Whirlpool review: Whirlpool oven didn't even last a year!

Ever single appliance in my home is Whirlpool, I never knew of their treatment of customers until a defective oven. Even the CEO of the place will ignore you. They will refuse to honor a VALID WARRANTY. They don't even have their own repair workers and the company they use Platinum Factory Service will harass you to no end, claiming the item isn't under warranty. Whirlpool will not send any documentation you ask for because they are liars. Do not purchase anything with the Whirlpool name on it.
