I purchased a side by side refrigerator in January 2025 and in July 2025.
The technician report is irrepairable so the whirlpool replaced it with the same model.
After 6 months , it was the same problem. But I did not call till July 14,2025
I was told to purchase an extended warranty -so I did effectively July 14. I was told they will cover the cost of technician and replace the fridge with.
The repairman came July16. And declared it irrepairable.
The technician told me this model is a problem and defective.
The warranty insurance called me July 23 ,2025 to cancel my policy effective July14,2025
So now I am stuck with the bill and fridge that is defective
