New dishwasher in new house, leaks since moved in; Nov 2025, it is now, March 2026. Contacted customer service many times, hours on hold, which sent repairman 6+ times to replace parts. Sent photos&video of leaks.Their solution: send different repair company or %15 discount to purchase another worthless machine. Refusing to refund my money!
My house was destroyed by a tornado. I rebuilt, ordered a whirlpool dishwasher to replace the one destroyed. It has leaked from the beginning. I moved into the house in Nov of 2025. I have made many calls to customer service,usually on hold for 50 minutes or more, before speaking to a representative, who is not helpful. Customer rep always refuses to let me speak with a manager. They have sent a repairman 6+ times to replace parts, it still leaks. Per the whirlpool service tech request, the repairman sent photos and video to Whirlpool service tech. I had a case number which has been changed to a different case number today. Whirlpool has the worst customer service that I have ever encountered!
Their last solution is to send another repair company or %15 discount on another dishwasher. 15 percent would only cover taxes. I should not have to buy another dishwasher simply because this New one leaks! Not a solution! A different repair company would have to call into the same whirlpool service tech line...not a solution!
This is a defective unit, apparently cannot be repaired. This is not a repairman issue, it is a appliance issue.
Please stand by your under warranty appliances and refund my money!
