as I was standing out side looking in tho the door I seen her find what she thought I was stealing I have thought of this and then actions over and over and I get so up set because she violated me the way she did
Store 235 has one of the most disrespectful managers and un professional district manager I have seen. I come in a lot and she treats her cashiers like trash and brings outside work inside from what I here behind the counter. when I walk in the big boss he is always with Racheal the manager in the office she is all over him and they go an smoke none stop leaving one cashier on register with lines. I think there is something going on and it is unprofessional. I go to all Hess's and he is at that one with her all the time I remember last year that store had a great manager and before that. I also remember him with this manger everyday at the 1853 store about a year ago and he was always all over her and nothing has been done. I will be going hirer then this because thing has been done and the poor cashiers there work hard and she is still there. I will not ever go in a Hess and will be letting a lot of people know! Tonight I visited the wilcohess on south Stratford road in winston salem, as I walked in and attempted to fill out my lottery slips the time read 1030, the rude and very Manish attendant told me the lottery had closed. She lied and attempted to tell me that they have to reconcile at 1030. I know that the lottery here shuts down at eleven o clock. If wilcohess closes at eleven i should have been helped. The lady assumed I didn't know the rules I suppose, but the fact that she didn't want to serve me is simply despicable. More or less because I was an African American male. I will be contacting the north Carolina education lottery board to notify them that they are not complying with the rules of their games, as well as inquiring information about filing a civil suit for being racially discriminated against. I will also notify all of my friends family and peers that wilcohess is a racist organization and I will not be returning to any wilcohess In the future.

What's Wilco-Hess policy on overtime worked ? I work at one of your stores and I have been told to clock out when my shift is over but if the guy for the next shift shows late I don't get paid that time, or if I have extra work to complete I do not get paid for staying working past my shift, what's that ?
Contact someone in the osha's field, Raleigh nc, if your in nc, can't recall exact title, but someone from there should be able to help you with that, as osha's does standup for employees, job injuries etc

yes to all the people i worked at wilcohess for about 2 years and now they hired a woman that came in to be my manager. SHE was rude to all the other worker and she never did her job as a manager.she used us to keep people off her back . when she came there i was there for at least there1 year before she came there and i do understand we must listen to her as her being our manager. AT the time she came to work there i got hired as a cashier and in awhile i was pomoted to be head cashier which i really enjoyed alittle more money plus alway helping people when manager wasnt there to asset cust. ok well alot of things started to happen at this store and cashier was always at blame and no1 wanted to listen to the cashier.then all of a sudden i got into it with her it was bad yes lord it was she called me out using the N word up and down my face and i told her that was not the way i was raised up we treat people like we want to be treated. Iasked for a meeting with our distict manager and never heard it anymore for a coulple of weeks.THEN the next thing i knew she was telling me that i had to be moved out of that store if i wanted to keep my job and she told me this at the end of my shift for that day which like the next day i would be working at another store.which at that time i had no way to get to work at another store and plus they would of be cuting my pay rate .where you do that at i guess wilcohess i havnt find a job since then i do believe that by wilco putting in the system i was fried i cant get another job i really fill like i have been railroaded over this please wilco either give me a job or please take my name off you all list as being not able to work for you all please i ask of you guys.

fired for no reason
Well the manager never told me why I was fired and also he had no reason to sit there and firing me over nothing. I was being sexually harassed there by one of the employees and they didnt believe me. I am pregnant and no that I have been so depressed over this there might me a chance that I am going to lose my baby due to the stress of how I am going to take care of everything and I have nothing. So this is really taking a toll of me and my body.

fluid to wash windows at pump
My back window wiper doesn't work, and with the roads like they are right now, I have to frequently stop into a gas station to wash off my back window. I have stopped at the speedway at the corner of center and bristol twice now in the last week to just wash my window off and there has been absolutely no washer fluid in the reserviors at the pumps. Nothing in all 8? Of them? Whats up with that?
the clerk said that they should have filled them up...and besides when the weather is bad people need the washer fluid more than ever. and they do make washer fluid that doesnt freeze! i have it in my car.
When the weather outside is cold they do not fill them up because it will freeze!
Speedy rewards
It disgusts me that you can't redeem your points unless you have 900 points. For years, a free drink came at 750 points. there are other gas stations friendlier and cheaper than yours. You need to be mindful I have the dollars like my fellow consumers to VOTE you

The Speedway Rewards program is pure crap! Started in the program as an employee during college, after years of constant changes to the program and two previous deleted points and “rewards”, I am done. After a short deployment and moving to an area without a Speedway, today I find my 50,000 plus points GONE! Speedway gone bite the big one! GO TO SHELL, you can actually save on gas each time you fill up…and you will not lose points.
for the last three weeks i have had to drive to three speedways to find pumps that work or card readers that work . i think you guys need to hire some repair guys that know what they are doing . not cause there cheep. i am getting very mad . about having to drive a lot of extra miles to go to a speedway that is up on its maintenance. the old card readers worked ten times better . than the new ones that you you cant get your card out . only to be told your card did not read . if i did not have so many points i would not go back
My wife and i have been using speedway for 8 or 9 years now untill today, this morning i lost over 24, 000 points entering a contest to win a grill, in very small print it said "50 points per entry". who charges to enter a contest? when i called customer service the lady rudely told me "tough, when you hit the submit button you cant for cancel and recover your points" so this is my notice to speedway I cancel you and you wont get us back, allso I will advise my friends. Are my points worth losing me and other customers? I will go back to EXXON where customer service is FIRST.
I typically don't make an issue about Speedy Reward Points...I usually save them until I get enough for a $100 gas card. I also get a free fountain drink when I buy 6 (same for coffee), and 1000 points after buying 6 sandwiches, hot dogs, or pizzas. Being a frequent Speedway customer, those points can add up fast.
they just lost a customer
I am a regular customer at speedway and i stopped in to purchase cigarettes i but the 3 pack special of newports and always paid 17.79 i was informed today 11/30/09 that it went from 6.18 a pk with tax to 6.55 a pack without tax so i changed brands all the rest were cheaper then when i left the store the sign said the old price of 5.70 a pk and so i went back in and was told they wouldnt honor their sign i've slowly been changing where i get my gas now i know i wont be back and speedway can check my rewards to confirm they just lost a customer...
It is illegal for a cashier to change alcohol and tobacco prices. It’s not that they did not want to honor their sign, it’s that they legally could not.
I can assure you, they do not get paid extra to upset you.
Blast from the past, this post. They're 7.35 a pack now. Give the government a call, tell them you're tired of cigarettes being taxed so much. I wish they were 5.70 a pack, or even 6.55, 6.18... they're screwing us, not Speedway. Speedway is getting screwed because they don't even get to keep that money. They get a dollar, the manufactuer gets .50c and the shipping people get .50. The government gets all the rest.
Gas pumps
Well for me this complaint started with purchasing gas on 1/27/2010 at wilco hess #18801 which is on west 58hwy wilson. When I was finished pumping the gas. I was printed out a receipt at the pump. I notice the pump receipt as being a total gas puschase of $31.00 and the pump was showing $28.93. Now I figured that maybe it had printed a receipt for the pervious customer, so I went inside and told the young lady behind the counter. Then I thought she would print a receipt from inside but she told me that the machine was not working so she said that she would hand write me one. I said ok. She stamped it wrote the date and wrote the gas amount but did not sign it. I have a hess card that I use to buy gas with, in about two days I will be able to see what was charged to my account. This may pan out ok, two days I will know, if I will do anymore business with hess at all.
Second complaint yesterday (2/1/2010) I went to the same wilco hess which is were I normally buy gas. I went to pump #3 put in my hess card it ask for my zip code and when I put my first number in it would not let me do anything else. It wouldn't let me clear, cancel or like I said anything. Well I figured again, I should just stop figuring. As I was saying I figured that they could set the gas pump and I could pay inside. Well when I went inside this young blonde haired lady was behind the counter, the same one that waited on me 1/27/2010. I told her I was having a problem with pump #3. Then she tells me that pump #3 is not working. She told me I would have to move to another pump. If she knew it was not working why had she or the manager not put a note on the pump or at least bag it.
Third complaint, I went back there today (2/2/2010) to buy gas since I didn't bother moving to another pump like the lady told me to. I don't even know what the pump was today, I just know it wasn't number three. Well today I put my hess card in. It ask for my zip code, I put that in then I hit start, then it wanted me to enter a number from 0 to 9, or clear the transaction. I canceled the transaction. Left the pump never to buy gas there at this hess wilco trade again. I have been faithfully buying all of my gas at this business for over one year. And before that most of the time since they have been open. No more!

I purchased gas from Wilco Hess in Winston-Salem store is located on corner of Hwy 66 and Hwy 8. My SUV after about 3 days just stopped running so I had it towed in, they indicated it was bad gas. NCDOA supposedly checked the pump and said it was OK.
Now 2 days ago I filled up my 300ZX at the same station and after 2 days it is running very rough...?

As a former wilco employee, I know how you feel. Wilco is amongst the most crooked corporations I have ever encountered. For example, it was told to me by my DM, Diane Agusto, that I was SUPPOSED to lie to any customer that came in about a broken pump. If I would have been working at that particular location, it would have been my job to say, "Thank you for bringing it to my attention" even if I knew it was broken. The location I worked at had broken pumps for weeks on end. It costs money to send people out to fix them, and the DM doesnt want to lose any part of their bonus check dealing with broken pumps. Therefore, we are not allowed to bag them off or leave any kind of note. Doing so would result in being written up.
Also, your third complaint was a user error. When you enter your Zip code, you have to press enter. If you press start, it gives that same error message you just described.
you are a little crybaby, you need to be thankful that gas pumps even exist for your convenience and that you dont have to walk where your going or ride a horse. you are so ungrateful.

This company speedway (have no clue who they are) has taken money out of my checking account. The amounts they had taken was $144.50 and $129.95. I am a single parent and I do not have the funds to throw away money. I had called them and they wanted a code number. How can I give a code number when I have no clue to this company. I asked them what company is this and why they took money from my checking account. They told me that they can not reimbuse me the money cause it was in the contract. When I told them nothing was authorized for them to do this. They even gave me a cancellation number. I don't know what you can do for me but I am at my last straw with this company. I just had the same problem. When you have a Speedway Pay Card you swipe it in front of their card reader to get your speedy points. Then the card reader display asks if you want to pay with the card.
On February 28, my card stopped asking if I wanted to pay with it. I thought that was odd and so did the store manager who routinely rings me up. Not having time to mess with it I paid cash and went on. Next day, same thing. I figured I would fix it online that weekend, but continued to scan my card for speedy points, but paying cash. The weekend come and I discover the card has been debitting my checking account all along...so every transaction was double billed. Today I informed the manager. She got my phone number and said someone would call. Someone called, spoke to me briefly, then said someone else was going to call.
Someone did indeed call. Must have a loss prevention title of some sort. Starts drilling me about dates, times, receipts (for a $3 transaction?). He used a report from the same system that was double billing me as evidence that I did not pay cash. It became obvious that he was going to just treat me like some criminal trying to bilk his company out of a precious $3.18. I told him (with some passion) that he could keep my $35, but I would never do business with Speedway again. To be continued? I doubt it. There are a few hundred million people in this country. Speedway could care less about me.

I am tired of every time I walk into this store (312) on highway 258 in Jacksonville, N.C. . They are so moody I remember going there every day about a year ago and I loved it . It was always friendly and we had a promblem at the pump the ladies there were glad to help. Now you have cashiers behind the counter smoking, never speaking nicely . They never have any eye contact, and if you need help with anything they ignore you hopping you will go away. I just figured they were just having a bad couple of days ...until one day I went in and saw were they all get their stinkin additudes from there was there Distrist Manager ( Tim somthing I could not see his full name )there one day and he was just as rude as they are .. This store use to be so great and it has just gone down the [censored]ter ... I will never go back to that ### of a store again ...So be advised if you want good customer service and short lines ..DO NOT GO TO THIS WILCO HESS

After reading these comments I feel like I need a shower. First complaint: Employees attitudes. Second: I pay for my gas with debit card so that I don't have to go into the store. Get gas an sign pops see cashier. Go inside to pay cashier only to discover a line seven miles longs all waiting to buy lottery ticket. Why have pay at the pump when you have to go inside stand in line behind losers? Third: The stores are dirty.
I worked for wilco hess. the manager was NEVER there. he was always gone by ten. He left for vacation and never returned. I busted my ### to make sure things were clean and ready every day and what thanks did i get? well lets see i worked from the first of november until mid march EVERY SINGLE DAY ..I GOT UP AT 4 AM TO HAVE TO WORK UNTIL CLOSE! I STOPPED THE BUMS FROM ACCOSTING GUESTS THAT CAME IN...I WAS TOLD THIS IS THE WAY IT IS. MY ASSISTANT [censored] MANAGED TO SINGLE HANDEDLY SCREW EVERYTHING UP INCLUDING PAPERWORK THAT TOOK DAYS TO FIGURE OUT...LEFT THE DEPOSIT OUT AND AN EMPLOYEE TOOK IT HOME...WITH NO REPERCUSSSIONS...HE ALSO ALLOWED A WHOLE CONTAINER OF SCRATCHERS TO BE STOLEN WHEN HE LEFT THE FLOOR... OF WHICH MY BONUS WAS PROMPTLY TAKEN. MY EMPLOYEES WHEN I WOULD DISCIPLINE THEM WOULD CALL MY DISTRICT MANAGER WHO WOULD CHEW MY ### FOR BEING WRONG. I WAS SO EXHAUSTED THE LAST DAY I WORKED THAT I CLOSED THE STORE TOOK THE KEYS TO ANOTHER WILCO MANAGER THAT WAS TRUSTWORTHY AND I QUIT. YOUR COMPANY DID NOT GIVE A RATS ### FOR ME AND I HAVE SINCE TOLD PEOPLE DONT GO THERE.
I work for Wilco, and the store that I am at is an absolute nightmare. The manager treats her employees like dogs, making them do different things, such as wiping down the pumps in the freezing cold. If there is a dispute among employees and one of her favorites is involved she lets it blow over. We are told to turn the pumps on, in order for customers to pump gas, any location that I have ever worked for has been strictly prepay, and this is ridiculous. Not only am I a cashier but I am a grown up babysitter. When there are drive-offs we are expected to take care of it, otherwise we will get wrote up, and after three we are fired. I don't think this is fair, because it is not my decision to turn the pumps on it is theirs. When I decide not to turn the pumps of for anyone, not even regulars, unless I have a valid identification, and credit card, they complain to the manager, and the manager instead of saying, 'we have had drive-offs', we get in trouble for not turning the pumps on. Things are going missing and I have been told countless times, by other people they had to cover it. None of what these people are doing is fair, or justified. I have talked to my DM about things before all of this new stuff came up, and the DM told the manager who called him, when I asked to stay anonymous due to retaliation, because that's just the type of person this manager is, and now all of my actions are scrutinized. So much for an open door policy. I have seen good workers walk out the door never to return, because of the drama, low pay, and accusations. Me personally, I am about to walk and I have been with the company for almost two years, though that is not a long time, I have done a lot in this company. Nothing gets done to the people who are screwing the company but the good workers get the proverbial shaft. I'm sick of it. It's not the first location that I have worked for that has been like this. Hell this is why I relocated. So I guess in almost every Wilco, you have a manager thinking that they own the store, and that they can do whatever the hell they want, even if that means taking money from their employees for either what goes missing or what drive offs. All and all, this is by far the worst location, and customers have complained but nothing is ever done, because the manager is 'protected' for some reason...I am sick by this...
Here is an interesting little complaint about a problem that is common to all WilcoHess locations. I refer to it as the changing of the gaurds. The shift change at night is a nightmare for diesel customers. At about 10:20 pm if you come to the fuel desk you will be told the pumps are off and will remain off until the shift change is complete. This process can drag on for thirty or more minutes until all of the fuel islands are backed out to the highway and dozens of pissed off drivers converge on the fuel desk awaiting an opportunity to cut in front of another driver. The whole process seems to bring out the worst in all involved. Waiting for twenty or thirty minutes before fueling is a serious waste of the drivers time. And often times you are trapped there because you can't leave for all of the trucks backed up and no one is budging. I have been a loyal customer for 18 years. I only operate in NC, SC, and GA which is Wilco country. But at night between 10:00 and 12:00pm I have to shop elsewhere because of this problem. The other fuel stops seem to have found a workaround to the problem. I have seen drivers spend their points from their reward cards and throw them away in a very dramatic fashion while vowing never to return, which is something I have considered myself. It seems something could be done to make the shift change without affecting customer service.
I have work with WilcHess for 5 years 10 months and I really like the job, because of the customers. The only thing I see could change would be the communication between manager and employee's. I feel every time you go into work, your job should not be threaten "Audit is bad and everyone will be fired". I have tried to work with the manager to control some of the stealing that we have in our store. But now I only get one day a week, that's Saturday. Employees have less time in service get the hours. I work from the time I get there until I leave. I don't take cigarette breaks like the ones that smoke. I have been to the manager and asked her when will I get my other day back, no answer. Before this manager I worked Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday nights and Saturday morning. Now I only get Saturday mornings. She told me to write the times I can work down, I wrote a letter on the times I could work. In the pass I worked all holidays because I was off on my other job. I address all these issue in a letter, but still haven't been place on the schedule for another day. Since I been there the longest, I feel that she could grant me another day. In a meeting we was told Cooperate said the employee was stealing. My remark were "It nothing in WilcoHess I can't buy" and who in cooperate made that statement, because basically the employee's are black. I enjoy working for WilcoHess but I don't know what the problem with the new manager that I can't get two (2) days a week.
I have been a manager in a convience store and I didn't ask my employees to do anything I wouldn't do. Everyone need to work as a team and the first priority is the customers, that where our pay come from keeping the customers happy. In order to be a good leader, you must be a good following and listen. Someone else ideals could increase sales. If everyone would work together and remember why we are at WilcoHess, then it will be a better business. We know there are no perfect peoples, because we are in an inperfect world. I really enjoy working for WilcoHess and I am going to continue to be the best employee I can be, because I take my job very serious. I work for WilcoHess as if it was my business, if I don't get but one day a week.
When I come in and I don't have customers, I check the shelves to see what missing or what out of place where customers trying to steal. Everyone need to know their store, go to work and do a good job. Whatever your job is, be the best you can be, you only got to answer for what you do. All of you wilco big shots in winston salem should, that is, if you really care, which by the way i don't believe you do store 735 raphine va. They have a family dictatorship going on.It's hard to believe but they have 5 family members employed there. Two of the managers have their husbands working and the one husband is a shift leader. Also one of the managers has a sister employed there as well. You wonder how i would have this info. It's simple, i have been buying fuel there for years and i watch and listen. Oh yes, they had three other family members employed there but they have since left, and one of them was a manager. This makes for some really sneaky deals. Wilco, i have seen a lot of good employees go down the road because of these people. I call them the family and when the family gangs up on another employee, their gone. The general manager knows all of this.you know how that works. He is going to keep his managers . If he got rid of any of them he might have to work in their place. If by chance you don't believe any of this it's easy, just check. I cant believe that this has gone on for years and you have'nt caught on . Oh yeah, a lot more is happening there and you really should take a look.
Wilco is unfair to the hardworking employees and kiss the butts of the ones who are cheating the corporation. I don't even know why we have timeclocks or trends or keep up with sales. The DMs don't look at those things. They have their favorites and if your not part of the group you get the crap end of the stick. I have NO complaints! You have a Hess Station on Shenandoah Ave. in Front Royal. Va. You all are getting ready to remodel the store Monday, I think. What I want to know is, can i Have a SIGN, A GAS PUMP(no kidding), the windshild washer box, or something? I want this to go to the higher up people! I have lived here all my life so I know the good stores from the bad ones. Hess here in Front Royal, Va is the best store we have had for a long time! The people do not change. They stay the same. I will never again shop at a wilco sept 17, 2012 I went to wilco in Virginia beach va across from bayside high school I bought $25.00 ingas two pack cigarettes an one can of beer on my bank card got the door and realize I was over charge $5.25 went back in got my money went to pump my gas and then the employee comes to the door and said you have to swipe your card again because after 3 minutes the pump turns off. No one mention this at the time I was in the store getting my money back were I was over charge no signs no were telling you this either anywhere in the store are on gas pump in the meantime she tells me I wouldn't be charge twice for the gas she lie I went on phone right then and sure anoth charged again it has now been two days and my money has not been put back on my bank account I plan to never shop at a wilco again

I had just got off work and decide to stop into speedway on 25th and 3rd ave. store number 9766. At the time there was a red headed woman behind the counter and was rudly insulted about my clothes i had just got out from under a house and got asked bu this employee along the lines that i needed to (IN HER WORDS) take a shower and find out what a washing machine was. I made a complaint to her manager (a tall skiny guy with galsses) about it and got told to deal with it or stay out of the store

I purchased a stackable washer and dryer on 2-7-07 at Speedway Appliance in Clarksburg, WV. They told my boyfriend Joseph Jackson that they would deliver it the next day. They said that they would call on that Thursday but they did not. Joe called them last Friday and explained to them that he would like to have it delivered before 2 p.m. because he had to go out of town. They said that they would call back in fifteen minutes and they never did. They called after 2p.m. and wanted to reschedule for 2-13-07. Joseph called them on 2-13-07 at 10a.m. they said that the roads were bad in Clarksburg and Fairmont. Joseph asked if we could get our money back. They told him that all sales were final. He explained that we did not even the merchandise. They said that we still could not have our money back. We paid out 353.00 for a used set. I want to know what we can do. I feel like we are being jerked around.

This company told me my washer would be delivered on a Monday. It didn't happen, so they told me it would be here Tuesday. This continued every day for a week. It is now Saturday. i live in Buena Vista township...east side...the price of gas was 2.13...Speedway on other side of town was 1.96 & 1.97...why the difference...

If you really want to know, do some research instead of making a 'complaint.' Just because gas is one price on one side of town, and another side on the other is not a reason to complain. Gas companies conduct surveys based on the prices of their competition. So, if the speedway is next to a BP where gas is $2.13 a gallon, then they will match with the competition, or in some cases, use a lower price. This is why on the 'other' side of town gas was $1.96 and $1.97--those stores are probably within range to be considered competition. Some stores base prices off of 2 or 3 others, and some stores have a wider market. Depends on where you live, the local economy, etc.

I have been going to the Speedway gas station for years, mainly because of their lower prices and their rewards program, which is better than any other gas station I have found. However, over the last couple of years I have noticed that a few times per month (sometimes more), the gas price gauge jumps up a few cents (to as much as 50 cents) before I even touch the trigger to start pumping gas.
Let me quickly go through the process I routinely do while pumping gas. I first put in my rewards card, then my credit card. Immediately I pull the nozzle from the holster and place it into the car's fuel tank (I do not touch the trigger). That is the last time I touch the nozzle until I pump the gas. Now, I press the type of gas I want (87 octane), then it asks for me to enter in my zip code to verify my credit card information. As soon as I do that, the gas pump is activated and the gas price gauge zero's out, then immediately jumps up .02-.05 cents. Keep in mind; I have not touched the trigger at all yet. I believe the term for this is called 'Pump Jumping'.
I have called corporate office numerous times as well as reported it to the manager. They say that they will look into the issue, but the problem keeps happening. One of the managers told me recently that air bubbles in the gas line cause the pump to jump up a few cents before pumping, but jumping up .28 cents is ridiculous! I have also tried to get in touch with the franchise owner with no luck. This is really starting to get frustrating, and I would like this issue to get resolved.
I have over a dozen videos recorded from my cell phone's camcorder showing the pump ripping me off from start to finish. I pump gas at this location 4-5 times a week which is probably why I noticed this problem happening to me so many times. How many other people have this problem happen to them, where they just decide it's not worth talking to the attendant over a few cents?
I have even asked the attendants to reset the pump or give me a refund on the charges, but then refuse and basically insult me stating that I do not know how to pump gas correctly. This is clearly not the case and I have let this problem drag out way too long. I am now taking this issue to the next level to see what can be done about this issue!
Please, anybody, look into this issue for me and inform me what my options are.

I just put my hand on nozzle, squezzed the handle within one second I was at $1.15. I think they have the gas pump rigged...I never saw it start at 1 or any other number, it seemed like it started att $1.15...

1. Self Checkout
When I am scanning items into self checkout, the machine is impatient and cancels the whole order I've already scanned. Resulting in my having to re-scan everything. It shouldn't do that. At least have a longer timer on it.
2. 7Now
7Now sucks and shouldn't be at a convenience store at all. Already convenient.
Every time this guy is working he never puts out any of the heated food or restocks any shelves and he reacts negatively when questioned about it. He acts as if he is not supposed to do anything but activate gas pumps even though he’s the only worker on his shift. It has been this way every time he’s started working around 6 months ago.
There was like 5 people in line and more people coming in. The cashier says my manager stated call in orders come first . Some of us are trying to get to work but lazy people that think it's to cold to leave their house come first your new policy sucks I hope you guys lose all your business.
Went to store 8240 US HWY 42 Florence Ky early AM 11/21/2023 I got a slim Jim N cheese stick immediately knew it was bad from the first bite. According to the packaging it expired 11/1/2023, STILL ON THE SHELF after almost a month after expiration!

On 9/6/23 went into store. Paid for $10 gas on pump 6. Someone else pumped my gas. When I went into store to correct it I was told with my attitude they didn't have to fix anything. Said I could've been just out o well. Everytime I go into that store it's a problem with those 2 girls
